    @VodafoneUK Awful, AWFUL customer service. What could have been sorted in less than 5 mins of phone conversation just took me almost an hour of multiple web pages and a painfully slow text conversation. Not good enough! Time is precious!

    @VodafoneUK (3) ...team and they were very rude, and said that I should have noticed this within 14 days of purchasing it. So, am I right in thinking there is no way to make my Gigacube work for online gaming (by changing the NAT type) and that this has been mis-sold this?

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I congratulate you on your push to become greener however the biggest pollutant from your industry is tech waste!! Maybe instead of deals for upgrades you push deals for continuing to use current phones unless broken this will potentially halve waste

    @VodafoneUK Wow, that's an unnecessarily complicated process. However, even after going through it you guys are massively overpriced compared to CPW for access to the same network, makes no sense at all. £30+ upfront and over 40 for 100gb data compared to £0 & £30pcm for 350Gb Be switching

    @VodafoneUK Honestly, it’s been a nightmare ever since I got it, I’ve been through “troubleshooting” and complaints about ten times. Everything is fixed for five minutes. I know it’s up in September and I’ll be leaving. Every three months the same nonsense happens and it never did with BT 🫤

    @VodafoneUK @ThatEquineGirl Same issue here. All offers on Voda seem to be 36mth contracts and massively more expensive for Pixel 6 compared with Pixel 7 at CPW. Plus nowhere near the Inc data either. It's just ridiculous

    @VodafoneUK daughter’s phone faulty a couple of weeks after purchase.Sent away twice to be repaired only for it to be sent back today for the second time still damaged! Paying a fortune still for this contract without a phone! Customer service absolutely horrendous #avoid

    @VodafoneUK should have been installed with fibre over a month ago to my deaf mothers house, now been without broadband. Several complaints logged with no call backs and different stories each time! Disgusting service and left someone very vulnerable! Appalling service!
