@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

@VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

@WilloWispish @VodafoneUK No worries I had the same problem about 4 years ago, bill jumped on O2 by nearly 50 %. Have used smarty since, all over UK, stops in the usual areas like Highlands, Welsh mountains and odd random places. Good luck, much better deals out there then the big boys offer.

@WilloWispish @VodafoneUK Giff gaff. Piggyback O2’s network so wifi calls are permitted. Increase or decrease the plan on on a monthly basis. No contract.

@VodafoneUK Hello, 'WEEE Regulations: A Vodafone guide to communications equipment recycling' states that Vodafone are obliged 'to make sure there is a scheme in place to take back the equipment at the end of its life'. I can't find details of that scheme. Can you help, please?
