@VodafoneUK Be great if you could sort out the fault with your system over 24hrs without service.......4 phonecalls and 2 extremely rude call handlers later and still no further to resolving the issue!!! Terrible customer service!!!

Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

@VodafoneUK It’s back up and working now; of course there was an outage, not just near me but throughout your own network. Would be better to just acknowledge the issue and as I say pin it to the top of your page.

@VodafoneUK Too late it’s worked it’s self out but it’s the final straw. I’m currently looking at other providers as your service drops too often. I’ve asked many, many time for an engineer to take a look & you’ve refused so there is nothing else to be done.

@VodafoneUK Paying £40/month for "uninterrupted internet with mobile backup" because I need it for work - and it is not working well enough! Cannot get through to any test, chat or call! No information on Vodafone website, have to use third party checks and twitter!

If you're considering getting @VodafoneUK broadband, then don't! Just useless - have had 2 engineers visit who "fixed the issue" and "you'll have no more problems now, all sorted" only to get repeatedly cut off work calls. Issue been going on over a year. Jokes! #broadbandfail
