Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!

Sent it once, they did nothing. Was told to go in store, they sent it away again... STILL NOTHING DONE. Almost 3 weeks without a phone & no help😭😭

I have a feeling you don't actually do battery refresh as this is 2 times and you have literally done nothing & just sent it back... madness 🤯terrible service as always
