Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

@VodafoneUK So renenwed contract. App stops working. They reset my login details 12 times and still doesn't work. And told to put up with it and shut up. Excellent customer service and communication from an alleged top communication company. Over to EE I think

@VodafoneUK I'm so disappointed in this company, it seems they can't provide what they advertise, you can only contact them via a stupid bot that rarely works and when it does it can take 4 to 5 hours to get the most basic thing done,only to completely forgot what they promised.
