@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

@VodafoneUK why the hell am I paying near on £50 a month phone bill when the signal is barely none existing when out on Crete thankfully most places have WiFi but that's not good when out walking along the beach, sort it out!!!

@OpenreachHelp And now @VodafoneUK have bungled it too. After spending hours on the phone with Vodafone raising the complaint on Tuesday, who promised a call back on Wednesday, i called today and there was no record of any conversation or complaint on Tuesday.

@VodafoneUK makes it impossible to actually speak to someone in customer services: 191 sends you around in circles & online provides links via text, their online bot just is of no help & also goes round in circles. They do make it impossible to speak to an actual person
