@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

Vodafone Customer Care, calling 191 is 💩 @VodafoneUK Most options you choose end up cutting you off & telling you to do it online (I’m not stupid. I tried that first). You finally speak to someone who sounds as if they are working from a busy train carriage- after 5mins

@VodafoneUK they couldn't work out why. I went through credit checks and all security on all 3 occasions, but still no solution. Been sent to your SOS team 3 times and no communication from you at all! But my payment is still mysteriously able to get through!!
