@VodafoneUK Be great if you could sort out the fault with your system over 24hrs without service.......4 phonecalls and 2 extremely rude call handlers later and still no further to resolving the issue!!! Terrible customer service!!!

Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

@VodafoneUK I'll be moving between a dozen or so carribean countries so was hoping for a list so I can check in each country that I'm connected to a supported network. On another network I had problems as it was connecting to one not covered by my package.

@VodafoneUK I have taken out a new SIM only contract through Carphone Warehouse with Vodaphone but you are charging me for my old contract and sim!!! All I need you to do is to transfer my number over to the new contract but I have to fill in forms. Utter nonsense terrible customer service

@Rotmm @UKDazarusV2 @VodafoneUK If you ask a lot of the time the new company will buy out your contract but I had a terrible experience with Vodafone internet. BT bought my contract out. Sounds like we’ve swapped roles haha. I was with them for the first year of doing internet so it was probs just that.
