I’ve spoken to @VodafoneUK 5 separated occasions, been put through 9 various peoples/departments, for over 2 hours of phone calls and my query & subsequent complaint hasn’t been answered. Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!

@VodafoneUK customer service is shocking, they try every ***** trick in the book to prevent you from cancelling your contract, the phone line I’m on doesn’t even tell me the number I am in the queue, only that ‘there really busy at the moment and I be put through to someone ASAP’

@VodafoneUK poor service on day 1 of broadband switch to Vodafone. Spoke to somebody on live chat who said “give it 30minutes and it will work” seemed like they couldn’t be bothered because still no internet.

@Frosso747 @VodafoneUK It's absolutely disgusting. The guy/girl I spoke with on the chat LITERALLY blamed the problem on "dust" and that I should clean the connector. THAT is the level of intelect we're dealing with at @VodafoneUK - SIMPLY the worst ISP in history, and they know it.

@VodafoneUK James. Your (Vodafone's) "offer" was BS. I spoke to live chat (see screenshots) and so far all your "technical experts" have done is FURTHER slow the connection down and SLIGHTLY lower the buzzing on the line (VERY slightly). If you mark this as "fixed", then I'm going elsewhere.

@Frosso747 @VodafoneUK Don't worry Frossy. For WE are the stupid ones. Clearly dust (that absolutely cannot penetrate a wall socket to ANY degree that would do ANY damage) is an internet killer. I don't know who wrote their copy and paste responses, but I feel it was out of a Christmas cracker.
