@VodafoneUK you overcharged me in Nov. I paid full price for my phone bill when it should be discounted. When I spoke to customer service you told me that I will be reimbursed the following month which did not happen. You just keep spreading lies to clients!!

.@VodafoneUK Do you want to stop "satisfied" broadband customers from becoming "dissatisfied" broadband customers? If so, provide a customer-facing service status page and save use all — Vodafone included — a lot of wasted time and effort.
