    @virginmedia My home WIFI is always quicker than when on mobile data. My wife’s @VodafoneUK network always receives first and quicker than your network.

    @VodafoneUK 2 days without calls and data. Support first fobbed it off ‘a known technical issue’, which turned out to be a lie. Now spent over an hour with ‘technical’ support telling me how to reset network settings and wait 40 minutes for it to work (which it won’t!) 😡

    @VodafoneUK you have the worst customer relations department of all UK carriers I’ve used. 15 phone calls each approx 30 mins long and you still haven’t sorted out this faulty phone. Been on hold now for 30 mins. Of to the CAB tomorrow.

    @dmc1305 @VodafoneUK @O2 I was advised to stop using 4G when it doesn't work in Brum and revert to 3G. Cue more faff in settings - and because 3G is dodgy as well, I ended up on 2G! So still hopeless! And I hear O2 has data problems this morning too, according to Sky News...
