    @VodafoneUK 4G data speed in Uttoxeter this evening is shockingly bad. What on earth is going on? I normally turn WiFi off in evenings because 4G is faster, but this is awful tonight.

    @VodafoneUK Find it astonishing that having been a loyal customer for 5-6 years, that come renewal time you can’t compete with VOXI on price. In 12 months my iPhone 8 is probably ready for replacement and you get me on another 2 year contract. Short-sighted at the best of times

    @VodafoneUK Already tried that on the PC. Also tried downloading evil Google Chrome. Still doesn't work. I did however manage to get the phone to work last night though so I've place my upgrade order now. Galaxy S20 FE 5G in White. Can't wait

    @Mobilescouk please stock the @oneplus 8 Pro for upgrades. I wanna upgrade from my 7 Pro for a good deal. I'm on @VodafoneUK and they are useless and have a very poor range of phone brands for upgrades.

    @VodafoneUK once again I get promised that my phone is unlocked and once again you fail. Having been told by one of you agents that I should pay over £60 to get it unlocked on a 3rd party app, I am disgusted over the customer service that has not been able to solve since mid 2020

    @VodafoneUK i have been waiting for a call from Vodafone deadlock team since last week, but no phone call, ongoing issue since august 2020, unbelievable poor customer service, and even now at the deadlock stage Vodafone seem to be unable to deliver the solution to my problem.

    @VodafoneUK I sent an email yesterday but no response despite me making them aware that I would take to Twitter if I am not contacted within 24 hours. Disgraceful service, I am unable to contact the deadlock team as my pin no longer works. I do not recommend.

    @VodafoneUK 10+ months of no data, calls, texts and Vodafone still won't fix the issue. Good luck getting anything resolved with this company, promises do not mean anything to them. Kept on the line for hours at a time waiting for a response. AVOID!!!
