Usually its been okay out of the 2 or 3 precious times I've contacted them. I've never had someone be awkward. She has to be new. Either new or lazy. Either all.

@VodafoneUK Yes,have had the app installed since the commencement of the contract, have also gone through all advanced settings and made amendments as per the tech teams advice, with the promise of improvement in 24 hours.just given up watching the ufc replay as the signal keeps dropping out

@Crownyy93 @VodafoneUK What a ******* joke!! Tell them ur moving to a new supplier, bet they fix ur problem sharpish. Im not an engineer but i had a problem with no internet, ended up being a new open reach engineer had unplugged me to plug someone else in leaving me with no internet for 6 weeks.
