@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

@VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

@VodafoneUK help! I’m abroad an somehow all my spending caps have been switched on. I keep getting 504 errors when I try and log into my Vodafone to lift them (they shouldn’t be on in the first place but with covid I haven’t travelled a lot recently).

@NadineDorries @VodafoneUK I’ve just had terrible experience with them. They had to cancel my first order for broadband, they raised a new order then text me a higher price and Openreach said they would have to do work so I cancelled. Customer service is awful.
