@VodafoneUK we have no had internet for 3 days now, reset not working, ‘line advisers busy’ so can not contact by message/phone, two complaints submitted, ref given that is not recognised on call. Poor service, please respond ASAP to resolve issue as internet needed for work.

Just dealt with the worst customer service I have ever have to deal with from @VodafoneUK , spent 5 hours on the phone to be told they have given my contract to the wrong number now their ‘system’ won’t change it back 👌🏻

First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

Quelle Surprise! Its not worked. The sim card, which worked until @VodafoneUK disconnected my service for 24 hours (15 days ago) is now not working. Theyre sebding me a new sim which will take only 1 - 2 days to arrive. Thats working days so should [sic] be working by Tuesday!

@VodafoneUK Thanks Andy. I’ll DM you my details but I eventually spoke to a manager who assured me the texts are now disabled. I’ve been told they’ve been stopped at least 3 times before so I shall see next month. The monthly charge suggestion was awful. Imagine if I’d not known to say no.
