    @danboq @VodafoneUK At least @O2 only fob me off once every two weeks 🤪 And they don’t even give a reason, just knock the date back every time 🤣 As long as I have signal in time so I can send my Xmas texts I’ll be a happy chap

    Am in a state of shock at the truly appalling "customer service" I received today from @VodafoneUK. Seems they've lost me as a customer now and they couldn't care less. Needless to say I can't imagine I'll use them any time soon and would recommend everyone avoids them too.

    @VodafoneUK sold me faulty broadband,charged me 100 of £ for data, after months of dispute agrd to cancel charges but ‘forgot’ i had to request a recording of call - took 30 days. It’s 53 mins long,clear except for the 8 mins where they said they would cancel which is distorted.

    @VodafoneUK been into Sutton Coldfield store 3 times to request NHS discount to be added to my contracts & provided ID each time. 3 times I’ve been promised & assured it’s done. Now 3 times I’ve been lied to & money taken from my bank. Awful customer service. Sort it out!

    @VodafoneUK Not a mobile account and after being deliberately cut off and passed around for over an hour. I will be taking you to Ofcom. Sending a DM will get me nowhere you ride and untrained agents have already confirmed that. Every please avoid @VodafoneUK if you want decent service
