@VodafoneUK I placed an order for a new personal line, porting a number in. I received the new SIM, but have had no service for over 24 hrs. Multiple calls to your helpline who just ask me to wait a bit longer. Really frustrated! Order SBL-1000000528805835. Pls help.

I raised a ticket 2 weeks ago for the wifi not working, the engineer came to fix the issue on Wednesday. On Saturday same scenario, wifi not working, I contacted them again and the ticket it’s still open. Basically my wifi it works only 3 days a week. Thank you @VodafoneUK 🤍

So despite having prior knowledge of account being cancelled pre the bill being created @VodafoneUK took the full direct debit and have closed the account when I login despite owing me in the region of £40.
