@HInkpin @VodafoneUK And it wasn’t just a little fault on the line either. It made our internet stop working for 10mins every 15 mins or so. I rang multiple times and every time they just point blank refused to send an engineer out. So we were paying for internet we never got to use. Had to use data.

to a Tech guy who had no clue of the matter, so the @VodafoneUK complaints person quickly passed the buck to the poor tech guy who had no clue. He took time to check the matter explained everything in detail and said the information given is wrong. I told him 7/9
