    @VodafoneUK I was able to call from outside of our village this afternoon. When I got home I now have no service on my handset (as does my wife) Vf site says our area WD35LL has maintenance until 19th😱. No calls for 4 days-seriously 😡

    Here’s where the intelligence of technology falls down. I suspect the phone is in stock but not in the colour I arbitrarily ordered. They’ve not said ‘hey, if you ask for the space whatever, we can give you that!’ so I’m just left wondering...@VodafoneUK

    @jcampbell_05 @VodafoneUK For some reason I just went ‘yeah sure midnight green’ because it was the first option but holy shit I don’t care I just want my upgrade. But Vodafone sort of weirdly assumes you won’t be open to Any Other Option.

    @VodafoneUK One area atm until I can drive somewhere else to try. My wife has same phone on my account and can make calls so I’m guessing it’s the handset. I’ve tried everything on the apple support advice but still can’t make or receive calls.

    @gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

    @AnnaWeather @VodafoneUK I ordered 11pro 256Gb last tuesday. Was told 1 to 2 weeks delivery, but it's out of stock. People are waiting like 3 or 4 weeks for there phones. No one at customer services knows what they're doing.

    I decided to change from o2 to @VodafoneUK . So far I am not impressed with the customer service. Phones we ordered are on back order , that’s a week ago. Can’t get anyone on the line to track my order and as for finding out on line. You have to have a Vodafone number!

    @Mr_Jimbob @VodafoneUK You are right. I saw it as an empty ‘thank you’. Like their service. I mean, he is happy to help me with my upgrade but he is not actually being helpful as he didn’t provide me a link to the available information nor a simple ‘thank you’ for your custom.

    @VodafoneUK stop charging me for skysports packages - 1. I didn’t sign up for skysports2 in the first place. 2. Apparently you can’t refund me, I have to contact sky - weird. 3. I only renewed my contact less than a month ago but I’ve been charged 4 times for skysports #terrible

    Update - DPD tried to deliver at 1030 this morning. When I wasn’t home. Funny that, given @VodafoneUK had promised they would book at hour delivery slot at 1800. I asked them to confirm they had done it and the ‘customer service’ person hung up rather than answer.

    Classic @vodafoneuk . I upgraded, they sent me a broken phone. I called, they promised a replacement delivered at 1800 today in an hour slot. Of course it hasn’t turned up. They say it’s not their responsibility, it’s DPD. Won’t tell me if they booked the hour slot or day slot.

    As part of The Artist's Way programme I have to avoid distractions for the next week. No TV, no social media, no box sets, and worst of all, no reading. I'll see you next week. You can still email or msg me but don't text as @VodafoneUK still haven't sorted out my phone problems

    @O2 @VodafoneUK Yes @o2. The phone does drop to 3G automatically at times and this makes no difference. Problem is that there are times I need to be able to use my phone to help home school my daughter on breaks - yet most of the time I have to revert to using sms as an I message won’t send.

    @VodafoneUK I rang Vodafone asking for proof to send to my insurance, but they send proof that my phone was never blacklisted. Insurance company is investigating me for fraud. Vodafone cannot even acknowledge their mistake. So I'm now being declined for insurance 🙃

    @VodafoneUK I have filled in 3 forms online for you send email me my ‘ proof of purchase’ it states this will take 3 working days. I have been waiting 2 weeks . I need to process a claim with my insurance company . Very unhappy with this service
