-
Dr Jonathan Cox (@DrJonathanCox) reported from Birmingham, EnglandAnybody considering @VodafoneUK as a broadband provider. DON’T!! They are absolute crap. Several phone calls and wasted hours and it still doesn’t work. Total waste of money. @MartinSLewis @BBCBusiness
-
Rik Freeman Photographer (@rickfr01) reported from Dudley, England@HJMovingFarAway @CostaCoffee @VodafoneUK I have never had an issue with them. Even on calls always had UK based. Although, as we know these days there is little given to brand loyalty. I was expecting them to tell me to do one as I told them what I wanted rather than accepting what they wanted. Yep surprised.
-
Soph (@sldf26) reported from Birmingham, England@VodafoneUK Hi Becca. To upgrade it will cost me approx £240, plus another upfront cost for the handset and £97 pm for the contract itself. Personally I think £97 is ridiculous, especially when I’ve been a customer for many years. I’m happy to wait it out & leave come the summer. Cheers.
-
Michael Pritchard (@blueghostuk) reported from Birmingham, England@VodafoneUK It does now, but this should be made clear on marketing materials. I called to cancel my broadband sign up and they gave me £50 discount so it worked out ok in the end
-
Jay Rawlings (@SpecialSchSENCO) reported from Birmingham, England@alimurtazamohs1 @VodafoneUK Agree with this. Im getting 5g indoors apparently but every mast in the 50km vicinity is broken and I cant even watch BBCIplayer...

-
Paul (@PaulRic71632112) reported@VodafoneUK I thought in this day and age you were supposed to give me notice of any increase in price. I had my new bill today and it has gone up. I wasn't aware of any in reasonable due. Also it has never happened at this time of the year.
-
Fran 💚 (@bonnieofclyde) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my grandad died, the council sent my Mum a bill as he hadn’t given notice to quit his OAP bungalow. Mum replied saying that as the contract was with him & not her, they should contact him at plot 25, Chelmsford Graveyard. She never heard anything after that.
-
Sid Shah (@MrSidShah) reportedCustomer acquisition, digital onboarding & operations must be designed as one journey. My @VodafoneUK eSIM order was completed, but activation details never arrived. After 24+ hours and repeated support promises - I cancelled. The funnel does not end at payment. It ends when the customer can use the product. #CustomerExperience #digitaltransformation #esim
-
Jaime Lannister (@callandobocas83) reported@StoneAlun @VodafoneUK Terrible experience with @vodafone_es. After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line. They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable
-
Paul Ryan (@pjryan51) reportedGiven up on Vodafone after 15 years. All network providers in UK are a bit of a disaster at the moment but @VodafoneUK seems to have all bit given up. No coverage, can never speak to anyone , price increases. I honestly think in UK we'll soon end up paying £100 a month for a faceless AI "assistant" to offer corporate apologies for no service while still holding you to a contract and charging for non payment back up by a court system that allows them to enforce fast track judgments !
-
Cath (@twigs83) reported@VodafoneUK disgusting behaviour from yourselves. Charging an 86 yr old man £340 to cancel a service you haven't provided! @Ofcom who do we make an official complaint to?
-
Andrew Search (@search_andrew) reportedNever give @VodafoneUK your business. I moved to Lebara who offer better value on the same network. Not my beef. My beef is that when chasing money they owed me at the end of the contract, their CA told me they don’t pay money back unless they are chased! Shocking behaviour.😡😡
-
Michael Crick (@MichaelLCrick) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK As I have said here before, Virgin Media treat customers with total contempt. The worst type of British capitalism. Branson must be so ashamed.
-
Pete L (@HavingsomefunPL) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Sue them. They do this all the time. Their systems are crap. They’re crap. @VodafoneUK they don’t give a ****.
-
Ed (@1983_edward) reported@VodafoneUK your broadband is appalling. We pay for 150mb/s fibre. I've barely been able to write a word document today for work. Now we have TV saying theres a problem with our network. We will soon be leaving before the end of our contract.
