  @VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

  @Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

  @KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK @lycamobile Had a nightmare with Lyca trying to save a few quid literally walked into my local tesco mobile shop and nearly cried whilst telling the brilliant youth my life story of hell !   @VodafoneUK sent me a nice message 😡 my broadband contract is up, so now they’ll charge £52 a month for the worst service I’ve ever encountered, um NO! Don’t think so, finally I can leave this sorry excuse for a service provider!

  @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK are you aware at how bad the 4G and 5G is in Luton, specifically the whole of the town centre? It’s not about “coverage” but the lack of speed and the completely congested network you both have. You’re making millions from this town, please upgrade it!

  @VodafoneUK im not even set up yet and already you are threatening to take money this is why i dont like doing direct debit with broadband providers, telling you now take money b4 you are even my provider i will cancel the order and raise a direct debit dispute with my bank

  @VodafoneUK sent me nonsense broadband renewal figures 6+ times. Did renew in the end but for diff price again But credit where credit's due. The email automation may be crap but the change of plan itself was seamless. I woke up and everything just works with speed 2x faster
