@VodafoneUK your customer service is awful. You make it so difficult to cancel - no ability to cancel online, and long wait times on the phone. @WhichUK

  • MatthewMarks42
    Matthew Marks (@MatthewMarks42) reported

What actually happens AFAICT: Customer places order -> @VodafoneUK contacts @OpenreachHelp -> Vodafone waits for OR to tell them to send out the router 2 days before FTTP installaton... And if OR cancels the day after ordering, the customer is left in the dark for 2 weeks.

@VodafoneUK ARRRGGHHH YOU SWITCHED MY SIM OFF! YOU UTTER FOOLS. Why would you do that? You've made a tiny issue a big one! Now I have no phone over the weekend!!!

  • iamconnelly1
    Chris Connelly (@iamconnelly1) reported

@VodafoneUK You are completely missing the point. As a customer, I should be able to easily obtain my PAC code without wasting 40 minutes of my time being passed around like a hot potatoe by your "advisors", the first two of which were unable to advise me of anything!

@neil_lawrence @VodafoneUK @EE It's not great but there's a lot they have to install before the mobile signal can work in the tunnels

  • MatthewMarks42
    Matthew Marks (@MatthewMarks42) reported

What should happen: Customer places order (> 2 week FTTP installation wait) -> @VodafoneUK contacts @OpenreachHelp -> Vodafone polls OpenReach regularly -> Vodafone tells customer if order has been cancelled.
