@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

@VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK I have had problems with my network... Data and calls dropping etc. Now nothing works at all. Spoke to your team today and they got defensive, unhelpful, evasive and just cut me off on the app. I can’t call, as your network is not working.

Hey @VodafoneUK can you get in touch please and let me know why you've sent a debt collection letter to my elderly father when there's a live direct debit set up and you haven't requested any payment? Seems a bit harsh for a loyal customer who's always paid everything on time?
