@VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

@VodafoneUK engineer came into home and installed broadband on the 17/12. Flashing red light since with no connection to Internet. live chat advised line issue needs rectified. Phoned Vodafone - “have u checked everything plugged in?” Then Vodafone sends a bill for services?!
