    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre Internet getting throttled every night in Wootton, Northampton to less than 2mb when paying for 900mb. This has been going on all week. Can’t get any help from your woeful customer service team. So many people in the area complaining but no feedback?

    joined @VodafoneUK They failed to get WiFi calling set up . Handset returned during 14 days . Told by customer service no charge . Then charged 1 month airtime. Tried to contact customer service . Told refund was arranged. No refund received. Terrible few days with Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK You should be, bc your service in rural parts of the country is blush worthy. & not in the Victorian lady on an esplanade type of way… (You also deny problems & tell customers that your ‘systems’ tell you everything is fine…)

    @VodafoneUK Here we are again. No broadband. I was urged to give Vodafone one last chance to sort this on 21/9/22. As usual no feed back but it started working. If I wanted to cancel the contract it would be £0. Today no broadband again. It will cost £445 to cancel this contract

    Ok @VodafoneUK as no-one here seems either able or willing to help other than sending me a link that does not work I have now taken this up with my bank for taking unauthorised payment from my account.

    @VodafoneUK my fibre broadband has been down for 5 days now and everytime I call I get fobbed off. When will it be fixed? I'm beyond fed up with the rubbish service you've provided. Twice it's gone down & only had for 5 weeks!

    @VodafoneUK question, Bracknell Berkshire has 5G and just down the road where I live Sandhurst still hasn’t got the area is just as big, when are we likely to see 5G
