Maybe instead of deals for upgrades you push deals for continuing to use current phones unless broken this will potentially halve waste

They’re claiming I’m ‘still in commitment’ for it though, so no refund. Check your accounts, people! Fraudsters.

Yesterday i order a new Apple Watch, and today my WiFi calling turns off and can’t be switched back on until I sync with my new watch! Which i have no idea when will arrive, so basicallyi can’t use a phone I pay £60 pm for👍🏻
