@VodafoneUK Be great if you could sort out the fault with your system over 24hrs without service.......4 phonecalls and 2 extremely rude call handlers later and still no further to resolving the issue!!! Terrible customer service!!!

It’s like getting blood from a stone finding out when internet will be back on. 5th day without internet and phone no mobile signal. Several villagers affected in row (Lawhitton) some vulnerable. @VodafoneUK unhelpful @OpenreachHelp can you help?
