@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

@VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

@VodafoneUK - very disappointed. Can’t deliver the speed I signed up for so give me a discount instead. Would rather have the speed advertised and pay for it. Now being told I’ll have to pay to get out of the contract. Not the best service if the truth be told!!

@VodafoneUK There is not much point in asking me to DM if you don't respond. I actually told you about this issue in July 2020 - that you were sending me emails. You told me it was spam and it could be deleted. Clearly that wasn't true as you instructed a debt collector to start emailing me.
