@VodafoneUK why am I not getting 4G where I live at the moment? Your network coverage checker says there’s not a problem but coverage has been poor recently, more often than no no 4G.

@VodafoneUK Hi there, I’m a brand new customer and I’m disappointed with how my experience has gone so far. I committed to my contract on the basis I would be sent a temp router to cover my period in between contracts. The customer service team are now confused as to what I mean.
