    @VodafoneUK I keep having broadband connectivity issues, each time I end up spending an hour or more on online chats with your staff, some good, others not. In the end nothing is resolved & I’m convinced the real issue is the ancient Openreach infrastructure in my area.

    5. It gets to something @VodafoneUK when the mobile data doesnt even work inside my own house! Will you be able to give any proper answers why this has been a mobile disaster, and why, whenever I called customer service I got same answers, told to visit local shop for help?

    3. Devious @VodafoneUK. I phone your useless customer service, and I talk to 5, yes FIVE different people who all ask me the same damn questions. Eventually I am told I need a code to unlock phone. You dont tell that do you? Naughty Vodamoan!

    Forgot to pay @VodafoneUK by 5 days. Vodafone’s answer? Not to remind me, but to get @TheZincGroup to send a letter saying they’re going to cut me off, possibly add £638 or send to debt collector making it £841. *clears throat* go **** yourselves!

    2. My new provider SIM arrives, after already passing my PUK code to them, and its time to kick @VodafoneUK into touch, or so I thought...WRONG! You keep things to yourself and fail to tell departing customers that another code is needed to unlock phone

    Given up the will to live after 1hr 16m on hold to @VodafoneUK Trade In team. Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far it’s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And I’m still being billed for £465!

    4. I ask @VodafoneUK for the code please, answer? No, you need to submit a form, but, can you see my code I ask? It's a form you send I get told again. I fill it in, and get told this can take upto 10 days to be returned. Crap customer service.

    So, @VodafoneUK, after 24 months of dreadful service and virtually non existent internet coverage, I can finally leave you and go to a decent provider, or, that's what I thought. Contract up, and finding a SIM only deal elsewhere is my plan

    @VodafoneUK so just over 3 days since an engineer visit to fix serious broadband connectivity issues, my case is closed and the issues return. Not good enough Vodafone 😡now my unique reference number has expired, I guess I have to endure hours of tests to get back

    Consistently poor service from @VodafoneUK has made a difficult term even more stressful over the last week. New contract started in Dec to make teaching online the best it can be & I’ve had nothing but problems. Awful. Would not recommend to anyone!

    Have been given the run around by @VodafoneUK re broadband for months now. Was promised a call in next 72 hours earlier today and now receive a text telling me everything is sorted. Absolutely shocking customer service.

    @VodafoneUK 3 calls Fri 1 call Sat a no show engineer calling multiple times, a long time on hold explaining that between 8am and 6pm this household is at work we are now to take unpaid leave from work for an engineer to hopefully show up It has been an awful experience.

    @VodafoneUK I would like my local mast repaired ASAP 🤞 my local mast has been broken since February last year 😡 Vodafone engineer’s have PROMISED to fix it 7 times now & STILL NOT FIXED 😡 TOTALLY GARBAGE SERVICE FROM VODAFONE 😡 I have even emailed Nick Jeffery & he NEVER GETS BACK 😡
