@HJMovingFarAway @VodafoneUK My dad warned me about Vodafone before. But obviously I saw a deal. He wasn't joking about their customer services. Usually its been okay out of the 2 or 3 precious times I've contacted them. I've never had someone be awkward. She has to be new. Either new or lazy. Either all.

Its, in my opinion, an internal policy to cause hurdles so that customers just "give up" and stay with them. Weird logic, but seems that way. But def done on purpose.
