@VodafoneUK It’s not moved across and won’t be as you sent the router to my old address, despite informing you three times I don’t live there and was promised a new one was sent to arrive before my engineer today. This didn’t happen and my old provider has already taken down my service 😡😡

Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

iPhone (under warranty) wouldn’t charge properly. Website TOBi chatbot a barrier to good service. Found a human at @VodafoneUK store in London. Was told to take it to Apple. Did same today in Cardiff. Problem solved. England 0 Wales 1. #pocketlint

Hi @VodafoneUK, @VodafoneGroup, is there a outage? Out of nowhere, my router has no Internet connection and has no IPv4 address. Is there any way to resolve this? I have restarted it and turned it off and on again. I have uni in the morning and I'll need access to the Internet

Unable to connect to WiFi and Internet on several Vodafone mobile devices @VodafoneUK broadband. Laptops and Google devices working fine. Please help. Started this afternoon. Done all the resets and basic fault finding.
