@AdmirRusidovic @VodafoneUK I can’t believe how bad their service is? They asked me to DM them. I did. they said their only social media rep and gave me a number to call? Did that. Again Egypt, shouting and threatening me to put notes on my account saying I’m to blame?

@VodafoneUK - why is it that the very day after I gave notice that we are moving to an address next month which doesn’t offer Vodafone broadband so ending our contract, you’ve now slowed our broadband service so much that it only works half the time?

Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

@VodafoneUK I placed an order for a new personal line, porting a number in. I received the new SIM, but have had no service for over 24 hrs. Multiple calls to your helpline who just ask me to wait a bit longer. Really frustrated! Order SBL-1000000528805835. Pls help.

@VodafoneUK What a scam your very me rewards are. Tried to book the Vue tickets on Saturday and there were issues with the booking system so my codes were voided and no tickets for me. Customer service doesn't work weekends and the movie is tomorrow. I have now spent more time

@VodafoneUK what is wrong with your digital assistant, I’ve been trying to speak to someone for 3 days now and Tobi is still not online. IVR just routes you back to the digital assistant and then hangs up. Utterly Shocking service 😡

What a real nightmare dealing with @VodafoneUK to top up 89 yo moms phone. First automated system crashes at the end, assistant was borderline rude, asked for no ‘Bundle’ then text to say got a bundle!! Another 8 mins sorting that out! #vodaphone

@Ofcom It @VodafoneUK inability to address the fault properly & in a timely manner thats the issue. Then they compensate you for loss of service with free service. When are they joining the Automatic Compensation scheme you run as having to pay hard cash to customers may wake them up?

@VodafoneUK My internet and landline services were accidentally disconnected by an engineer working at my local cabinet last Wednesday. 8 days and 4 engineer no-shows later & I still have no idea when an engineer will come to fix the problem. Maybe tomorrow I’m told?! 🤞
