@VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK You’ll find repeated Bailiff threats in peoples’ stories - they won’t let you end ANY contract without you threatening legal action and negotiating with threatening staff down to 0. Only if you dedicate two full days to it plus their call charges will they let you leave. Crooks.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneBiz Look at the shamelessness of Vodafone India. Firstly they say will sort out your problem by 10/09. now they say you can appeal in 30 days as we can not sort out the network, They are all for money. Not for your service. be mindful.
