Please would you also advise if I can cancel the contract and phone altogether with no penalty? Right now, it would be much easier for me to just stay with @VodafoneUK than to move to @O2.

It's as if they were a covert operation to destroy the Vodafone brand. Do everything by post. That works v well.

Struggled to get a signal much of the time.
