    @danboq @VodafoneUK I must admit I can’t moan about the phone signal, I tend to get full bars. But I’ve never once had 5G, I’m starting to think it that it doesn’t actually exist...

    Just dealt with the worst customer service I have ever have to deal with from @VodafoneUK , spent 5 hours on the phone to be told they have given my contract to the wrong number now their ‘system’ won’t change it back 👌🏻

    @VodafoneUK we have no had internet for 3 days now, reset not working, ‘line advisers busy’ so can not contact by message/phone, two complaints submitted, ref given that is not recognised on call. Poor service, please respond ASAP to resolve issue as internet needed for work.

    So frustrated with #vodafoneuk customer services. I called them so many times to sort out my home broadband billing issue but I’m not getting anywhere. Never ever get home broadband with #vodafoneuk

    Anybody considering @VodafoneUK as a broadband provider. DON’T!! They are absolute crap. Several phone calls and wasted hours and it still doesn’t work. Total waste of money. @MartinSLewis @BBCBusiness

    @VodafoneUK shocking, no customer service. Emailed CEO Nick Jeffrey & his CEO team also not helpful. Woeful from the top down, cannot resolve a simple issue.

    @Manny_Official Vodaphone, I was on holiday with my cousins in a place with bad signal. They had EE and didn’t have any bars me and my brother have vodaphone and we had 3 bars with working data @VodafoneUK

    Nice to see that @VodafoneUK have increased the cost of my mobile phone plan when most are bending over backwards to help their customers through these uncertain times .... cheers for that, I’ll remember this when my contracts up in November #timetoswitch

    @VodafoneUK Find it astonishing that having been a loyal customer for 5-6 years, that come renewal time you can’t compete with VOXI on price. In 12 months my iPhone 8 is probably ready for replacement and you get me on another 2 year contract. Short-sighted at the best of times

    @danboq @VodafoneUK At least @O2 only fob me off once every two weeks 🤪 And they don’t even give a reason, just knock the date back every time 🤣 As long as I have signal in time so I can send my Xmas texts I’ll be a happy chap

    First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

    @VodafoneUK do you have a mobile signal boosting device. I get 1 bar of h+ in Drayton Bassett, Tamworth, Staffordshire. Your broadband is down and expect me to use a hotspot! 1.8mbs download when I pay for 64mbs. What do I do put my mobile in a bag and hang it out the window?

    @VodafoneUK by far the worst customer service I have ever received. Won’t let me speak to a manager even after several requests. Brand new router is faulty and they will not replace it. To those thinking of switching to Vodafone.... DON’T DO IT!! Not worth the hassle!

    Joining @VodafoneUK is proving an unmitigated disaster. Signed up myself and soon on two separate accounts a couple of months ago. My sign up want too bad except @VodafoneUK decided to change my telephone number so carers couldn't contact me.

    Hey @VodafoneUK your customer service is awful. 4hrs on the chat online to be disconnected 4 times and having to start again everytime. Sort it out.
