@VodafoneUK When you’ve been withvodafonefor 20+ years and get offered a deal to renew but then look and find its worse than the deals that are available to all , ring to cancel delivery and told it’s too late

Well that’s an official complaint send via email too @VodafoneUK and now in the process in contacting @Ofcom hopefully they will help! @EE and @O2 let’s see what deals you can do help @toni_herbert1 out!! It’s only been a year and @VodafoneUK can’t sort her billing process out.

@VodafoneUK 3/3 after I was passed to pillar to post, I was suddenly unable to pass DPA as VF have incorrect details for me. I’ve been to a store previously to fix this and had to go AGAIN this weekend to sort it. This aswel as the very argumentative rep I spoke too has made me very unhappy.
@VodafoneUK 2/3 I chased this up on Tuesday and again was told that it would be escalated to a manager and that I would receive a text that night. Again nothing. I received a call on Thursday from VF asking if I want an additional contract because I’m a “valued customer”.

@VodafoneUK 1/3 I have sent a complaint. Long story short, I used the chat service to inform Vodafone that I am struggling to cover the cost of my contract and was informed I would receive a text within 24hrs from a manager with a possible resolution. I did not receive any such text.

@VodafoneUK But if it's 33 days for example, it's tough luck for me even though I can't predict the actions of a foreign trade war. I've let Vodafone off in the past after letting me down & not offering an obvious simple solution, but this really will be the last time now. Had enough
@VodafoneUK There hasn't been a sufficient statement yet, it seems apparent that my P30 Pro won't be getting the Android Q update as would be expected for a flagship device, and resell values are plummeting. As a loyal customer of over 5 years I'd like to know what solutions are on offer.
@VodafoneUK There has been no service in Stanhope County Durham DL13 2UE for 2 days as the mast is not working and despite reporting it still nothing has been done! It needs fixing as a matter of urgency as this is a rural location and many rely on the mobile network.
