    @VodafoneUK customer service is shocking, they try every ***** trick in the book to prevent you from cancelling your contract, the phone line I’m on doesn’t even tell me the number I am in the queue, only that ‘there really busy at the moment and I be put through to someone ASAP’

    @OpenreachHelp still waiting to find out when a new pylon is going to be put up after a drunk knocked it down! I’ve had no phoneline or internet for almost TWO weeks! @VodafoneUK can’t help till there’s infrastructure!!

    @VodafoneUK all myself, husband an 3 kids on voda, I'm in hospital for 3-5 days, do you do any deals or free same network calls for loyal customers like say 02 do (or did when I was with them for over 15 years? Just don't want my phone to run dry after a few days? Thank you x

Usually its been okay out of the 2 or 3 precious times I've contacted them. I've never had someone be awkward. She has to be new. Either new or lazy. Either all.

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone are basically saying there can NEVER be a new broadcaster as it couldn’t rely on advertising while weak marketing execs wait to see if an OFCOM regulated broadcaster is “acceptable”. Meaning, it would have to survive months with no funding.
