I’ve spoken to @VodafoneUK 5 separated occasions, been put through 9 various peoples/departments, for over 2 hours of phone calls and my query & subsequent complaint hasn’t been answered. Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!

@ems_charlottex @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It’s been a couple months now. I was with them years ago and signal was so so. Went to Vodafone after big they were expensive so back to 3 and they are cheaper but poop signal lol

@VodafoneUK can you please explain your sub standard home broadband service. At least 1-5 times a day our service is inactive and needs the router reset. Not good enough.

@VodafoneUK Customer Complaints Code says they will get back to you within 48 hours and it’s been over a week! 2 weeks without internet and their agents don’t listen to what I say 😭

@VodafoneUK poor service on day 1 of broadband switch to Vodafone. Spoke to somebody on live chat who said “give it 30minutes and it will work” seemed like they couldn’t be bothered because still no internet.

@VodafoneUK The paiement is as it should be, no problem with it. But when you CANT use your phone then it becomes a problem. Now the customer relations asked me to wait 21 days for a solution...but still pay a phone obviously that I can’t use. A NIGHTMARE

@ThreeUK can anyone tell me why @VodafoneUK has better deals? Comparing the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, I'm a 3 customer have been for 10 years or so... Best they can offer me is £64 and if I sell my handset I get £180 whereas @VodafoneUK have the same phone but for £52... #goodone

@VodafoneUK My fiancee for giving birth to our wonderful son who is nearly a year and having to go through a stressful year on maternity leave with out any family near as they all live 4 hours away and unable to help or support us . She is totally amazing x #VodafoneTreats #KeepConnecting

@VodafoneUK My partner, Kiran. We started lockdown basically retired then we got the awful news that his dad had been diagnosed with lung cancer. He quit his job, I put my training on pause&we both relocated half way across the country. Sadly his dad passed, he’s been my rock through it all.

@VodafoneUK Thanks - it would still be good to perhaps change your practice so that they are not so persistent. A call here and there I can understand but they ought to get the message when someone doesn't pick up... leaving a voicemail would help too.

@VodafoneUK The person who deserves some #vodafonetreats the most is my partner Simon. He works at sea and was unable to get home straight away when I was taken ill and in hospital. He’s due back to work soon and his phone is damaged now. So a new phone would really help us both 🙏
