    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I congratulate you on your push to become greener however the biggest pollutant from your industry is tech waste!! Maybe instead of deals for upgrades you push deals for continuing to use current phones unless broken this will potentially halve waste

    @VodafoneUK (3) ...team and they were very rude, and said that I should have noticed this within 14 days of purchasing it. So, am I right in thinking there is no way to make my Gigacube work for online gaming (by changing the NAT type) and that this has been mis-sold this?

    @VodafoneUK @MoneyTelegraph one of your agents put down the wrong address and instead of disconnecting my neighbours line you cut off mine. Now without internet, can’t WFH & need to pay for fuel. I’m not even your customer! Fix this and repay my fuel costs/compensation please.

    If you are looking to change broadband providers then AVOID @VodafoneUK at all costs!! The worst service I have ever experienced. Currently looking like having no broadband for Xmas! Useless!!

    @VodafoneUK I used your cancel contract service which seemed easy. However I’ve just noticed 3 months later that a 3rd party that your site leads me too has taken out regular payments I did not agree too of £24.90. The company is px flash template.

    I'm sure whichever party proposes to a) tax any utility company for the length of time they put a customer on hold, and b) introduce a penalty fee for any company that doesn't have a UK based complaints contact number would win in a landslide. I'm looking at you @VodafoneUK
