@BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@beckyhalley79 @VodafoneUK @SpotifyUK I’m having major problems, my new contract hasnt activated my Spotify premium. I’ve spoken to VF ten times and each tine theyve said wait 24hrs and itll be sorted. 10 days later I’m told it’s going to take until mid June due to ‘technical issues’….
