@VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

I bought a neo watch from @VodafoneUK for my daughter. Easy to buy, but a poor customer experience now that there are problems. She is currently unable to use it because Vodafone can't find the account which they are already taking payments from. I recommend you all steer clear.

@VodafoneUK I’d like to complain about my teenage son receiving unsolicited texts to get a booster vaccination using the emergency message system. This is not an emergency and it’s a completely inappropriate use of the system.

@VodafoneUK you're continuing to fail me miserably. You've transferred my number to my son's new phone, so I'm now working on WiFi only (no Voda connection). Promised it would be fixed within 15 mins - it's not. Plus, still no Stadia promo fulfillment. Not great really is it?

Honestly, @VodafoneUK is AWFUL, the services are terrible, I been trying to leave my contract for over a month and STILL won't allow me. I'm not even in a proper contract, it's a joke
