Absolutely fuming with @VodafoneUK having been forced to change our data plan, now one phone not getting data and will take 48 hours to fix! Have been lied to and completely messed about. #angry #fuming #notlookedafter #loyaltymeansnothing

Right. @VodafoneUK I’ve spent about 4 hours online and on the phone to you over the last 2 days. I’ve been a loyal customer since 1999. And yet you refuse me an upgrade because my ID is a citizenship card, not a passport or driving license? So you no longer want my custom?

Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

@VodafoneUK is your network having problems? Very low signal even frequently changing into 'emergency calls only' in Gloucestershire

@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

@loadedpjk @JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Exactly, you cannot catch Covid over a phone line. Maybe they got the idea from a Laurel & Hardy where Stan blew some ink down the phone into Ollie's ear.

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Left them for the same reason. Customer service was horrible. They made leaving so difficult too, felt like an acrimonious divorce. Now with Giff Gaff. Much better.

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK GiffGaff are best in my experience, simply because you can cancel any time with 1 month's notice. Just get a £1 sim card from a newsagent & put £10 on it at the same time. Then for £10/mon, UNLIMITED calls & broadband (data limit) with Router. Pay £20/mth for loads of broadband

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Poor you - I know the feeling only too well! So many businesses nowadays have a one-way communication system in which THEY can contact you - but YOU cannot easily contact them.

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK COVID card used by all customer services, it’s impossible to get through, took me 1 hour 15 minutes with Barclays to sort my problem. Terrified I would get cut off and have to start all over again.
