He wasn't joking about their customer services. Usually its been okay out of the 2 or 3 precious times I've contacted them. I've never had someone be awkward. She has to be new. Either new or lazy. My alarm went off 5 or 10 minutes late due to zero signal in the town centre 'til then. We were all frazzled by the Farage Death Ray. All our bunting destroyed and everything.

Told the guy what I wanted, if not I would nip upstairs to EE who could give me just that. No problem in fact I got more than I expected & saved a few quid in the process. I did not expect that. 👍😎

Woke this morning to have an email saying ‘sorry, out if stock’ even though i was assured it would be here on the day of release. Poor management. Also, blaming Apple is ridiculous when other providers haven’t had the same issue.

I called up on monday (whilst waiting for my order) as the link i was sent to ‘upgrade now’ let me go all the way through to payment and never once mentioned out of stock or a delay. You may have changed that now but that was always the case!

Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.
