    @VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

    @GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

    @VodafoneUK customer service is a joke. Phone to be told to go online and either the page is jumping or you talk to yourself and no one answers. I say I have a problem with my bill and get sent a copy of it. I know what the bill is that’s why I have a problem #frustrating

    @VodafoneUK What’s the point in sending me DMs and then just not replying to my responses? Am I just writing messages in to the ether? Is this your idea of customer service? Leave them until they’ve spent so long complaining they run out of steam?

    @VodafoneUK 2 web chats, one engineer visit and the internet has gone off, crap speed, dodgy connection how do I leave you and go to somebody decent... This is shocking!!!

    @VodafoneUK When you’ve had the same non exciting service and promises for the last 12 years (maybe more), you get used to getting nothing back no matter how many times you feedback. The only reason I’m still here is because I get ‘loyalty’ discount otherwise I would move to someone else.

    @VodafoneUK I am trying to contact you about my broadband and house move. Waited for an hour this morning and 3hrs so far this evening - can't bring myself to hang up. Tried to sort out online and was eventually told that I had to call!

    @VodafoneUK see your charges are going up again, usual annual increase, how about taking into the fact for the past 12 months it is unlikely that many people are using their minutes and data. Tbh think my bill should be going down.
