I’ve spent half an hour in store twice, 2 hours awaiting a callback & 45 minutes talking to Customer Services today & I’m now ready to leave after 20 years, as soon as I’ve logged my complaint!!!

She switched to a new number last year over the phone and closed her last number down while talking to a rep. But she has been getting billed for
