@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

Bets on if @VodafoneUK throw out my fraud report again and continue to send letters saying I owe money I called the fraud team in January and they told me to cancel the direct debits to the account I didn’t set up I still haven’t got my money back either

@vodafoneuk Hi guys, when will slow data speeds and dropped calls be relooked into in the TW136AW area? Customer services are saying it's all been fixed for weeks, but calls are still dropping, and speed tests on 4G and 5G are horrendous even outside. Have reset network settings…
