    If you buying a new phone please be aware that the customer service that @VodafoneUK offer is terrible I was told I’ll get a call back from a manager within 24 hours 9 days later still nothing. After being lied to by two managers. Not what u expect when you need help

    @virginmedia Vodafone is working fine. Virgin Media is terrible and always will be. You can stream other TV services with no problems. Over a year and not one issue. @VodafoneUK

    @DavidS2504 @VodafoneUK I got an eye watering cheap black Friday upgrade deal, so definitely not going to cancel. Doesn't make it any less annoying though to be told delivery within 3 days and now a week later I get a text saying they don't have a clue and stop asking them.
