It’s 53 mins long,clear except for the 8 mins where they said they would cancel which is distorted.

Min guaranteed speed is 40mb/s- we’re getting 13mb/s & internet constantly dropping out. Spoke to a customer advisor earlier who was rude. Now back in the long queue to speak with someone else. Poor service, please respond ASAP to resolve issue as internet needed for work.
