@VodafoneUK day 1 of your “super fast” broadband & I’m already regretting it. Min guaranteed speed is 40mb/s- we’re getting 13mb/s & internet constantly dropping out. Spoke to a customer advisor earlier who was rude. Now back in the long queue to speak with someone else. Help. 😢

Customer service via a live chat with @VodafoneUK is like pulling teeth. A reply every 3 minutes and a question after a question. How many customers do you actually get through this way per day, surely it can't be many. Almost 45 mins for simple query! 😴😴😴😴😴😴

Hi @VodafoneUK I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and I’m really disappointed with how my recent insurance claim has been handled. I know you prob can’t/ won’t intervene but I wanted to find a way to register my disappointment and I can’t think of another way!

@VodafoneUK sold me faulty broadband,charged me 100 of £ for data, after months of dispute agrd to cancel charges but ‘forgot’ i had to request a recording of call - took 30 days. It’s 53 mins long,clear except for the 8 mins where they said they would cancel which is distorted.

@VodafoneUK been into Sutton Coldfield store 3 times to request NHS discount to be added to my contracts & provided ID each time. 3 times I’ve been promised & assured it’s done. Now 3 times I’ve been lied to & money taken from my bank. Awful customer service. Sort it out!

@VodafoneUK Hi Becca. To upgrade it will cost me approx £240, plus another upfront cost for the handset and £97 pm for the contract itself. Personally I think £97 is ridiculous, especially when I’ve been a customer for many years. I’m happy to wait it out & leave come the summer. Cheers.

@VodafoneUK It does now, but this should be made clear on marketing materials. I called to cancel my broadband sign up and they gave me £50 discount so it worked out ok in the end

@VodafoneUK We’ve been through this before. It’s not “economically viable” to put up another mast. Out of the season there apparently aren’t enough people to warrant the expense. Although they’re building new housing estates here now. But if the network continues to be crap you lose custom.

@TerryFi95721010 @VodafoneUK I was with 02. My OH persuaded me to change to the Vodafone family package. Customer service is rubbish, and the router is past its sell by date, isn’t working properly and slow as hell. But they won’t give us a new one. Even Sky was better. I wish I’d never changed.

@VodafoneUK Mobile broadband, I have the unlimited data package as I use my phone as my hotspot at the shop. Plus I use a lot of data streaming music and Twitch to keep me company during the day. Never usually lower than 300mbps unless you are working on the mast.
