@VodafoneUK Be great if you could sort out the fault with your system over 24hrs without service.......4 phonecalls and 2 extremely rude call handlers later and still no further to resolving the issue!!! Terrible customer service!!!

After being a @VodafoneUK customer for prob 15 years, really disappointed with their customer interaction regarding my broadband, I know the router isn’t working but they just keep going around in circles even though the line is ok. Time to change provider.

Hey @bt_uk. I pay you a fortune for full fibre. You muck up billing, don't fix your deal costs & I'm still getting regular "your connection is unstable" messages. Why? No such issue with sister company @plusnethelp (sadly don't do fttp).Should have stuck wth @VodafoneUK mobile BB
