@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

@VodafoneUK my mum has broadband with yo and got a mob line broardband stick included with her package, we have tried since November/December to make it work but I can’t find it on our wifi on phones and I’m not sure if it works? Any help

Are @VodafoneUK prioritising their hardware and infrastructure towards their 5G offering? I suspect so. Trouble is, my phone (iPhone 11) isn’t 5G capable, and the fact it came as part of a two year contract, leaves me feeling very bitter about the whole thing.
