    First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

    Am in a state of shock at the truly appalling "customer service" I received today from @VodafoneUK. Seems they've lost me as a customer now and they couldn't care less. Needless to say I can't imagine I'll use them any time soon and would recommend everyone avoids them too.

    @VodafoneUK less than 24hrs remaining overseas and 3 days since I started calling, using online chat and DM via Twitter to add data to a contract. You’ve failed, adding the data to an entirely different number and promised/ then failed to add a Euro Pass. Great Service!

    @AhmedShelbaya @VodafoneUK .. and 1 hour after you reset my service after 8 days you have just turned it off again …. And let’s not forget in that time you managed to muck up the bill so badly that one of you stores needed to sort it out .

    In other news the @vodafoneuk website is awful, it’s like they don’t want be to buy. I’ve been trying to purchase a sim only plan and the website just errors out over and over when it comes adding my card details.
