    @VodafoneUK Thank you for your excuse. You’ve known for at least 20minutes. It takes very little time to send a message out which simply reads “We are having issues with our network which may affect you making or receiving calls. We’re working on getting this fixed as quickly as possible.”

    Bit unhappy with @VodafoneUK First I get new phone they cancel contact charge me full amount for phone then blacklist my credit history.Eventually sorted. Now Kilburn branch appears to have lost my phone when in for repair.Even suggested they had given it back #notgoodenough

    @VodafoneUK Don’t you think you should push a notification, email or text to your network to let them know they may not be able to make or receive calls?! You know... basic customer communication/care? I wouldn’t have known if my husband hadn’t facebooked me that he can’t get hold of me

    @DPDgroup_news I have had the worst experience with #DPD you surround yourself with technology but can’t drop a phone from @VodafoneUK to a customer with a doorbell that works, a 24 hr Concierge and clear instructions given via your app 🤬

    @VodafoneUK what awful service such a big network provider offers! Even though my contract was cancelled in September, the contract was not terminated now being chased for payment by a debt agency! No post chasing payment just demand letter 3 months later! Absolutely disgusting

    @VodafoneUK There is nothing in the junk. I actually had to bar the payments as it is unfair to keep charging me and not allowing to cancel despite almost three months of trying to do so. This is now affecting my credit rating too, but I refuse to be rinsed like this. What’s your solution?

    @VodafoneUK I am living in the heart of London and my mobile internet is not working for more than a week. Though I have told it the customer service many times, you can not fix it and this has a big impact on my business. It's totally unacceptable!

    The whole episode is a terrible indictment of basic #ConsumerRights in the UK today. This sort of thing simply should not happen post-#ConsumerRightsAct. @VodafoneUK's casual disregard for time wasted & inconvenience caused leaves a sour taste.
