@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK Absolutely dire service. Cant get through on the phone. Hours spent online chatting to a bot. My sim is disconnected and reconnected to solve signal issues which it didn't resolve and not my bill is £18 a month higher because the person who disconnevted it removed the discount!

@CityFibre @VodafoneUK U wouldn’t give me a ref number when I rang you you all those times. I ordered internet in 05/12 after 3 failed appointments had it installed 22/12 & from 28/12 no internet I rang you countless time & I broke down 2day on the phone&no one would help me I want you to ring me

@VodafoneUK is there a problem with the broadband? For 3 days we have not been able to watch sky glass or anything requiring WiFi. We have done a speed test and it is 0.35 MBPS? Have unplugged the router but still useless?

@VodafoneUK It has taken 6 days to get here but your guys have finally booked an openreach engineer to come out to resolve the problem tomorrow. 1 week after the broadband was upgraded. I tried your DM option, the BOT will not get me to an advisor.

Frankly, @VodafoneUK is one of the worst companies to trade with. They mess up your account & then, unhinged, they start charging, refusing a refund. That’s called THEFT! Force you to submit a complain to get your money back. @Ofcom complaint coming your way! #worstcompanies
