Now spent over an hour with ‘technical’ support telling me how to reset network settings and wait 40 minutes for it to work (which it won’t!) 😡

I called up on monday (whilst waiting for my order) as the link i was sent to ‘upgrade now’ let me go all the way through to payment and never once mentioned out of stock or a delay. You may have changed that now but that was always the case!
