@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

@godders45 @margins36 @VodafoneUK I am three calls in months apart for cancellation request of broadband. They are still insisting it is live, even though zero use in last 3mths! Different supplier, new number. Old number dead. I have had hours of on hold & also online chat contact. Still no further on! Crap
