@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

I just hang up if they annoy me and ring back till I get someone reasonable. I use virgin and sky. But truth is everyone at some point has problems with them all
