    @VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

    @ConstanceMckie @VodafoneUK It looks like Vodafone customer services need training in statutory rights and warranty rights. The burden of proof is on the retailer to proof the fault wasn't inherent at the point of sale, if the fault is discovered in the first 6 months.

    @VodafoneUK I was making a little 2022 reflection post and I found these as in my phone and yeah, I’m in this place now where I’m like oh no after travelling etc life is becoming a little slow paced but tbh you never know what little moments of magic are waiting to happen along the way

    @VodafoneUK I’ve tried that in the past - you either don’t get back to me, or if you do it’s hours after i message and not at a convenient time. I have an immediate problem - please can you let me know your current call waiting times. I’m still on hold.
