@VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

@NETGEAR I just updated the firmware of my R7800 to 1.0.2.90 using the Nighthawk iOS app. Now it can’t connect to my ISP. #help! @VodafoneUK have raised a ticket, but I think it’s the firmware update causing it.
