    @VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

    Of @VodafoneUK are bringing back data roaming charges, legally can I cancel my contract as it’s not what I signed up for?

    @VodafoneUK Then you go to cancel the contract because of the poor service and then they call up. Glad they record this for training purposes. “If anyone wants to cancel the contract use the red button to hang up then”

    @VodafoneUK live outage maps show major UK outages, which is what we’re experiencing to extremes over here. Got given a month of unlimited data last month so I could use my phone as a hotspot, but even my 4G isn’t working when the wifi goes down. Wanna work on fixing this please?

    @VodafoneUK @Andrew_Adonis Hi @VodafoneUK. I assume that with these changes to the roaming policy, if we receive this email/text about roaming we can cancel our contract with no early cancellation fees?
