    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

    @BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

    @VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

    @SamsungUK @VodafoneUK I've had my Z flip 3 since release day and nearly every day It ends phone calls, it drops the network or just goes out of service all together. Never had any of these issues with my s20 this phone is just dreadful #samsung #ZFlip3 #zflip

    @VodafoneUK Hi! I've a 4G WiFi dongle that we're unable to use (poor reception) and the bill for it has jumped from £17p/m to £34. The unit isn't being used as it's so unreliable. Is there anyway to cancel the contract?

    @VodafoneUK I was on chat last night from midnight to 1.30am being told that tech 2 team found no issues dispite being told 40 min earlyer on a separate live chat that they would be working on the case and have information within 72 hours but apparently in 40 min between live
