Poor service, please respond ASAP to resolve issue as internet needed for work.

Picked up my order from store Saturday, no service at all to be told the order was cancelled because I didn’t pick up the device in time, but here I am with the device at home. Your tech team haven’t a clue what they’re doing either 🥵

Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!
