    @VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

    @Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

    @VodafoneUK Hamza - I have tried to DM you but your DM service is rubbish. There is some automated bot thing replying with non-sensical garbage. I am THIS close to cancelling this order. Please reply with a name & contact number I can call directly (not some generic call centre number).

    @VodafoneUK I’ve tried that over and over since September, and I’ve tried calling you, speaking on chat, been to higher level complaints management, cicas etc. None of it gets me anywhere close to getting good service from you, or getting my phone back…
