@HJMovingFarAway @VodafoneUK My dad warned me about Vodafone before. But obviously I saw a deal. He wasn't joking about their customer services. Usually its been okay out of the 2 or 3 precious times I've contacted them. I've never had someone be awkward. She has to be new. Either new or lazy. Either all.

@VodafoneUK So after yesterday and speaking to an advisor who we thought was really nice and said she would call my wife today at 11am to sort out her upgrade issues we’ve heard nothing. So now my wife has been lied to 3 times on the phone and also been called moody because she’s pregnant...

@VodafoneUK spoke to someone online this evening about upgrading. Service was fine, but when I said I was going to also contact @CPWTweets as they had some good deals, I was just told basically "Ok", no trying to keep me as a customer or anything. 🤔

@VodafoneUK is there any issues with your 4g network? I can't seem to get my exchange emails rest other emails work fine. On wifi everything works but on 4g my emails won't work and contacted support team multiple times and they say it's not your issue.

I got told twice that I’ll be receiving a new modem by @VodafoneUK I have the transcript emails and now while I was waiting for my new modem they told me I can’t get a new modem & I’ll be charged if I cancel... how is this fair? I got told wrong information and I have to pay??

@VodafoneUK So. 1 Do you sell extenders that work with your product? 2. Do you think you should advise new customers before they change to you that existing extenders won't work? It appears to be a real problem for users. 3. I have not had issues using the extenders with other routers.

So I had a response regarding the phone I purchased from @VodafoneUK that still doesn't work from new 4months ago. Apparently they cant do anything for me as "customer relations are looking into it. They must have poor eyesight as it has been 4 months of looking!!!😫😫
