@VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

Dear @VodafoneUK having spent best part of 4 hours this afternoon attempting to upgrade via upgrades in #myvodafone app. Thinking would be better time managed. I'm now completely exhausted, frustrated & still no upgrade as it dragged on so long my battery died. 20 year customer!

@VodafoneUK you have withoutbdoubythe worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. 2.5 hours on the phone and transferred to 7 different people to sort out my broadband. Pathetic. Never again. You should be avoided at all costs
