@Wilkster_ @VodafoneUK I was with Vodafone for best part of 30 years but had to give up when the sure signal box died as the outside signal had gotten worse over the last few years. Now with BT mobile through EE. Much improved.

@leoniiamber @VodafoneUK @Ofcom I came here to tweet the same thing. Been a customer for years yet treated like utter sh1t. Not being able to make calls or use data for two days and whenever I ring them, they are as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike. I just want to use the service that I’m paying for. 🤬🤬

@VodafoneUK worst customer service, not able to think outside the box, but I guess this is what happens and you let them all work from home! Ignore the customers that keep you in a job! 👏 #poorcustomerexperience #whilethecatsaway

@VodafoneUK any plans to introduce support for “Wi-Fi Calling on supported iCloud-connected devices” like @EE? Very useful feature and can be dealbreaker considering limited differences between networks these days.

@VodafoneUK @UKVodafoneHelp I took out a data only sim from the extort street branch. The speeds were terrible so I returned it to the shop within the 14 say cooling off period and cancelled the contract. I’m still being charged £40 each month since I cancelled.
