    First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

    @VodafoneUK we have no had internet for 3 days now, reset not working, ‘line advisers busy’ so can not contact by message/phone, two complaints submitted, ref given that is not recognised on call. Poor service, please respond ASAP to resolve issue as internet needed for work.

    Just dealt with the worst customer service I have ever have to deal with from @VodafoneUK , spent 5 hours on the phone to be told they have given my contract to the wrong number now their ‘system’ won’t change it back 👌🏻

    Am in a state of shock at the truly appalling "customer service" I received today from @VodafoneUK. Seems they've lost me as a customer now and they couldn't care less. Needless to say I can't imagine I'll use them any time soon and would recommend everyone avoids them too.

    @alsuser @Tacos2sc @VodafoneUK For a website like down detector to have over 200 reports in the last 2 hours - you can expect the number of people suffering an outage to be 1,000s of times more than that. How many know the website, how many would report, I haven't reported the problem, so to get 200 is a LOT.

    @SjBarrister @VodafoneUK They don't even put the issues on their 'live' status checker. No wonder they have been voted the worst mobile provider, every year, the past decade or so. And don't get me onto their crap signal and severe lack of customer service.

    @VodafoneUK I am surprised you are asking me like it is a personal issue, when all of the sites regarding whether a service is suffering an outage indicates that Vodafone is suffering an outage, based on user reports, and has been since 8pm. Your internet is down and it has been for 2-hours
