@Serena1642 @VodafoneUK BT Mobile only charge for MMS outside of our allowance. Perhaps Vodafone class emojis as MMS? Change provider but keep your number after checking your local signal coverage

@VodafoneUK I have now spent over 5.5 hours on the phone trying to get through to you. After 3 hours I was cut off. I'm now at 2.5 hours of 2nd call. No broadband which cut out this morning. Get your act together. We are trapped at home I have severe asthma can't go to shops.

Hi @VodafoneUK do you have staff that actually help you rather than A. End the call B. Transfer the call C. Tell you to hold whilst they “check” then keep you on hold forever until your made to hang up. It happens every time. After 10 years of being a customer I am now leaving 👋🏼

@VodafoneUK Told me yesterday to go back to a shop 30 miles away, to ask why they never cancelled my number, despite having told them I was disabled & in a wheelchair. Today I sent them a screenshot of an email they sent me showing I cancelled the number. Disgusting service.

So far, in the past 2 weeks if been f***ed about by @Protyre (charged me for fitting motorcycle tyres when they can't) @VodafoneUK (didn't bother to cancel my contract) @Halfords_uk (who couldn't do the alignment on a spirit level never mind a car) I think I know why 1/2
