    @VodafoneUK Awful, AWFUL customer service. What could have been sorted in less than 5 mins of phone conversation just took me almost an hour of multiple web pages and a painfully slow text conversation. Not good enough! Time is precious!

    @O2 with all due respect, your phone service is absolutely ******* horrendous. No 4G in Bristol although I live centrally and my phone constantly tells me I have no internet connection. It’s such bollocks considering how much I pay a month. @VodafoneUK can you help me?

    @VodafoneUK I’ve checked it and the two locations I used most (home and work) show “good coverage indoors and outdoors” however my internet is extremely slow at both these locations. Some internet reliant apps (banking, WhatsApp etc) don’t work at all but are fine on wifi.

    @VodafoneUK No it doesn’t and when I try to set it up again it says we may need additional information from you look out for a text from us or if you don’t hear from us call us. I’ve added my card to the account so I can log in and pay monthly but direct debit is easier. Had no issues before

    @VodafoneUK FYI. Vodafone 5G is no it free to any customer. 5G is £60/month and 4G is £33 per month. Why are giving out false information? Have you had any training?

    @virginmedia have been dreadful lately. Such a nightmare trying to work from homes and have meetings etc. Will definitely be leaving when my contract ends as know people that pay less and have better service from @NOW and @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Still not working. When there is enough converge to run the network check it says it is fine. But it takes about 5 mins to run! And service is too poor to use effectively
