@VodafoneUK Be great if you could sort out the fault with your system over 24hrs without service.......4 phonecalls and 2 extremely rude call handlers later and still no further to resolving the issue!!! Terrible customer service!!!

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I apparently owe £6 - and have done for about 15 years. When I try to call them they tell me they can’t help as I don’t have an account. And so it sits on my credit score. Plus when my father died we had very similar issues with Vodafone, and others. Absolutely appalling.

@VodafoneUK why is it that the response time when you get through to someone on chat it god awful slow. Internet has been made worse by someone your end apparently fixing it, on chat for ages and still no progress. Awful internet since having it almost on the same level as Virgin
