@VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

@N5JFY Can anyone at @VodafoneUK explain why no-one is accountable for anything you do? 10 hours of calls, 3 hours of online chats, Twitter DMs, 6 weeks have passed and still nobody takes responsibility for sorting out a client's contract problems. Customer service at its worst.

@VodafoneUK #VeryMeRewards to recieve loyalty bonus or free tech gadget. been loyal for 10yrs and never got anything for it just increased prices. Bring back free calls & roaming in Turkey.
