  I have a Samsung Galaxy A6 that the camera is broken. I have another A6 from a friend thsts new. Im with @VodafoneUK . Anyone know how i can transfer everything from old A6 to new A6 please?

  @VodafoneUK It’s not moved across and won’t be as you sent the router to my old address, despite informing you three times I don’t live there and was promised a new one was sent to arrive before my engineer today. This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

  Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

  @dazzerrari @VodafoneUK Terrible experience with @vodafone_es. After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable
