    @VodafoneUK That’s a lie! I called up on monday (whilst waiting for my order) as the link i was sent to ‘upgrade now’ let me go all the way through to payment and never once mentioned out of stock or a delay. You may have changed that now but that was always the case!

    @VodafoneUK spoke to someone online this evening about upgrading. Service was fine, but when I said I was going to also contact @CPWTweets as they had some good deals, I was just told basically "Ok", no trying to keep me as a customer or anything. 🤔

    @Kris_Robb @VodafoneUK Same here! Woke this morning to have an email saying ‘sorry, out if stock’ even though i was assured it would be here on the day of release. Poor management. Also, blaming Apple is ridiculous when other providers haven’t had the same issue.

    Don't hear many people commend @virginmedia on their service, but have thoroughly enjoyed my time using the gig1 they provide never had a problem in 10 years of using them. But £34 for 2 years for same speeds and apple 4k TV @VodafoneUK isn't an offer to turn down!

    @VodafoneUK Yet more disappointing service. Friday, fibre broadband not working. 40 min phone call - situation has been elevated, fix in 24 / 48 hrs. 60hrs later, no fix. 2nd 40min phone call, situation has been elevated here is your fault number 1/2

    Have to say @VodafoneUK customer service so bad now it’s painful . Try to get thru on phone is like getting blood out of stone and if you do it online got more chance of getting of wining lottery than Getting any sense out of anyone
