    Right. @VodafoneUK I’ve spent about 4 hours online and on the phone to you over the last 2 days. I’ve been a loyal customer since 1999. And yet you refuse me an upgrade because my ID is a citizenship card, not a passport or driving license? So you no longer want my custom?

    iPhone (under warranty) wouldn’t charge properly. Website TOBi chatbot a barrier to good service. Found a human at @VodafoneUK store in London. Was told to take it to Apple. Did same today in Cardiff. Problem solved. England 0 Wales 1. #pocketlint

    @Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

    @OpenreachHelp Several times. You guaranteed @VodafoneUK that it would be resolved 31/12/22 it still hasn’t been and I have no time scale of when it will be. If I do not get an adequate resolution from yourselves soon I will have no other option than @Ofcom

    @abiprime @VodafoneUK This sounds a lot like my issue too ! Over six months , all they have done is tried to create a new DD , which you can see on the banking app is set up , but after discussions with the bank VF are attempting to take from old account . Will leave once contract is complete

    @VodafoneUK I place my broadband order on 26/10/22 and I’m still not connected because @OpenreachHelp still do but have a port available. Customer service are not helping. This is getting ridiculous, when will this be resolved?
