    @VodafoneUK spoke to someone online this evening about upgrading. Service was fine, but when I said I was going to also contact @CPWTweets as they had some good deals, I was just told basically "Ok", no trying to keep me as a customer or anything. 🤔

    @HJMovingFarAway @VodafoneUK My dad warned me about Vodafone before. But obviously I saw a deal. He wasn't joking about their customer services. Usually its been okay out of the 2 or 3 precious times I've contacted them. I've never had someone be awkward. She has to be new. Either new or lazy. Either all.

    Extraordinary email from @VodafoneUK to tell me that phone contract cost is going up by (the max allowed in the contract) 4.5%. Given CPI is at 0.6%, not clear what the additional 3.9% is covering? What exactly are these "additional costs of operating our network"?

    Appalling that @VodafoneUK can take 3 lots of payments by accident but take 16 days to refund it when you’ve got bills to pay and food to buy. Their mistake but they’re happy to hold onto the money for no reason at all other than their service is slow and lazy. Care to explain?

    @darrengrimes_ @VodafoneUK Assuming that’s a genuine image of your current internet socket I would advise you to seek help as that’s a danger Corbyn promised free fibre broadband for every home It would look nothing like that! If that’s how you roll your sockets than you might be a few connections short.

    @VodafoneUK Also, is this a new policy that routers don’t get replaced easily even so the engineer who had a look confirmed that the problem with WiFi comes from router. Outside cables have been changed. Really poor customer service. I need WiFi cos working from home!!!
