    @GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

    @Christabel__T @strategywoman @VodafoneUK Did eventually after nearly 48 hrs. So much of our lives are not contingent on mobile phones and having one stolen becomes trigger for house of cards to start falling down!

    @VodafoneUK is there any way to actually get some help!! Our broad band was meant to be installed and activated in 21st Dec and still no broad band! Need to speak to someone to resolve this but call and chat agents just go round in circles!!

    Stranded in Hungary without data because @VodafoneUK refuse to abide by their own guidelines that any pay monthly deal started before 11th Aug 21 will have free eu roaming as part of package. And then hung up on by Customer Service! Stay classy Vodafone...

    @VodafoneUK Yeah. Spent ages on chat with them - I need to go find my master socket in the attic and remove the face plate etc etc (not a clue). My question is - why am I subscribing to a service in which 4G is supposed to take over a dropped WiFi - and it NEVER DOES?

    Ok @VodafoneUK I’ve been sat in my house all night with ‘no signal’ where I barely get signal at the best of times but what ********😭 £60 a month to have to connect to my boyfriends hotspot is not the one

    @VodafoneUK When re-enabled signal often shows a strong four bars. Have also had BIG problems with SMS messages either very delayed, or in some cases, never arriving at all. People calling me are often put straight through to Voicemail. Hope you can help please!
