I’ve spoken to @VodafoneUK 5 separated occasions, been put through 9 various peoples/departments, for over 2 hours of phone calls and my query & subsequent complaint hasn’t been answered. Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!

Hi @VodafoneUK I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and I’m really disappointed with how my recent insurance claim has been handled. I know you prob can’t/ won’t intervene but I wanted to find a way to register my disappointment and I can’t think of another way!

@VodafoneUK It does now, but this should be made clear on marketing materials. I called to cancel my broadband sign up and they gave me £50 discount so it worked out ok in the end

@VodafoneUK Hi Becca. To upgrade it will cost me approx £240, plus another upfront cost for the handset and £97 pm for the contract itself. Personally I think £97 is ridiculous, especially when I’ve been a customer for many years. I’m happy to wait it out & leave come the summer. Cheers.

Customer service via a live chat with @VodafoneUK is like pulling teeth. A reply every 3 minutes and a question after a question. How many customers do you actually get through this way per day, surely it can't be many. Almost 45 mins for simple query! 😴😴😴😴😴😴

@VodafoneUK been into Sutton Coldfield store 3 times to request NHS discount to be added to my contracts & provided ID each time. 3 times I’ve been promised & assured it’s done. Now 3 times I’ve been lied to & money taken from my bank. Awful customer service. Sort it out!

@VodafoneUK poor service on day 1 of broadband switch to Vodafone. Spoke to somebody on live chat who said “give it 30minutes and it will work” seemed like they couldn’t be bothered because still no internet.

@VodafoneUK @KelThorpe WN6 also. I called and they said 24-72 hours. Tried replacing my non-Vodafone router with the one vf supplied and still nothing. Not great when we're all in tier 3 and supposed to be working from home... Reported it around 4pm and vf still saying unaware of issues?

@VodafoneUK I ordered a brand new contract on Saturday for next day delivery including a phone and a sim. It’s been 4 days and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY DELIVERY!!! This is ridiculous! My network has been cut off and I cannot contact anyone at all! This is ridiculous!

@VodafoneUK Yeah that's the disappointing thing, the deal CPW were offering was significantly cheaper than this for the Neo, let alone the lite. I'll keep an eye out anyway as the customer service I've had from @virginmedia has been disgraceful. So I'll keep my eyes peeled.
