Given up the will to live after 1hr 16m on hold to @VodafoneUK Trade In team. Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far it’s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And I’m still being billed for £465!

Almost 2 hours on the phone to @VodafoneUK - passed to 3 different departments(explaining my situation each time🙄)only to finally be told to go to a store to sort it out once they reopen on the 2nd 🥵Also sent 4 DM’s on here with zero response.Pretty rubbish customer service 👎

@VodafoneUK my Gigacube speeds have dropped significantly on 4G. I am on 4G because the sales person neglected to tell me that there is no 5G in my area. So I am paying for 5G, yet I get slow 4G speeds. At the very least I would like reasonable 4G speeds. Please help.

@VodafoneUK Need help accessing my voicemail messages from abroad. Whenever I dial the number it asks for a pincode but I have no idea what it is. In the UK you just use 121 and no pincode is required.
