  Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

  iPhone (under warranty) wouldn’t charge properly. Website TOBi chatbot a barrier to good service. Found a human at @VodafoneUK store in London. Was told to take it to Apple. Did same today in Cardiff. Problem solved. England 0 Wales 1. #pocketlint

  @VodafoneUK It’s not moved across and won’t be as you sent the router to my old address, despite informing you three times I don’t live there and was promised a new one was sent to arrive before my engineer today. This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

  I have a Samsung Galaxy A6 that the camera is broken. I have another A6 from a friend thsts new. Im with @VodafoneUK . Anyone know how i can transfer everything from old A6 to new A6 please?

  @VodafoneUK New customer, activation date yesterday. Told we would have the router 3 working days before, then delayed, 2 days. Now told today it's not been dispatched and won't be for another 3-5 working days?!? Absolutely shocking service. New customer, maybe not much longer.

  @VodafoneUK hi, my iPhone keeps going to voicemail when people ring me. Are there any know issues? I deactivated my voicemail early then it said phone unavailable. When I reactivated voicemail my phone started working briefly.

  @VodafoneUK Hello Callum, I was trying to terminate my account. Eventually managed to do a live chat with someone who after some more tinesaid he would have to transfer me to the dedicated team who were just about to finish and would I want put through to them, which seemed pointless.

  @VodafoneUK I still want to terminate my contract, but as a stop gap I have tried to swap from Pay Monthly to PAYG as a way of terminating the contract.

  @VodafoneUK I am so confused and annoyed now with Vodafone. Your live chat operative told me there is issues in my area then your Twitter person told me there isn’t 🤯 I have now been sitting without no phone signal/ 4G for 48hrs. All 3 devices that I pay for ain’t working!!
