    @Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

    @VodafoneUK I don’t have time telling your company time after time the issues only to be told they have actioned my request and the router sent!!! It’s now a further 3 days on and no sign of a router arriving. At the same time it is impossible to hotspot my data to my laptop. Too slow

    iPhone (under warranty) wouldn’t charge properly. Website TOBi chatbot a barrier to good service. Found a human at @VodafoneUK store in London. Was told to take it to Apple. Did same today in Cardiff. Problem solved. England 0 Wales 1. #pocketlint

    Right. @VodafoneUK I’ve spent about 4 hours online and on the phone to you over the last 2 days. I’ve been a loyal customer since 1999. And yet you refuse me an upgrade because my ID is a citizenship card, not a passport or driving license? So you no longer want my custom?

    @VodafoneUK not sure if I'm doing this right.its my husbands 40th so an extra treat for him, last year his birthday was rubbish as I had an accident and broke my legs so he had to help me and this year its lockdown. maybe something beardy he has a beard, or a pair of trainers.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneIT Since 2019 i have lodged so many complaints regarding network tower issues in my area as well as in my home too. But every time I get same message that tower is under construction.Will i get better service or shall I stop using jio.

    you have broken your contract to me @VodafoneUK and I find this very upsetting as a blind customer. I took out contract in 05 2020 and you've broken the terms of the contract until 05 2022

    @virginmedia @Shell @VodafoneUK currently a virginmedia customer of 16 years, zero support, no acknowledgement of loyalty. Paying top price for broadband of which in recent weeks has been appalling. contract is due to expire in April how quickly can I switch? Had enough !!

    @VodafoneUK been trying to change my number over for 4 months now since taking out a new contract. Shocking customer service no one helping, due to this debating moving to another network even after 10 years with you. Easy to take my money but no help after.
