    @VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

    @GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

    @BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

    @VodafoneUK Big tech fan here and I know you send out review units to people. Would be great to have the opportunity with this phone or others going forward. I'm also a Vodafone customer, unlike some of the reviewers. Probably unlikely but I thought it was worth throwing that out there.

    @VodafoneUK why is there constantly a problem with the app? And why am I still waiting on an order that was made 11 days ago? I'm not impressed. Leta hope I'm not made to pay for something I haven't recieved.

    Had a text from @VodafoneUK to say I had asked for WiFi calling turning on - something I had never asked for. But just a warning to anyone who gets the same message and allows it to be turned on that if you are on PAYG I believe it then charges you for iMessage. So sneaky!

    @VodafoneUK I never get signal, at best I have 2 bars which means unless I'm on WiFi my phone barely works while I'm out. Even phonecalls people say my connection cuts out and goes completely. Spent an hour today while trying to work for it to go back to being 1 bar signal again

    @VodafoneUK I am a new customer. Why are you charging me from the 26th January when its the 29th and I've not even got the sim card yet? I'm on a 30 day rolling contract and can't see myself renewing at all. What a joke.
