@BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

@VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK 6 calls to speak with adviser because each option you cut call and send me link to chat online. Online: 'We can't help - ring us.' My contract ends this month, and it seriously feels like I'm leaving HELL. CAN NOT WAIT TO BE RID OF YOU. What a life mistake that was.

@VodafoneUK I've been with Vodafone for 20 year's roughly and my phone Internet reception is the worst it's ever been it's slow keeps dropping and I've complained numerous times but it's still the same my work ee phone is tons better 😡😡
