Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

Matthew Marks (@MatthewMarks42) reported@OpenreachHelp Clarification: this was about the other issue - fibre being attached to drainpipe - so thanks, there's no contradiction. I guess I will never know why my Openreach/BT number couldn't be ported to Openreach FTTP because @VodafoneUK is unwilling to investigate.
