@VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

@VodafoneUK Did all this last week, few hours of reconnectig the line with your advisor for nothing, he could not event tell me if anything is fixed, just told me to keep an eye on internet for 24h and let him know if problem still there, it is, and i cant do my job cos of it , shameless …

To all my Twitter peeps, don’t ever touch @VodafoneUK and @CityFibre for Broadband as they don’t have a reliable service and then won’t let you cancel without their technical team fixing a problem they have tried to fix and can’t. Not sure that stands up legally..
