@OpenreachHelp still waiting to find out when a new pylon is going to be put up after a drunk knocked it down! I’ve had no phoneline or internet for almost TWO weeks! @VodafoneUK can’t help till there’s infrastructure!!

@VodafoneUK all myself, husband an 3 kids on voda, I'm in hospital for 3-5 days, do you do any deals or free same network calls for loyal customers like say 02 do (or did when I was with them for over 15 years? Just don't want my phone to run dry after a few days? Thank you x

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This doesn’t surprise me at all. My mother died in 2003 and trying to close her BT landline account was a nightmare. The person I spoke to kept saying “we need to speak to the customer”! Finally I went into the BT sales centre saw a charming lady and in 20 minutes I had finished.

At Star City in Birmingham, outside and can only get 3G. Come on @VodafoneUK , get your 4G network up to scratch before sorting out 5G (particularly as that roll out is slow).

@VodafoneUK I visited Vodafone they tell me that appointment is missed which is simply not true and asked me to call direct number to rebook, for what reason I don’t understand, when we are not at fault. Is this how a new customer treated, wondering is it good to continue.
