@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

On the phone to @vmbusinesshelp to chase up what they're going to do to fix my dodgy broadband only for @VodafoneUK signal to switch between 2G and 3G every 30 seconds or so... what a mess.

@VodafoneUK Well done Vodafone! Three weeks since my broadband contract began and STILL NO WORKING LANDLINE. The way you treat deaf disabled customers is appalling, I have been repeatedly lied to and fobbed off. Not my fault I'm deaf! I bitterly regret signing up for your service.

@VodafoneUK I can't get mobile reception at home - my household needs to able to dial 999 in an emergency and we can't because NOBODY at Vodafone will rectify this. SHAME on you for treating disabled people like this.
