@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

Has anyone tried to trade in a phone with @VodafoneUK ? 6 weeks after requesting the trade in, using the trade in tool and being accepted i'm still waiting the pack. Horrendous customer service.
