    Right. @VodafoneUK I’ve spent about 4 hours online and on the phone to you over the last 2 days. I’ve been a loyal customer since 1999. And yet you refuse me an upgrade because my ID is a citizenship card, not a passport or driving license? So you no longer want my custom?

    @Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

    I’ve waited 3 months & still @VodafoneUK have not restored my broadband & landline phone after cutting me off one month into a 2 year contract! & this week they tried to cancel the fibre contract they forced me to take in order to restore my services! Disgusting! #avoidthem

    @VodafoneUK hi, can you please connect me with someone in customer services who can help with an issue? I've spent the past 48 hours unsuccessfully (and repeatedly) trying to resolve an issue for an elderly family member via tobi so having to resort to contacting you here.

    @MelJStride Members of your constituency have been without electricity today. This combined with @o2 and @VodafoneUK removing phone signal means rural communities have been totally cut off which is completely unacceptable.

    @VodafoneUK in America the signal on the internet in the USA is absolutely crap. I thought I get this new phone think I would be ok over instead off almost getting stuck in places wish I didn’t want why the internet crap . When I was on three over here I had no problems
