    @Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

    @VodafoneUK I have replied to you and have got nowhere. In addition to multiple replies from different members of staff who seem to have seen the tweet but not dealt with the issue. Still no router and no despatch notification for it either so unlikely to get it tomorrow either.

    @VodafoneUK convinced your tel. customer care team have no idea what they doing complained that my 14 pro max’s ear speaker broken told me they would collect & that I would be without business phone for 10 days, I cancelled, now got message from DPD that they are still collecting

    @VodafoneUK @EpicGames Since the UK-wide Vodafone outage last week it is not possible to access Epic Games Store downloads from Vodafone Broadband (download{2,3,4}.epicgames.com look like they are blocked or timing out). Its not an issue at my end as it is fine through a VPN.
