@VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

@VodafoneUK Hello, I reported this incident 6 days ago and got told it would be sorted. The gentleman I spoke to told me there is a fault in the line and to try plugging it into the test socket. We did this for 72 hours like he said and it’s still terrible. We barely get 15mbps!
