@VodafoneUK Be great if you could sort out the fault with your system over 24hrs without service.......4 phonecalls and 2 extremely rude call handlers later and still no further to resolving the issue!!! Terrible customer service!!!

Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

Hi @VodafoneUK my mobile data doesn’t seem to be working even though I have 4G. I’ve restarted my phone, removed the sim, turned airplane mode on/off, turned mobile data on/off, reset network settings and still it only works with Wi-Fi. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

They tried putting up all kinds of walls to stop me from moving to another network & then once I finally left them, I got annoying and harassing calls from them for a few months. There's no chance I'm returning to them
