@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

@VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

Bad support contract example at @VodafoneUK. My dad was on their legacy Crystal system apparently, and nobody had a clue about it. He was literally like a ghost in the system. Great job 👍👏👏

@VodafoneUK can’t believe the bad service we have had. Sent a new mobile back as there was a software issue, got told it was a scratch on the screen so no warranty. There was no scratch when we sent it back. Tried to call so many times and I’ve had enough. Unbelievable

@O2 - I would like to make a complaint. I'm a victim of identify fraud and your fraud department have taken over 2.5 months to respond (I am still waiting!). @VodafoneUK and @tescomobile took 10 days to close the case from contacting them. What is taking so long to respond to me?

@VodafoneUK been on a call with yourselves for the third time in three days - 1hr and 15mins into today’s call it gets cut off !! No call back so back in another queue !! Im now a total of over 4 hrs worth of calls in no resolution and NO CALL back ??
