@VodafoneUK absolutely abysmal customer service again! Yesterday i order a new Apple Watch, and today my WiFi calling turns off and can’t be switched back on until I sync with my new watch! Which i have no idea when will arrive, so basicallyi can’t use a phone I pay £60 pm for👍🏻

me as I have become so disillusioned with the brand. They will still expect me to pay in a couple of days for a service they're not providing which in my opinion is tantamount to dishonest appropriation. Absolutely bewildered by @VodafoneUK.

@VodafoneUK Thank you but there’s nothing more you can do. The fault is with @OpenreachHelp to fix. We have an open case with them through the 2nd line technical team at Vodafone. We’ve been told it can take up to 72 hours to fix the problem but it’s been 2 weeks. Not good enough! 😡

I’ve been with @VodafoneUK isn’t the age of 18. Exactly 8 years. I pay over £200 for 2 lines And for the past 4months I have random ‘no signal’ and slow internet but I’m meant to have the highest package. They’ve offered me £15 off. Trash company🚮
