@VodafoneUK got to be the worst customer service EVER. trying to enact legal power of attorney. Made my mother take documents into store. Then made me take them in only to be told need to EMAIL them and will take 40 DAYS to sort. #badcustomerservice

@VodafoneUK ME1 in Kent down as well. With the disruption being so widespread, you must have some idea of what is wrong by now and how long it is going to take to fix. Your Customer Services are clearly overwhelmed, so clear communication on your online channels is now really important.

@Clouds861 @VodafoneUK If it's 14 days or less into it, you're still in your cooling off period and SHOULD be able to cancel for free. I'd advise you to do so too, they're the worst provider I've ever been with. I thought TalkTalk were bad, but wow they've got nothing on this lot.
