@VodafoneUK Awful non-service in store today. Waited 20 mins whilst staff tried to help someone with a Spotify login. Didn’t even get a hello or be with you shortly. Was going to going to discuss an upgrade. Now thinking I’ll change networks.

@VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

@VodafoneUK I’m aware of the speed excuse but the reception is poor for the whole journey even when the train is stationary. It’s about time this problem was sorted out. With regard to WiFi - it’s not secure to use public WiFi - hence it’s not used.

Have been a @VodafoneUK cust for 20+ yrs. Just been discussing VF upgrade deal with a (v rude & ill-informed) VF CS agent (Darren) who "has never heard of @lebara" and says I "can't take my numbr to Lebara cos it runs on VF". Seriously disappointed, expected better after 20 yrs.
