    @VodafoneUK Be great if you could sort out the fault with your system over 24hrs without service.......4 phonecalls and 2 extremely rude call handlers later and still no further to resolving the issue!!! Terrible customer service!!!

    @VodafoneUK The issue is when I try to start a chat, it does not start the chat. Then I close the window and start again. If I am able to start it then it is not responding. Not sure what is the purpose of this when it can’t answer any queries.

    @VodafoneUK Anybody thinking of joining I raised an issue with this technology giant over a year ago saying my house doesn't show 900mb but even other house does... now it's 100% confirmed by openreach and ofcom it's vodafone at fault but they cannot fix a simple fault! My house has 900mb...

    I've contacted @VodafoneUK 3 times since upgrading my phone to simply set up a direct debit. Well, I just had an email to say the balance is over due and that it will affect service and could impact on my credit in future, with no attempt to take a direct debit. Unacceptable 😡

    Hey @VodafoneUK you have lodged a debt default on my credit file for an account that doesn’t exist. I have contacted 6 different teams who can’t help as there is no account - but still it’s on my credit file preventing me getting a mortgage.
