  • ChrisSammons_ Chris Sammons #StayHomeSaveLives (@ChrisSammons_) reported from Birmingham, England

@danboq @VodafoneUK At least @O2 only fob me off once every two weeks 🤪 And they don’t even give a reason, just knock the date back every time 🤣 As long as I have signal in time so I can send my Xmas texts I’ll be a happy chap

  • aforknall AForknall (@aforknall) reported from Birmingham, England

@danboq @VodafoneUK I must admit I can’t moan about the phone signal, I tend to get full bars. But I’ve never once had 5G, I’m starting to think it that it doesn’t actually exist...

  • ChrisSammons_ Chris Sammons #StayHomeSaveLives (@ChrisSammons_) reported from Birmingham, England

@paulwrightyboy @O2 @tescomobile @VodafoneUK I’ve raised this issue with both networks, collectively they don’t give a toss, this is the problem

  • ChrisSammons_ Chris Sammons #StayHomeSaveLives (@ChrisSammons_) reported from Birmingham, England

  • NoEllis82 Andrew Smith (@NoEllis82) reported from Birmingham, England

Am in a state of shock at the truly appalling "customer service" I received today from @VodafoneUK. Seems they've lost me as a customer now and they couldn't care less. Needless to say I can't imagine I'll use them any time soon and would recommend everyone avoids them too.

  • s_badruddin B' (@s_badruddin) reported from Birmingham, England

Even vodaphone customer service is shite! ‘Look into right away’ ermm I’ve been waiting almost a full day for your response! @VodafoneUK

  • Connaghty Stephen (@Connaghty) reported from Birmingham, England

@VodafoneUK Have replied to the DM yesterday. I can see you are really quick at reading normal tweets but the DM is still unread. Can someone have a look at this for me to help get my issue sorted. Thanks a mill

  • ChrisSammons_ Chris Sammons #StayHomeSaveLives (@ChrisSammons_) reported from Birmingham, England

@danboq @VodafoneUK @O2 have an annual rise in April too, when I have signal, the conversation will be interesting 😂

  • Brumdad30 Rudi Feix (@Brumdad30) reported from Birmingham, England

@financialombuds @VodafoneUK dear financial ombudsman I have a major complaint regarding Vodafone! I am at loggerheads with their poor service in providing their loyal customers with poor acceptable service to which their customer is wanting

  • Rehune Rehana Watkinson (@Rehune) reported from Birmingham, England

@VodafoneUK sold me faulty broadband, charged me 100 of £ for data, after months of dispute agrd to cancel charges but ‘forgot’ i had to request a recording of call - took 30 days. It’s 53 mins long, clear except for the 8 mins where they said they would cancel which is distorted.

  • J_C_Pearce Jonathan Pearce (@J_C_Pearce) reported from Worcestershire, England

@VodafoneUK can you please explain your sub standard home broadband service. At least 1-5 times a day our service is inactive and needs the router reset. Not good enough.

  • Rehune Rehana Watkinson (@Rehune) reported from Birmingham, England

@VodafoneUK your complaints dept need to stop putting me on hold and then keep cutting me off. About to lose a customer of 18 years guys! Cos from switching to Vodafone Broadband i have gone from never using data to data bills of £300 a month all whilst fault is with your

  • sldf26 Soph (@sldf26) reported from Birmingham, England

@VodafoneUK been into Sutton Coldfield store 3 times to request NHS discount to be added to my contracts & provided ID each time. 3 times I’ve been promised & assured it’s done. Now 3 times I’ve been lied to & money taken from my bank. Awful customer service. Sort it out!

  • Ash_470 Ash❗️ (@Ash_470) reported from Birmingham, England

Customer service via a live chat with @VodafoneUK is like pulling teeth. A reply every 3 minutes and a question after a question. How many customers do you actually get through this way per day, surely it can't be many. Almost 45 mins for simple query! 😴😴😴😴😴😴

  • blueghostuk Michael Pritchard (@blueghostuk) reported from Birmingham, England

@VodafoneUK It does now, but this should be made clear on marketing materials. I called to cancel my broadband sign up and they gave me £50 discount so it worked out ok in the end

  • Annaba250784 Anna (@Annaba250784) reported from Birmingham, England

Vodafone Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
  • MummyMoo11 Mummy & Moo (@MummyMoo11) reported

@VodafoneUK One where Vodafone doesn't ignore its disabled customers and actually fixes issues rather than dragging them out for months whilst still charging full whack.

  • MummyMoo11 Mummy & Moo (@MummyMoo11) reported

@VodafoneUK @GuardianLabs Don't bother with Vodafone as a supplier though, as a disabled customer this has been a horrible journey. You don't listen or fix any issues yet still charge full price and ignore customers.

  • MummyMoo11 Mummy & Moo (@MummyMoo11) reported

@VodafoneUK I can't... your Internet is rubbish and your customer service is even worse, as a disabled customer, your treatment and handling of this has been so far from satisfactory, its stuck in the u-bend. I've already cancelled Direct debit, you can run and jump for termination fees

  • MummyMoo11 Mummy & Moo (@MummyMoo11) reported

@VodafoneUK @GuardianLabs Having a WiFi service that actually works and a provider that doesn't ignore the issues. Have cancelled my direct debit. You are not disability friendly and are useless in customer service. Stick to mobile phones, Internet supply is clearly not your forte.

  • DrMattStroh Matthew Stroh (@DrMattStroh) reported

@DavidSowden8 @VodafoneUK To be fair, my S7 & S9 were ok (although there were similar problems on the S7 when I was in Canada a few years ago, so really needed to use Wi-fi calling). It seems to need a phone as well as a network setting to be in sync... one of their team has been messaging suggestions!

  • MummyMoo11 Mummy & Moo (@MummyMoo11) reported

@VodafoneUK Wouldn't bother.... Their WiFi is rubbish and if disabled, you've not a chance in hell of getting it fixed.... Not a disability friendly company with rubbish customer service

  • MummyMoo11 Mummy & Moo (@MummyMoo11) reported

@VodafoneUK You are supposed to deal in communications tech, not pets... Quit messing about and actually respond when you are not providing service promised to a disabled customer who has tried multiple times in the last 5 months to get WiFi fixed. Non responsive to DMs as well...Disgusting

  • TomLitchfield5 Tom Litchfield (@TomLitchfield5) reported

@VodafoneUK worst customer service I’ve ever received, was told I went over by 200MB, charged for 3GB. Mistake on your behalf but ‘the fee charged is still valid’.

  • CableOfSparksNo Matron (@CableOfSparksNo) reported

@MickMurrin74 @VodafoneUK With Vodafone there will be virtue signal problems guaranteed. And at least £30 a month.

  • mastersdog master p (@mastersdog) reported

I think @EE, @VodafoneUK, @O2 and all the other mobile service providers have done really well from the #lockdown. The data we pay for, we never used it because we used our wifi, yet there was no discount on monthly payments.
