@VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

@VodafoneUK @SkyHelpTeam very common problem with multiple users reporting the same issue. Is there any guidance on how this issue can be fixed? I am getting quite frustrated having to constantly reset my Sky Q and my Broadband connection on my Sky Q box. Many thanks.
