    @ems_charlottex @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It’s been a couple months now. I was with them years ago and signal was so so. Went to Vodafone after big they were expensive so back to 3 and they are cheaper but poop signal lol

    I’ve spoken to @VodafoneUK 5 separated occasions, been put through 9 various peoples/departments, for over 2 hours of phone calls and my query & subsequent complaint hasn’t been answered. Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!

    @VodafoneUK please can you help i have rung 7 times and keep getting hung up on when they put me on hold. You have blocked the wrong phone 21 days ago! This phone is with my elderly mum and she needs it. NO ONE WILL FIX THIS! I need my mums mobile back on ASAP!

Is there really any point having ofcom..?It’s no wonder the service at Vodafone is so bad!?The customer service in this country these days is just a joke! Poor leadership, poor training and a lack of personal responsibility & ownership in the workplace
