    @VodafoneUK hi, I pay £68 a month for my phone thankfully the contract is up in November but it never works??? The past 2-3 months I’ve barely ever had signal yet I’ve been with Vodafone for 7 years and hadn’t had this problem before. You upped my bill by £8 and took my signal.

    @VodafoneUK @Bethany_Coyne I am also having severe issues with billing and have been disconnected from live chats and passed from agent to agent. Nobody can resolve my issue. I now want to leave and have asked for the disconnections team to be cut off three times. This is unacceptable

    @VodafoneUK I need to cancel an account. So i believe this can only be done via the app. I’m not happy with the virtual queuing system.

    On day #835 of a belated #BeThankful, I’m thankful for managing to keep my calm at the fourth time I was cut off by @VodafoneUK yesterday, trying to query my bill. Here’s hoping they actually resolve my issue today 🤞🏻

    .@VodafoneUK I don't want to #FeelTheConnection, I want you to BLOCK my lost/stolen phone. I've queued for hours over 2 days & you STILL say you can't do this because of a 'system failure'. Can't ANYONE fix this?
