Top recommendation - never get a contract with @VodafoneUK I was without service for over 48 hours last week and they only returned it after I stayed on phone for over 90 mins.. and now they have dropped my service AGAIN without warning !! Avoid at all costs 🚨

Nearly 4 days without service with @VodafoneUK now. What a joke. No-one responding on Twitter and no one from customer relations, technical or the transfer of ownership have been in contact. If you’re not providing services to your customers you’re in breach of contract.

@HexyBastard @VodafoneUK I had to move away from them after 8 years being loyal customer... After talking to over 26 advisors over the course of 6 months and none was willing to give me a loyalty discount on a new contract i was forced to leave and never looked back since. Avoid them at all cost.

@VodafoneUK Without broadband for 25 days; 6 phone calls to Vodafone; 4 promises of 48 hours to fix; until day 25 & engineer finally turned up & fixed the severed cable. Vodafone - ..as we were able to meet the original activation date, we won't apply the compensation .
