@BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

@VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK No it doesn’t work because you want to send a text to a SIM card that is not working ‘for security’. It’s a brand new PAYG SIM card so what security is there to pass!? This is for Ukrainian refugees. Your offer to them is completely empty. Extremely disappointing.
