@VodafoneUK I spoke to someone on your 'quick chat' for 45 mins. At the end, he said 'I'll need to connect you to a different team'. I'm now waiting to go through security and be connected, then explain the whole thing again. This is your quick solution?

@VodafoneUK your customer services are absolutely shocking, an hour and a half on the phone, spoken to two people because the first one cut me off, explained myself over and over and still no one understands me. Ridiculous.

So far 3+ hrs on calls to @VodafoneUK to arrange a router delivery through all their cockups and when I'm told they can say when they will call me back and I ask to cancel, I'm hung up on! #badcustomerservice
