@VodafoneUK Wow! Joe at Chantry Place Vodafone Norwich had all the personality of a stick! Felt like he didn't want to help and it felt like he was kinda rude when we wanted to return a phone. Never again will I look at Vodafone in Norwich. Plus side Matt was nice and did help.

@VodafoneUK partner upgraded today was told will be delivered tomorrow, you guys took wrong number of house down booked it for number 16 not 60, called straight away when realised to be told now have to wait till Friday….. it’s 22 houses up the street ffs 😡😡😡

@VodafoneUK are complete rubbish. I've had a billing issue for 3 consecutive months and they promise to change it next month. finally got through to a person and got cut off. my 20 + years as a customer is close to the end #vodafone #terribleservice

@VodafoneUK I am still in a chat with one of your advisors!!! Getting absolutely nowhere, with so many contradictions. customer service with Vodafone is non existent, never mind my nonexistent Internet which you are charging me £33 a month for and trying to charge me £250 to leave early!!
