    @VodafoneUK poor service on day 1 of broadband switch to Vodafone. Spoke to somebody on live chat who said “give it 30minutes and it will work” seemed like they couldn’t be bothered because still no internet.

    I’ve spoken to @VodafoneUK 5 separated occasions, been put through 9 various peoples/departments, for over 2 hours of phone calls and my query & subsequent complaint hasn’t been answered. Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!

    @ems_charlottex @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It’s been a couple months now. I was with them years ago and signal was so so. Went to Vodafone after big they were expensive so back to 3 and they are cheaper but poop signal lol

    @VodafoneUK @neilio_uk I had the same problem, all of a sudden I couldn't log in anymore via virgin media and the Vodafone WiFi is very slow to get connected. Would have been nice from Vodafone to allert the clients via email/sms/myvodafoneapp about the changes.

    @VodafoneUK Terrible service from Vodafone. Been a loyal customer for over 10yrs. Have four phone contracts with you. Mobile broadband has been useable since end of April. Going to OfCom now and will systematically move from Vodafone to @O2
