First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

@VodafoneUK we have no had internet for 3 days now, reset not working, ‘line advisers busy’ so can not contact by message/phone, two complaints submitted, ref given that is not recognised on call. Poor service, please respond ASAP to resolve issue as internet needed for work.

@VodafoneUK yet another price increase 2nd on the contract I’m on and yet I live just outside of Birmingham and still can’t get a proper signal when I’m at work just trying to make a call or use the internet is a no go awful customer service yet again

@VodafoneUK two factor authentication on your website to access account info is great but for one thing.... you send a text message for the confirmation which is no good if you have zero signal and are working off wi-fi calling only.
