@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had to go all the way to the top to get my issues sorted. The call centre called my accounts admin a liar which was the final straw. We now have a thing in the office called "the vodafone voice". The staff know **** just got serious when they hear that tone again...

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I took out a SIM only contract with @VodafoneUK years ago and tried to cancel it within days as I didn't need it. I was passed from pillar to post with no luck at all and gave in trying to cancel it. The debt has risen to over £100 and is with a debt collection agency. It goes

What if your ex call all the companies who you have a contract with, electricity, water, gas, bank, telephone and they would all cancel your contract? Would you be happy about it? I guess no, so rules are necessary

@DaveLGilmore @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I have recently pulled the plug on Virgin Media due to abominable service and impossible attempts at conversation or communication or satisfaction . Leaving wasn't easy, but in the end it was without too much pain. Sadly today, they alI seem as bad.
