    @VodafoneUK 2 days without calls and data. Support first fobbed it off ‘a known technical issue’, which turned out to be a lie. Now spent over an hour with ‘technical’ support telling me how to reset network settings and wait 40 minutes for it to work (which it won’t!) 😡

    @VodafoneUK We were supposed to be connected to home broadband which we are still paying for as it’s just a house move there is a problem and nobody is taking ownership or helping as long as you get your money customer service doesn’t matter

    Dear @VodafoneUK I’m not going away so suggest you look at your DM’s. You are definitely the worst customer service I’ve ever come across. Made moving house even more stressful. @SkyUK however, make it easy. Could teach Vodafone a lot!!
