    I would strongly advise against anyone ever using @VodafoneUK for their internet, have been without internet for three days and their customer service is terrible and still no fix. As a freelancer I’m losing money because I can’t work, and Vodafone have done nothing

    @VodafoneUK Gigacube is the worst piece of technology. Do not buy! I’ve called multiple time’s to get someone to help me and no one can! They are now trying to charge me £600 for a technology that does not work to get out of my contract, if I want to move onto broadband @Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

    @VodafoneUK I have a serious issue with my account - your call centres have taken 4 weeks and still not fixed. After switching with PAC to you at beg of April I still cannot rcv incoming calls or send/rcv txts. This service is atrocious

    @VodafoneUK I wouldn’t buy anything from Vodafone, I left them last year & my direct debit is still active for them to take the final payment. Got a call from debt collectors today regarding a Vodafone bill! No letter or even an email from Vodafone, absolutely disgusting customer service.

    @Matthew_Naylor1 @VodafoneUK Uninstall the APP and then reinstall the APP any gremlins in the APP would go when you uninstall the APP. If there is still a problem call Vodafone customer services and select the appropriate option for APPS or select the option where it says something like can't view my bill.
