Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

iPhone (under warranty) wouldn’t charge properly. Website TOBi chatbot a barrier to good service. Found a human at @VodafoneUK store in London. Was told to take it to Apple. Did same today in Cardiff. Problem solved. England 0 Wales 1. #pocketlint

Right. @VodafoneUK I’ve spent about 4 hours online and on the phone to you over the last 2 days. I’ve been a loyal customer since 1999. And yet you refuse me an upgrade because my ID is a citizenship card, not a passport or driving license? So you no longer want my custom?

@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

@VodafoneUK I repeat Vodafone is still messing with my head. They think by keep asking for information what they already have they will get me down. Month's of information including numerous communications to Vodafone CEO's office. A company not to be trusted.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK I've done this now 6 X and keep being transferred from person to person and everytime they say it will be done within 24hours.I was stuck on the motorway not being able to call my recovery company because you have put me on "emergency calls only" for a whole month!

@VodafoneUK I just wanted to know if I needed to take In a cancellation form into the shop. A link to a complicated explanation doesn't answer my question. I've ready had awful customer service from my local shop. I don't need anymore

@VodafoneUK as an existing customer I upgraded with a chat advisor - yet now my order has somehow disappeared off your system, even though I have all the relevant correspondence and a signed contract. I have been told can no longer avail of the original offer???

@VodafoneUK Does your call centre ever answer the phone! Two tariff migrations & it’s still wrong & your investment in customer has gone down the toilet. What’s the point in spending hundreds a month if you can’t get the service or help you need 😡😡😡😡😡 #customerservice

@VodafoneUK what an utter shambles of a customer service. I have been waiting a month to transfer my number from pay monthly to pay as u go. Everytime I ring I get moved to person to person and don't get anywhere. Never experienced something so bad! How do I sort this!

@VodafoneUK Absolutely not, thanks. I have lost days to these messages, & nothing ever comes of it. Advisers promised compensation that didn't materialise, charged me for engineer visits that didn't happen, & offered fixed that didn't work. Tweets are easy - real customer service is hard.

@VodafoneUK Hi, is there a reason I have absolutely no service whatsoever? Travelled from Dublin to Galway’s today and haven’t had any signal since.

@VodafoneUK why is it so hard to use a VEA discount code on the website, all I want is a upgrade. No one at customer service can help!!!

A new @VodafoneUK #SCAM. Price a mobile contract at £20.00 with a £10.00 discount. Then, when they raise the price by 5.4% CPI plus 3.9% "network investment" (WTF?), they can raise your £10.00 per month contract by 9.3% of £20.00 to £11.86, which to my mind is an 18.6% increase!
