    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @VodafoneUK fair play guys I would like to congratulate you on having the worst WiFi connection in the whole UK! I’ve used 5 different companies now and yours is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced 👏🏻

    The worst home broadband provider is @VodafoneUK ......absolute appalling service!!!!!! Reliability is pathetic

    @VodafoneUK Be great if you could sort out the fault with your system over 24hrs without service.......4 phonecalls and 2 extremely rude call handlers later and still no further to resolving the issue!!! Terrible customer service!!!

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK There are too many big companies who behave like this with the elderly. If this is the experience of those who have children around to speak on their behalf - what happens to those on their own? We need to treat our elderly better.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK When my uncle died the only company that I had trouble me with was @AOL they actually made me cry. Said I had to have all the account holders security details . Didn’t seem to understand he was dead.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK If corporations as such can get away with it, they'll certainly try, to hell with customers is their ethos. What's a couple thousand moaning, look at the current government fiasco. They all try to get away with it, until caught, then empty apologies, given by support staff. 🙁😡

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Condolences to your family this is terrible service. I was in a similar situation recently and can only say the company I dealt with had it sorted in one phone call with no charge and told to keep phone. Hope things are sorted soon.
