Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

@MysteriosoX @VodafoneUK I am appalled how bad in store service is in all phone etc shops. I go into a shop to talk to a person who will sort it for me, not sit me in the corner on a phone calling the same call centre I can call from home.

@VodafoneUK I understand that but to lock people out of access to my Vodafone account for up to 12 hours last night is not on especially when your website went down last night at 7pm which would been peak time for people to be online but at least it’s going now. 👍

@VodafoneUK Again this is taking me down the Tobi and Bot route. 191 is dodgy line setup to send text links to mobiles. No matter what I try, I can't get through to a human being and that's purposely setup to make life difficult.
