I’ve spoken to @VodafoneUK 5 separated occasions, been put through 9 various peoples/departments, for over 2 hours of phone calls and my query & subsequent complaint hasn’t been answered. Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!

@KIRKDGAV @VodafoneUK That’s terrible. I have been with them over 20 years. There service is absolutely horrendous. It is beyond shocking. The CEO obviously don t care. The staff tell so many lies it is unreal. I was due a call yesterday,that failed. Did nt expect anything less
