@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

@VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

@VodafoneUK I have had 4 lengthy online chat sessions; despite trying, none resolve my issue. Must I request a PAC code and change supplier as there is no mechanism to speak to a person or escalate to 2nd line support. A shame.

@GeemanHD @VodafoneUK Yeah they sneaked In that Locked to 10MBPS which in reality was like 3-4 in good conditions, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had… I’m with 02 now and with 4G I’m getting 15-25mbps and 5G I get 200-300 in good conditions x
