Simply cannot access a human being or solution. Given up on phone lines etc. Just going to join another provider.

@DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK I once spent 4 hours waiting for NTHell (NTL) customer services on the phone. Sent 4 different engineers to "fix" my broadband issue... still didn't manage to get it going properly.
