    @VodafoneUK had the worst ever customer service from any organisation in the last 24 hours. Have been told I cannot make a complaint as my husband is the account holder. Working in customer services and the financial industry I know that’s not true. I won’t be letting this go

    @VodafoneUK never received such #terriblecustomerservice still not sorted our broadband out that we are currently paying for!! Passed from 4 different people at both helpline AND shop, been promised 2 call backs which haven’t happened wish I’d stayed with #EE. #avoid #vodaphone

    @VodafoneUK The sim is for a relative coming over from Spain for a few weeks. I feel I was missold this package. Was told I needed a contract. Never had to do that before.

    @VodafoneUK 2 days without calls and data. Support first fobbed it off ‘a known technical issue’, which turned out to be a lie. Now spent over an hour with ‘technical’ support telling me how to reset network settings and wait 40 minutes for it to work (which it won’t!) 😡

    So @VodafoneUK ‘s 5G network will be coming to sister brand @VOXI_UK later this year! Fantastic!! Although I’m an iPhone guy and it doesn’t seem likely we will see a 5G iPhone until the 2nd half of 2020😔

    @VodafoneUK We were supposed to be connected to home broadband which we are still paying for as it’s just a house move there is a problem and nobody is taking ownership or helping as long as you get your money customer service doesn’t matter

    @virginmedia My home WIFI is always quicker than when on mobile data. My wife’s @VodafoneUK network always receives first and quicker than your network.

    @VodafoneUK disgusted with vodaphone for locking a phone on a sim only contract the phone was purchased from Samsung and they still haven’t given me the nuc code, I’ve sold a phone that can’t be used because vodaphone won’t sort it,very very poor I will be looking elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK so you give the products you sell a 24 month warranty I have just spent almost 3 hours on the phone to be passed from your 2nd rate insurance administration not once but twice to your customer service team, who did the same, trying to fleece me for £49

    @VodafoneUK Oh god I do! Been shielding on my own for what feels like a lifetime! My Dad died in July so never got to see him since Feb. Mum wasn't even allowed with him at the end! My fone ready for knackers yard, my birthday Sat and no-one can call. I need a #VodafoneTreats xc

    @VodafoneUK @chellejulie Good luck with this Michelle - we’re trying to cancel a contract for an 85yo deaf man that he hasn’t used for 2 years & after Vodaphone sent debt collectors in we now have to get a doctors letter to prove he can’t use the phone. As if GPs are not busy enough...
