I’ve spoken to @VodafoneUK 5 separated occasions, been put through 9 various peoples/departments, for over 2 hours of phone calls and my query & subsequent complaint hasn’t been answered. Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!

@VodafoneUK poor service on day 1 of broadband switch to Vodafone. Spoke to somebody on live chat who said “give it 30minutes and it will work” seemed like they couldn’t be bothered because still no internet.

@VodafoneUK Customer Complaints Code says they will get back to you within 48 hours and it’s been over a week! 2 weeks without internet and their agents don’t listen to what I say 😭

@TheRising_Moon @VodafoneUK You won’t regret it. Unfortunately all operators as bad as each other eventually when you hit a road block over something but EE does seem to be better in Chalfont. Vodafone pretty decent most of the country to be fair though.

@VodafoneUK bought 2nd faulty SIM card from a Vodafone Shop in space of 2 years. Absolutely pathetic. Wasted petrol/time/parking money. Vodafone making me drive half an hour back and forth to go fix it myself. zero talk about making it right. What A joke. I’ve learnt my lesson.

New @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup broadband installation.... very rude company, it is the second time that staying hone from 8am to 6pm waiting their engineer to install and noone shows up or call to postpone the appointment.... unbelievable poor customer service
