    Just on call to @VodafoneUK about a charge to my account - £17.61 monthly for 24 months - for a device I never received and have never used. They’re claiming I’m ‘still in commitment’ for it though, so no refund. Check your accounts, people! Fraudsters.

    @VodafoneUK got to be the worst customer service EVER. trying to enact legal power of attorney. Made my mother take documents into store. Then made me take them in only to be told need to EMAIL them and will take 40 DAYS to sort. #badcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK thank you so much for putting my phone bill up. Its not much but when your trying to juggle your bills at this time. So it's most appreciated so I think this will be our last contract with you after 18 years of being a customer. Should of left years ago. 👍

    @VodafoneUK I've been with you since 2001, and haven't needed a new handset since 2010. Just rang your customer services to complain how much my bills cost, and was told "Not to be blunt, but that's how the world works" four times. Really not very good customer service is it?

    Wow @VodafoneUK , first you message to say you will be charging extra on roaming (when we cant travel back to UK given current circumstances) then you customer service rep Barry is rude and hangs up then web chat advises a 30 minute wait to speak to someone!
