@ems_charlottex @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It’s been a couple months now. I was with them years ago and signal was so so. Went to Vodafone after big they were expensive so back to 3 and they are cheaper but poop signal lol

I’ve spoken to @VodafoneUK 5 separated occasions, been put through 9 various peoples/departments, for over 2 hours of phone calls and my query & subsequent complaint hasn’t been answered. Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!

@VodafoneUK I’ve tried Voxi Live Chat, complaints 📞 & twitter for two days to submit a network issue that started after you closed a ‘fault’ thats has created speed issues since, I’ve uploaded pics to no avail, how can I submit a network fault when Voxi won’t do it for me?

@VodafoneUK as a customer of 20 years I am appalled that none of my 8 calls to your customer services have resolved my problem with receiving calls and texts in South Africa. This is a known issue that no one in your call centres knows how to fix. Disgusting!

@ThreeUKSupport This is no use. I want to speak with a manager and they just tell me they can’t as managers don’t speak to people on the phone. Never had issues with @VodafoneUK like this. I’ll be heading right back to them as soon as I can. I’ll never be using three again.
