    @VodafoneUK Customer Complaints Code says they will get back to you within 48 hours and it’s been over a week! 2 weeks without internet and their agents don’t listen to what I say 😭

    @VodafoneUK I’m having problems connecting my PS4 to my mobile hotspot,I’m a Hgv driver who works away from home all week and my PS4 allows me to pass time at night,it keeps saying I.P address failed when PS4 tries to connect to hotspot

    @VodafoneUK I’m trying to add an additional line to my account but your website checkout isn’t working (and hasn’t been for several days). Call centre staff can’t help and just tell me to ‘try tomorrow’. Shall I go elsewhere or can someone sort this?

    @ThreeUK Collin actually laughing like a child down the phone! Extremely unprofessional!!! Shocking service!!! £28 a month for a sim only! I pay £17.80 with @VodafoneUK handset included!! Unlimited text, calls 4g of Data!

    @VodafoneUK just had a call to try and keep me as a customer as your monthly contracts are so expensive only for your amazing reception to cut out so your advisor cut me off anyone would think I’m out on an island somewhere but I’m 5 miles outside Birmingham laughable

    @KarenGeddesQPM @VodafoneUK BT - had them since I moved in 7 years ago, never had one single issue, 7 years of completely uninterrupted strong connection. But I guess you get what you pay for £30 a month is the price on the never ever lets you down ticket. 🤝

    Utter shambles by @VodafoneUK yet again. Picked up my order from store Saturday, no service at all to be told the order was cancelled because I didn’t pick up the device in time, but here I am with the device at home. Your tech team haven’t a clue what they’re doing either 🥵

    @VodafoneUK Absolute shambles. Home Move booked weeks ago, I’ve now moved, and you’ve cancelled it. I’m paying for broadband at a house I no longer live in AND paying extra for temporary internet. Can’t even contact you because your systems are down. Sort this out!

    @VodafoneUK I am writing to formally complain about Vodafone TR. The customer service agents are extremely rude and they hung up the phone on me. Furthermore, they are charging unfair and unauthorized extra fees on my bill. I cannot find any helpful representative in TR to solve my problem.
