@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

With its move to 5g has @VodafoneUK messed up the signal to my home after dropping 4g and moving those on this frequency to 3g? If so, thank you for taking me back to the past and running around my home to get a signal. Are you going to provide a 5g phone and not a discount?

@VodafoneUK Sorry James - nothing personal you understand but I’d rather keep things public. What a sordid company Vodafone have become. I felt compelled to close the account after 3 weeks because Vodafone wouldn’provide a contact number for support when I needed it
