@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

iPhone (under warranty) wouldn’t charge properly. Website TOBi chatbot a barrier to good service. Found a human at @VodafoneUK store in London. Was told to take it to Apple. Did same today in Cardiff. Problem solved. England 0 Wales 1. #pocketlint

Right. @VodafoneUK I’ve spent about 4 hours online and on the phone to you over the last 2 days. I’ve been a loyal customer since 1999. And yet you refuse me an upgrade because my ID is a citizenship card, not a passport or driving license? So you no longer want my custom?

@VodafoneUK Apparently, switching a number is very difficult! 19 days with no use of my number, countless calls to customer poor service and isn’t it strange that a manager is never available.
