@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

Being a @VodafoneUK customer is a joke. Every other week someone tries to scam you out. One thing I learnt Vodafone can't keep customer data safely. I wonder how they manage to not make headlines with stolen data. Today my wife almost lost her account due to a scam call.

@VodafoneUK I am disgusted with your protocols and processes. To be left without a phone for 7-10 maybe more days while you repair a fault that I've had from day 1. I rely like so many on my phone for my day -day business and your company does not give a damn about customer care

@VodafoneUK Waiting to get my device picked up with courier. So a faulty phone, given to me and now I will be hugely inconvenienced so your team can fix the faulty phone. Not good enough. If you cannot provide a curtesy phone, I should be getting a direct swap of a new, fully working phone!

@VodafoneUK hello I've just completed a trade in of my old phone, new phone has arrived, but the return envelope has not. I've just called customer service who tell me that they cannot authorize sending out an envelope and I have to use the app again. This seems ridiculous.
