@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

@VodafoneUK Thanks Tim, I have completed the form and will wait to see what happens! It would have been so very helpful if your customer services phone line had known this information rather than telling me I was required to top up the sim before it could be unlocked.

@VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone, I purposely chose you as my network because when I moved to London I’d read many reviews saying how good the service was throughout the city (including the underground). Now there seems to be now wifi available at London underground stations. Why is this?
