So @VodafoneUK ‘s 5G network will be coming to sister brand @VOXI_UK later this year! Fantastic!! Although I’m an iPhone guy and it doesn’t seem likely we will see a 5G iPhone until the 2nd half of 2020😔

@VodafoneUK We were supposed to be connected to home broadband which we are still paying for as it’s just a house move there is a problem and nobody is taking ownership or helping as long as you get your money customer service doesn’t matter

@VodafoneUK day 1 of your “super fast” broadband & I’m already regretting it. Min guaranteed speed is 40mb/s- we’re getting 13mb/s & internet constantly dropping out. Spoke to a customer advisor earlier who was rude. Now back in the long queue to speak with someone else. Help. 😢

@virginmedia My home WIFI is always quicker than when on mobile data. My wife’s @VodafoneUK network always receives first and quicker than your network.

@VodafoneUK 2 days without calls and data. Support first fobbed it off ‘a known technical issue’, which turned out to be a lie. Now spent over an hour with ‘technical’ support telling me how to reset network settings and wait 40 minutes for it to work (which it won’t!) 😡

@VodafoneUK really disappointed with customer service this week. Switched to Vodafone Monday but router fault means can’t connect some devices. Yesterday was promised new router by late afternoon (6pm) today. Still no sign, no written confirmation and no means to track. Poor.

Yesterday I was thinking of going sim only so done a little looking on @VodafoneUK and £33 for 24 monrhs sim only so I can still have Spotify. May be worth getting to cut me bill down by £25. All the years I've been with Vodafone I've been paying nearly £60 a month with 2 phones

@VodafoneUK this is what my brand new Samsung note 20 ultra is like for hotspot...appauling I have fought with you for months to fix this nobody will reduce my bill or is able to fix it. So disappointed in vodafone that I have given up with you...the best bit? I'm an ex employee
