    @OpenreachHelp still waiting to find out when a new pylon is going to be put up after a drunk knocked it down! I’ve had no phoneline or internet for almost TWO weeks! @VodafoneUK can’t help till there’s infrastructure!!

    If you buying a new phone please be aware that the customer service that @VodafoneUK offer is terrible I was told I’ll get a call back from a manager within 24 hours 9 days later still nothing. After being lied to by two managers. Not what u expect when you need help

Usually its been okay out of the 2 or 3 precious times I've contacted them. I've never had someone be awkward. She has to be new. Either new or lazy. Either all.

    @Sianwelby @VodafoneUK I stand, corrected Sian, third time he did try to cancel with them, but they promised him a fourth time. Are they guaranteed the engineer turning up which they did! However, it’s still extremely poor service from them and I hope they get you sorted very soon

    @Sianwelby @VodafoneUK Not me personally, but a friend had 3 appointments to get it installed and they never turned up. He cancelled and went elsewhere after a bit of a word fight as Vodafone said he was contracted and couldn’t cancel

    @VodafoneUK Hi I've just had an upgrade to an S22 via Carphone Warehouse, but I can't see wi-fi calling as an option on the phone. Its available on my current S20. Can it be activated as I really need it due to poor signal in my home! Thanks

    Ugh. @VodafoneUK being awful. I signed up for broadband as a new customer, my new account got created but apparently my broadband order doesn't exist even though I got a confirmation email. No Internet in the new year, and they've been zero help and taken zero responsibility.
