@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

A device (Roku) cannot see my @VodafoneUK Home Broadband WiFi SSID (but can see everyone else's) and Vodafone support suggested I changed the router's DNS to point to Google Public DNS.

@VodafoneUK my Dad’s incoming calls have been gone straight to Voicemail for at least the last 3 days. He’s not on social media. He called the Vodafone helpline and was told he’d be called back at 8.30am today on a different number to resolve. No one called him! Can you help?

@PaulDJohnston @richmarr Probably not. The voip service with @VodafoneUK gigafast is terrible. I tried to switch our number away from it last week, so I could get more features and use own router. They said I had to cancel broadband contract to do so, which would leave us without internet for 10 days.
