    @VodafoneUK stop charging me for skysports packages - 1. I didn’t sign up for skysports2 in the first place. 2. Apparently you can’t refund me, I have to contact sky - weird. 3. I only renewed my contact less than a month ago but I’ve been charged 4 times for skysports #terrible

    @VodafoneUK worst customer experience of any biz I’ve ever dealt with. Accused me of lying, sent me in-store for no reason, data breaches, hours lost trying to transfer ownership, mis-selling, awful complaint handling. Can’t wait for our biz contracts to expire. Appalling. (End.)

    @gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

    @VodafoneUK One area atm until I can drive somewhere else to try. My wife has same phone on my account and can make calls so I’m guessing it’s the handset. I’ve tried everything on the apple support advice but still can’t make or receive calls.

    Classic @vodafoneuk . I upgraded, they sent me a broken phone. I called, they promised a replacement delivered at 1800 today in an hour slot. Of course it hasn’t turned up. They say it’s not their responsibility, it’s DPD. Won’t tell me if they booked the hour slot or day slot.

    @VodafoneUK I was able to call from outside of our village this afternoon. When I got home I now have no service on my handset (as does my wife) Vf site says our area WD35LL has maintenance until 19th😱. No calls for 4 days-seriously 😡

    @jcampbell_05 @VodafoneUK For some reason I just went ‘yeah sure midnight green’ because it was the first option but holy shit I don’t care I just want my upgrade. But Vodafone sort of weirdly assumes you won’t be open to Any Other Option.

    @Mr_Jimbob @VodafoneUK You are right. I saw it as an empty ‘thank you’. Like their service. I mean, he is happy to help me with my upgrade but he is not actually being helpful as he didn’t provide me a link to the available information nor a simple ‘thank you’ for your custom.

    Update - DPD tried to deliver at 1030 this morning. When I wasn’t home. Funny that, given @VodafoneUK had promised they would book at hour delivery slot at 1800. I asked them to confirm they had done it and the ‘customer service’ person hung up rather than answer.

    @AnnaWeather @VodafoneUK I ordered 11pro 256Gb last tuesday. Was told 1 to 2 weeks delivery, but it's out of stock. People are waiting like 3 or 4 weeks for there phones. No one at customer services knows what they're doing.

    @VodafoneUK wifi been down all day, after an hour on the chat saying it may take 1-2 hours to work it's self out after reconfiguring it. 7 hours later, still nothing. This is my first day as a customer 🤔 not best pleased with the service so far.

    @VodafoneUK Eveytime I call the ‘Xperts’ they say ‘yea we can see how much it’s going down’ !!? They got an engineer out to us this week - he found a broken wire - now? Worse than ever!! Call them again - course - just gone 8 and they’ve gone! I LOVE my Vodafone!!

    @VodafoneUK Home wifi is with another provider and being resolved. Issue was with using my mobile data to hotspot to my laptop and get me out of a hole. Ultimately had to resort to another network provider so all sorted, and will bear in mind at contract renewal.

    @VodafoneUK WiFi calling is down pretty much everywhere for a huge number of people if not everyone. Vodafone - please stop telling people to try this or that. Your wasting people’s time. The service is down. Please just acknowledge this and just say we are working to fix it.

    @StephenFDewar @VodafoneUK Same mast problem on O2 by the way too so don’t switch thinking it will be better! Latest update from O2 is fix by 28th Feb but then the date just gets pushed back every week.
