@VodafoneUK bit disappointed that I’ve just found out that I’m out of contract and it was down to me to contact yourselves - otherwise you’d happily keep me paying the higher amount…. And now I’m being told I must pay by DD to change it over the phone #poorcustomerservice

Why is it that my internet still hasn’t been connected yet when it was suppose to be 2 weeks ago and I have spoken to 5 different people no one can give me an answer!?! I just want to cancel because I’m paying for a service I am not getting!! @VodafoneUK 🤬🤬

@VodafoneUK Hi I’ve had no signal and no mobile data for the past two hours in Suffolk. I’ve tried restarting my phone several times and your network status checker shows no issues or maintenance. Any ideas to resolve this?
