    @VodafoneUK Be great if you could sort out the fault with your system over 24hrs without service.......4 phonecalls and 2 extremely rude call handlers later and still no further to resolving the issue!!! Terrible customer service!!!

    @VodafoneUK Find it astonishing that having been a loyal customer for 5-6 years, that come renewal time you canโ€™t compete with VOXI on price. In 12 months my iPhone 8 is probably ready for replacement and you get me on another 2 year contract. Short-sighted at the best of times

    @EE @MarcAllera you really employ some incompetent people. Paid ยฃ93 for the past 23 months. Phoned to upgrade and 24 hours later my esim has been cancelled! I now have no service until a physical sim arrives. Pathetic. May cancel upgrade and go to @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK help please: stuck in a loop being sent from phone to online chat and back again. I need to rearrange a broadband move but online say it can only be done on the phone and phone system says too busy to take call. As it stands weโ€™re going to be cut off on Monday-HELP!
