    @VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

    @Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

    @VodafoneUK There’s an issue lasting over 24 hours now with your network and Twitter. Images won’t load at all. Defo your network as works on other networks. Tried all your suggestions but nothing works. You are aware of problems. When will it be sorted?
