I phone your useless customer service, and I talk to 5, yes FIVE different people who all ask me the same damn questions. Eventually I am told I need a code to unlock phone. Wrong phone sent, false contract granted, administrative difficulties, staff arguments, staff confusion all at the expense of the customers time that we will not get back.

Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.
