    So, @VodafoneUK keep telling me my perfectly fine @KCOMcare @KCOMhome email address is the cause of me not recieving my temporary account password. I use no spam folder, everything through to inbox. Used this email for 25 years, never an issue. & VF and me marketing emails ok!!!

    Anybody else having a problem with @VodafoneUK entertainment plan? I’ve received 2 texts this week to say my plan with @SpotifyUK has come to an end mid plan then I receive another text to select again and when I do the it comes up with an error #vodafone #SpotifyPremium

    @VodafoneUK i have 2 contracts with you been offered another sim only deal went into the shop the advisor was outstanding but his excellent customer service was let down by your systems I was there for 1 hour and still unable to purchase I walked out in the end

    @VodafoneUK have gone from sending letters stating that they are cancelling my contracts and putting me on pay as you go, now that I’ve actually said cancel my line because I’m tired of your nonsense your trying to hold me hostage and charge me £300 to leave
