@VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

Shout out to @fibrehop for getting my broadband up and running after @VodafoneUK cancelled my service a month earlier than they should have so i had no internet over the Christmas period. Helen at fibrehop has been awesome sorting this as this is vital for my work.

I think it’s very rude of @VodafoneUK to be ignoring my DMs surrounding my complaint I have with them defaulting me when I paid my final bill ONCE I received the bill, 4 months after I asked for it! It’s absolutely disgraceful that you, as a company, do stuff like this!

@VodafoneUK I moved to voda on 6.12 last year , since then poor and inconsistent BB speed and no LL phone - promised resolutions and call back from manager - but NOTHING - rubbish service
