@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

@VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

@VodafoneUK My question wasn’t “how can i track my order” i want to know when i can expect my phone. Terrible service, waited 2 and a half weeks now after being told it shouldn’t be more than a week. If i’m waiting for longer than another 4 days i’ll be cancelling my £120 contract.

@bt_uk Shocking service #wedontcare - moved 93 year father-in-law from @VodafoneUK / - they disabled copper line (which was not requested - fall alarm system now failing) / account access broken / support is terrible and even they recommend that we should move to @TalkTalk !

@VodafoneUK Mark - as mentioned I’ve done web chat and it directs me to the phone. I call customers services and it tells me to do it online and then hangs up. The carousel never ends So - how am I going to sort it?

@VodafoneUK customer service are a joke, I've had broadband installed with a deal for existing mobile phone customers promising a free 4k firestick and echo dot, don't bother, it seems to be a scam, well over 4hrs on the phone to them in over a month and still nothing #Disgrace
