-
The Victoria (@VictoriaBS8) reported from Bristol, England
@VodafoneUK Awful, AWFUL customer service. What could have been sorted in less than 5 mins of phone conversation just took me almost an hour of multiple web pages and a painfully slow text conversation. Not good enough! Time is precious!
-
Joel Wreford (@joelwreford) reported from Bristol, England
@VodafoneUK Been waiting 20 days for my network unlock code. Your customer services say there is nothing they can do, and no idea how long the back office team will take. I need my handset for work!

-
Harry Bevan (@_harrybevan) reported from Bristol, England
Customer experience question... If live chat can't help with Q should they a) tell customer or b) take customer through agonising security process thereby wasting 20mins of their life then tell them. You first, @VodafoneUK

Carol Gladwin (@carolgladwin) reported from Bristol, England
@VodafoneUK got to be the worst customer service EVER. trying to enact legal power of attorney. Made my mother take documents into store. Then made me take them in only to be told need to EMAIL them and will take 40 DAYS to sort. #badcustomerservice

@VodafoneUK thank you so much for putting my phone bill up. Its not much but when your trying to juggle your bills at this time. So it's most appreciated so I think this will be our last contract with you after 18 years of being a customer. Should of left years ago. 👍

Charlie Salter (@Charlie_Salter) reported from Bristol, England
@VodafoneUK (2) ...any game that needs you to host your own server. I purchased the Gigacube and signed up as I was promised it was super fast and great for online gaming. Yet apparently it is not compatible with some games and games consoles. I have spoken to your support...
-
Paul Evans (@pallyevans) reported from Patchway, England
@VodafoneUK absolutely shocking customer service!! 1 hour on the internet chat. 50 mins on the phone. Problem still not solved. Time for a new supplier?!
-
Kieran Portbury (@Kios25) reported from Stroud, England
Appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK. Over 1 hour 30 mins waiting on the phone for nothing to be resolved. All over a charge that had been waived when buying the phone to now be told it has to be paid #scammers
-
Charlie Salter (@Charlie_Salter) reported from Bristol, England
@VodafoneUK (3) ...team and they were very rude, and said that I should have noticed this within 14 days of purchasing it. So, am I right in thinking there is no way to make my Gigacube work for online gaming (by changing the NAT type) and that this has been mis-sold this?
-
Angelique Dominique (@AngieDahling) reported from Bristol, England
@VodafoneUK trying to access the rewards app but not working... any idea when it’s going to be back??
-
Charlie Salter (@Charlie_Salter) reported from Bristol, England
@VodafoneUK (1) Hello. I am paying a lot for a 5G Gigacube as the broadband in my area is poor and I want fast internet. I have just discovered that the Gigacube has a strict NAT type (D) that cannot be changed. This means I cannot play online games on my Nintendo Switch or...

Kieran Portbury (@Kios25) reported from Chalford, England
@keaf05 @VodafoneUK Mum had a nasty shock today to find over £300 had been taken from her account. No sign of it on any of the bills when buying the phone as all fees had been waived. Service from a call centre in Manila truly awful kept going round in circles not understanding anything!
-
That Barney guy 💖💜💙 (@barney_parker) reported from Charfield, England
@VodafoneUK Thanks Tim, I have completed the form and will wait to see what happens! It would have been so very helpful if your customer services phone line had known this information rather than telling me I was required to top up the sim before it could be unlocked.
-
The Victoria (@VictoriaBS8) reported from Bristol, England
@VodafoneUK Live chat is cumbersome, slow & difficult to use. Why is there not the option to speak verbally with a @VodafoneUK customer services representative?

Erica (@EricaHS18) reported
@MissHudsonHist @VodafoneUK Interestingly the PAYG SIM plan has never increased in price, in the 3 or so years I've had it. It's always been £10 a month, but the included calls/data is up massively, more than I'll ever need. I guess they can't get away with ramping up PAYG costs, so they don't.
-
Michael Di Stefano (@DiStefano1410) reported
Just received a notification from @VodafoneUK that my price plan will be going up by 13.9%! WTF! Thank God, all my contracts are coming to an end this month, might be time to move!!! I’m just curious, are they paying their staff, 13% more? #AskingForAFriend
-
Graeme 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧 (@skiddy1962) reported
Wow @VodafoneUK as a existing customer it’s cheaper to get a new phone from carphone wearhouse That’s me off then with my two existing phones and my broadband. No loyalty whatsoever
-
Kingsley Stewart (@mtume85) reported
@VodafoneUK @BTSopenreach Spoke to told me that we didn’t need a new router. I just want to ask, why is this sort of service so normal and acceptable? The router is broken. Replace it. Done. Everyone’s happy. They’ve promised £8.60 for every day it’s not on and I’m taking it, but I literally cannot
-
Clive Sinclair 🇬🇧🏴 (@clivesinclair) reported
@VodafoneUK Intermittently. Exactly the same as yesterday and the same as thousands of customers (as reported by the media). Just need a fix time estimate.
-
Kingsley Stewart (@mtume85) reported
@VodafoneUK @BTSopenreach Believe this is what is passed for acceptable customer service from you guys. It’s amazing you’ve stayed reasonably successful with service as bad as I’ve em ever seen. If there’s anyway through speaking to a bot called Amilia on here can get me a new router then please do.

Mr RubBiology 🔬🧬 (@rubbiology) reported
@VodafoneUK I need to speak to your customer service billing team immediately- I have been passed from pillar to post for 2 days. There is a serious error on my account and no one I have spoken to is able to rectify it.
-
Elation Contagion (@UnseenBase) reported
@VodafoneUK "plus an additional 3.9% to help support the continued investment in our network" £6.5 billion profit in 2022?! How about YOU invest in your network and stop robbing your customers? Do we get dividends on OUR 'investment'? #CostOfLivingCrisis #CorporateGreed #OptOut?
-
Gavia Immer (@Gaviidae_UK) reported
@VodafoneUK - Even more fun today. Got a call back from customer services at almost 2pm after trying to find out since 10am if a promised installation would be taking place - their response was 'we haven't given you that date'! But they did, now it seems someone cancelled it.

Drew (@wiresfandrew) reported
@OldPeacock1972 @VodafoneUK Started locally removing 3G and the network service has been awful - strangely enough, my 11 year olds phone is on @VOXI_UK (£12 a month!) and he has a far stronger network signal…… and guess who provides Voxi their network 🫣
