@SARawlinson Funny you should say that. I’ve been doing a few live chats with the tech people from @VodafoneUK over the past few days and they’ve been really good. Quick to respond and useful. I was a bit shocked. What happened to the terrible customer service we expect?

@VodafoneUK you are being taken for a ride by @WeAreOpenreach allowing them to book a 2nd appointment for an external line fault after just checking as far as FTTC. The first call should cover fault finding all the way to the property - it's the copper cable stupid!
