    @VodafoneUK Thanks - but I definitely need the complaints department! I’ve spent half an hour in store twice, 2 hours awaiting a callback & 45 minutes talking to Customer Services today & I’m now ready to leave after 20 years, as soon as I’ve logged my complaint!!!

    @virginmedia My home WIFI is always quicker than when on mobile data. My wife’s @VodafoneUK network always receives first and quicker than your network.

    @VodafoneUK had the worst ever customer service from any organisation in the last 24 hours. Have been told I cannot make a complaint as my husband is the account holder. Working in customer services and the financial industry I know that’s not true. I won’t be letting this go

    @VodafoneUK 2 days without calls and data. Support first fobbed it off ‘a known technical issue’, which turned out to be a lie. Now spent over an hour with ‘technical’ support telling me how to reset network settings and wait 40 minutes for it to work (which it won’t!) 😡

    Left @VodafoneUK over five months ago. Made all payments in full yet they are still saying I owe them money and putting late payments on my credit file. This is after three months worth of calls to right it. Worst network around

With my internet they sold me the new service. let me cancel my other contract. now are telling me the network isn't ready and I'll potentially have to wait weeks. Id be less upset if I hadn't specifically called to ensure that it was going to be seamless.

    @KieMarshall @VodafoneUK @virginmedia Tried upgrading my phone, thus spending twice as much per month since FRIDAY. They lied to me about items being in stock and am now waiting for them to cancel my order so I can re-order from a branch that does have it, told 24 hours. More lies upon lies.
