It’s now a further 3 days on and no sign of a router arriving. At the same time it is impossible to hotspot my data to my laptop. Too slow

And yet you refuse me an upgrade because my ID is a citizenship card, not a passport or driving license? So you no longer want my custom?

Apparently death does not terminate his contract with them, we are having to carry on paying for his sports package until the end of the 2 year contract, as I own the house. Outrageous!
