Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

@VodafoneUK Be great if you could sort out the fault with your system over 24hrs without service.......4 phonecalls and 2 extremely rude call handlers later and still no further to resolving the issue!!! Terrible customer service!!!

@VodafoneUK Vodafone India (Karnataka) network is very bad, frequent call drops, network congestion, a very slow 4G Data speed, non availability of ESIM for prepaid users. Nothing improved and we are compelled to port to Jio or Airtel

@HuaweiMobile @HuaweiUK @VodafoneUK My phone was picked up and placed into a giant pink super secure crate and sent off to SBE who seem to have the worst star rating known to mankind. We'll see what happens next and wish I had taken more photos of my phone. Fingers crossed.
