Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

Does anywhere have half decent customer service anymore? @VodafoneUK is absolutely shocking, unbelievably bad. I'm just trying to get my broadband connected after a rather impressive **** up at install but I may as well chat to a carrot for all their cust serv is worth.

@VodafoneUK I don't think you understand. The option for WiFi calling on my galaxy s22+ ISNT EVEN THERE. Meaning it's not visible. Previously your senior line of support had to send updates to my phone.
