Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

@VodafoneUK Be great if you could sort out the fault with your system over 24hrs without service.......4 phonecalls and 2 extremely rude call handlers later and still no further to resolving the issue!!! Terrible customer service!!!

Today marks the 1 month anniversary of @VodafoneUK failing on every conceivable level to diagnose - let alone fix - ongoing wifi faults. It also marks the day they *just* realised we’re on Fibre so the BB team (who achieved not v much over 30 days) now can’t do anything ‘more’.
