@VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

@VodafoneUK, will be contacting you tomorrow to cancel my home broadband, you have breached you're side of the contract, for at least 2 months has been shocking, went pro because partner working at home for NHS and she can't carry on with this service. Cancer won't wait 😡
