    Been a @VodafoneUK customer for years, they mistakenly cut my broadband off & now I’m being told it can take up to 24hrs for it to come back on even though it is their error!!! 😡😡

    Could everyone have a look at this exchange between @VodafoneUK and my wife. The Crux of the matter was a better deal was being offered to new customers than it was to her wanting to upgrade after 10 years of loyalty. Once they have you have you as a customer. They stop caring.

    Do not get a phone with @VodafoneUK, they 100% provide the worlds worst customer service. I have waited nearly 6 weeks for my phone and been lied to about its delivery date on multiple occasions.

    @VodafoneUK Find it astonishing that having been a loyal customer for 5-6 years, that come renewal time you can’t compete with VOXI on price. In 12 months my iPhone 8 is probably ready for replacement and you get me on another 2 year contract. Short-sighted at the best of times

    @VodafoneUK Thanks - but I definitely need the complaints department! I’ve spent half an hour in store twice, 2 hours awaiting a callback & 45 minutes talking to Customer Services today & I’m now ready to leave after 20 years, as soon as I’ve logged my complaint!!!

    Nice to see that @VodafoneUK have increased the cost of my mobile phone plan when most are bending over backwards to help their customers through these uncertain times .... cheers for that, I’ll remember this when my contracts up in November #timetoswitch

    @percylittlep @VodafoneUK Customer Service is just a firewall for a under resourced service. I been without a viable landline for 8 days and we have a Medical need for it. Each day they say it will be fixed tomorrow. A spot light needs to be shone on this Company on how they deal with vulnerable people.

    @fabrizioviani @VodafoneUK For me it will always be @virginmedia it was easier to move to Spain 🇪🇸 than it was to close my account with them, they couldn’t close it without a forwarded address and continued to try to take the money, ran up a dept and then told a credit agency! Never got any compensation

    @VodafoneUK I did follow the link. Which give the "Cancel on NOWTV" link, which takes me to the account page on NOW which gives a link to "manage the account on Vodafone" (which just goes to your homepage). I'm not having much success with this at all.

    Dear @VodafoneUK. I recently got one of your Gigacubes. I told the salesperson I love online gaming. They said it'd be "perfect" for this. Now I discover it doesn't work for most online gaming on #NintendoSwitch because of the router NAT type. Very annoyed.
