@VodafoneUK absolutely appalled by the level of service while trying to get our broadband connected in our new home. We still have no go live date and with working from home having no internet is causing quite the issue! Disgusted is an understatement.

@VodafoneUK Yet another tedious, frustrating and still unresolved run in with your online chat "help"line. Why can't you sort it so that I don't have to spend 2 x 2 hour sessions, one 1 x 1 hour session and 2 x 15 mins sessions, get cut off three times in one chat etc.?

@VodafoneUK Cutting a long standing customer off in a pandemic is not only cruel but dangerous when they need a medic. As a Telecommunications company, there is a duty of care to keep people connected & if problems arise, better communication. Cutting off my services is unwarranted rn.

All it took was contacting the complaints department to get my @VodafoneUK issue sorted. 24 hours of chasing around and no help to 5 minutes of actually getting assistance.

I still have no Customer support after being without my Home Phone, Wi-Fi & Mobile for over a week now, essential for Vodafone to get back to me on this - there is a duty of care from companies, fair play please?
