@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

@VodafoneUK You’re coverage map is lying. I have recently been getting EDGE downstairs of my house with it promising good indoor 4G. Absolute Ripoff. (I’m paying £20 a month for this stupid service)
