@VodafoneUK Thank you for your excuse. You’ve known for at least 20minutes. It takes very little time to send a message out which simply reads “We are having issues with our network which may affect you making or receiving calls. We’re working on getting this fixed as quickly as possible.”

@Rightcleverdick @VodafoneUK I think they call it easy move, which is laughable. Exactly the same situation as you, 3 weeks on still not resolved, lied to all the time. Switching to Virgin called them yesterday, fingers crossed Internet tomorrow. Absolutely no customer loyalty been with Voda for 5 years plus
