    @Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

    @VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

    @VodafoneUK Can you pls investigate why I’ve been without mobile wifi since Thursday evening after you reset my connection? I was promised faithfully it would reset more then 3 occasions but it’s still not working. Please sort urgently. Have spent more than 8 hrs on chat!

    @OwsWills @VodafoneUK I’m having the same thing with EE. I’ve been told that there would be no point in swapping to another provider as the same thing would happen. It’s been three weeks. Mast issues apparently. No streaming anything.
