  • DannyBee595
    Danny B (@DannyBee595) reported

I've had such a frustrating experience upgrading with @VodafoneUK , I wish I hadn't bothered. The bloatware on the Honor Magic V6 is already horrendous, but then I have to contend with pre-ticked boxes to install even more of the crap in "Vodafone Appbox"... which can't be skipped or closed. So I've had to go through 3 (full) screens of apps which nobody wants and had to untick the apps which Vodafone conveniently (and sneakily) ticked on my behalf. This is a great way to ruin the arrival of a new phone, which should be a positive experience. My mood is already frustrated from this, that's before I even start to uninstall all the other crap that HONOR put on their phones. I remember the pain I felt when I got my last phone trying to get rid of the Vodafone bloatware, but 3 years on it is so much worse now. NOBODY WANTS THIS JUNK. You're ruining the experience of what is meant to be your main product/service. Poor show.

  • jarekd
    Jarek (@jarekd) reported

So got the emergency alert on my @SMARTYMobileUK sim but not my @VodafoneUK sim. Shouldn't they be on the same network now???

  • thisbrowngeek
    This Brown Geek (@thisbrowngeek) reported

@ZiaYusufUK Literally called everyone I know who is on @VodafoneUK and told them what’s happening - they ALL want to cancel. Get fcked @vodafone 🖕🏼

  • HvrRoberts
    Heather Roberts (@HvrRoberts) reported

@VodafoneUK Why have you not replied to my message from 2 weeks ago! No longer relevant! I can now upgrade my plan but the best deal will cost me another £10 a month whilst you help illegal immigrants! Shame on you!

  • BoBaDobDobs
    BoB (@BoBaDobDobs) reported

@VodafoneUK When will you be allowing Three customers to use Vodafone signal then? You’ve already allowed Vodafone customers to use Three. It seems Three customers are not as important as Vodafone customers in your merger

  • Ramasesuk
    Ian Robinson (@Ramasesuk) reported

@VodafoneUK why has your coverage/signal been absolutely awful for the last few months in north Devon? Is it because you joined with 3 and have shut down your own masts and are using there’s?

  • FefellaLou
    Fefella (@FefellaLou) reported

@Connkks Maybe Louise Haigh and @VodafoneUK could team up and make sure they’re stupid alarms are sent to the people that need to be told

  • Pinkyfoxy
    Donna Pardy (@Pinkyfoxy) reported

@VodafoneUK help we’ve had no internet all afternoon, on the app it can’t detect anything and we don’t know how to report it! Help please! BH6 5NG

  • VictorMeldrew17
    geoff (@VictorMeldrew17) reported

@Lindstar24 @VodafoneUK are an abysmal, thieving mobile & internet provider who charge exorbitant rates for a very poor service. ANYONE who has an account with them should seek professional help immediately.

  • EAandSJWard
    Edward Ward (@EAandSJWard) reported

@dave_aldrine I’m ready to say goodbye to @VodafoneUK that’s a sure fact. Sick of the terrible signal everywhere. Sending messages in bottles is currently more successful.
