    @HJMovingFarAway @VodafoneUK My dad warned me about Vodafone before. But obviously I saw a deal. He wasn't joking about their customer services. Usually its been okay out of the 2 or 3 precious times I've contacted them. I've never had someone be awkward. She has to be new. Either new or lazy. Either all.

    @VodafoneUK all myself, husband an 3 kids on voda, I'm in hospital for 3-5 days, do you do any deals or free same network calls for loyal customers like say 02 do (or did when I was with them for over 15 years? Just don't want my phone to run dry after a few days? Thank you x

    @VodafoneUK yet another price increase 2nd on the contract I’m on and yet I live just outside of Birmingham and still can’t get a proper signal when I’m at work just trying to make a call or use the internet is a no go awful customer service yet again

    @VodafoneUK customer service is shocking, they try every ***** trick in the book to prevent you from cancelling your contract, the phone line I’m on doesn’t even tell me the number I am in the queue, only that ‘there really busy at the moment and I be put through to someone ASAP’

    @VodafoneUK terrible service I’m getting nuisance calls from a withheld number (however I know the person calling and what number they are withholding) and your adviser said there is nothing you can do to stop this 😡

    @VodafoneUK - Your customer service is shocking again....while trying to get a refund for a device I requested to be cancelled, I have spoken to @BT customer service - fixed a different issue - had lunch and a meeting and I'm still waiting for your advisors to move... shocking!!!

    @VodafoneUK Morning - it's just over the channel. Ukranians fleeing to Western Europe and trying to access the UK visa centre(s) will need access to sim cards without punitive roaming charges. Anything you can do to help will be remembered, I feel 👍

    @VodafoneUK I'm a Virgin Mobile customer and having very slow or no data in UB8 1 postcode area. Standard phone signal isn't full either. Status website shows no problems but it did show issues yesterday.
