@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

@VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

@VodafoneUK I’m getting messed around after a phone agent basically missold me an upgrade on my business line and I’m now told that it can’t be fixed, which is unacceptable when you’re breaching the T&Cs agreed. How do we fix this? I just want it sorted, if it costs more fine.
