Always been with them - and if I am honest, if we have an issue they are fantastic to help resolve. Vodafone on the other hand.. if you manage to get through they are still not that great anymore

@VodafoneUK Rates rose in between times from below 1% to 2.2% for my mortgage as a result of delay and Vodafone refusal to acknowledge the bad credit rating was inappropriate - and ending up with a letter from Vodafone saying go to Ombudsman, we’re done. I’ve been a Vodafone custmr 20+years

Gave them another chance last month but I couldn’t track my data, min or texts. Was fobbed off by customer service so the 14 days would expire but cancelled before. 2/2
