I’ve spoken to @VodafoneUK 5 separated occasions, been put through 9 various peoples/departments, for over 2 hours of phone calls and my query & subsequent complaint hasn’t been answered. Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!

@ems_charlottex @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It’s been a couple months now. I was with them years ago and signal was so so. Went to Vodafone after big they were expensive so back to 3 and they are cheaper but poop signal lol

@VodafoneUK Just been on the phone to your useless customer services. They told me that because the LOS red light is on they need to send an engineer out within the next 48 working hours, so I’m not probably looking till Tuesday with no internet (1)

Disgusted tried to change my pin with @VodafoneUK kept getting error messages and now this morning been told I need a PUK code as cannot confirm the pin, when I didn’t even let me change it, and don’t work in my suggested one! Can’t even get hold of them before they hang up!!!

@VodafoneUK my partner has phone u multiple times & complained over the last 2 years & you were going 2 sort it out everytime & a callback was guaranteed. U have not called back once. This is shocking customer service who can we complain 2 now if complaints aren’t being delt with

@VodafoneUK Hi. Extremely disappointed by the service. No landline for five days as broadband activated with full knowledge adapter not received and ongoing promises of one being delivered. Now another promise I’ll have an adapter on Monday. Third attempt.

@jodiedoubleday @VodafoneUK Mine went down about the same time as yours. I was trying the test that @vodafoneuk suggested but that was failing to complete, until 06:30 this morning. Router factory reset requested, completed and after 20 minutes , now working.

@VodafoneUK and was told ‘no don’t worry about it we’ve fixed the issue and your internet will be working when you get home’. Which of course it wasn’t. Again. Absolutely useless, I’d encourage anyone considering Vodafone to avoid like the plague
