    After 13 years, I'll be canceling my @VodafoneUK contracts. Pretty appalling that through no fault of my own, the Black Friday upgrade I've been running back and forth to resolve will not be honored, even though the mistake is on their end because of systems issues. Very poor.

    @SamsungUK Just a shame mine was supposed to be delivered 29.11.2021 by @VodafoneUK and I'm still waiting might just cancel as I'm getting no joy on when it's coming so might change to @Apple instead ..............
