@VodafoneUK A call has been scheduled for tomorrow. However I made a complaint to the manager I spoke to on Tobi because this service has been extremely poor. To be given the same advice repeatedly, which hasn't worked is really not acceptable.

Hi @VodafoneGroup and @VodafoneUK, your Ghanaian subsidiary @VodafoneGhana is really really trash when it comes to internet service provision. Very horrible. I cannot even make a normal whatsapp call.

@VodafoneUK I have wasted so much time trying to get through to your customer services this morning, I am now late to pick up my son. I will have to try and contact customer services again later today, obviously before 5pm, as that's when the dept is closed.
