    @VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

    @Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

    So we have lost out on the half price Gigafast 900 deal with @VodafoneUK because they didn't put the order through (no fault of my own). And the rude guy on their customer service humphed at me when I said I wasn't willing to pay full price (£60) to put the order through again.🙄

    @aDatingDad @VodafoneUK I had this last month - no way could I have used it all, they could only suggest that automatic updates had used it (that’s never happened before) whinged lots & got a better deal
