    @VodafoneUK They don’t use social media. But we have heard him make several long calls (45 mins or more) over the past few weeks trying to sort this. And then apparently to whisper after he told them he had hearing difficulties. Appalling. I’m sure you can track it down.

    @VodafoneUK Well Ryan I was told that when the black phone came back in stock I could exchange it , just been told Apple have discontinued the 7 .The store told me I can exchange it for the next model down at no extra charge , why is it never for the next model up !!!

    @VodafoneUK The app is down.... why give customers offers, if it just leads to frustrations and embarrassment at check out. Frustrating. Perhaps invest a bit more in good IT, instead of launching products customers don't want or compete with Apple/Google.
