    @VodafoneUK You are clearly having problems with fulfilling orders. Can you give more insight into why orders are delayed, when it will be resolved and when will orders be dispatched. Current responses really aren’t good enough. Saying asap means nothing.

    @VodafoneUK my mom recieved her sim on Monday. It's a 12 month contract but so far her phone is still showing sim not provisioned. I called customer service and they told me it'll be activated by midnight which didn't.

    @VodafoneUK DM’ed you. Took 12 hours to get back to me. Tried chatbot again. Useless. Been into your store. They were better but couldn’t do everything. Just spent 40 mins on chat with an operator. Have service back (after 3 days). Now can’t log into my account. Really really poor.

    @VodafoneUK clearly you have a problem with delivering orders at the moment. Only response I get is to check something that has said it's not dispatched for the last week. Am I better cancelling and going elsewhere? I've got my pac code.

    I was an advocate 4 @VodafoneUK #vodafone but this past 10 days (and still unable 2 speak to someone). I think thats #disgusting They told me they’d call me but never did. Now Ill b cut off because after 10 days I cannot speak to anyone. At least I got evidence of efforts

    @VodafoneUK You’re messaging me asking me to call and not calling me like you said you would but won’t accept phone calls! How am I supposed to talk then! You customer care is #awful ans I have logged the past 7 days nightmare in case you cut my phone off and I have to seek legal advice.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I have witnessed similar behavior with their gernan daughter Kabel Deutschland. We wanted to cancel pur contract because of repeated day long downrime of our Internet connection. Instead of cancelling the contract and even sent us a new reciever for an additional 20€/month.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Yeah I had similar with them, albeit just with my own account and I hadn't died. Took the ombudswoman and about 20 hours of emails to shut down their specious guff and get the 'default' removed from my credit history.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This might not help much but- the moment they refused to deal with someone with power of attorney, THEY were in breach of contract and violated several other laws including GDPR. The breach caused demonstrable distress and each call taker is CRIMINALLY liable. Try report to ICO.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK You have significant follower influence. I would sue for reputational damage wasting time at £100 an hour. Vodaphone and Virgin take someone like you as being just an ordinary customer. Their risk and they need to pay for it.
