@VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

@Emancipation29 @VodafoneUK It all comes down to who services your postcode, how far away you are from the exchange etc. I’m moving from John Lewis to vodaphone ask me in a month or two if it’s a good idea or not.

@VodafoneUK this is now the 3rd day with no signal on RG2 9. Your status checker says some disruption due to works but nothing for 3 days is unacceptable in a world where we are all wfh. My work is affected & we are the lifeline for my elderly in-laws who can’t call. #arborfield

@VodafoneUK I have honestly never ever in my life dealt with such incompetency and just lack of training and knowledge from staff in my life. I just have to go to the ombudsman now because I cannot get anyone who doesn’t make an utter mess on a call.
