    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @VodafoneUK fair play guys I would like to congratulate you on having the worst WiFi connection in the whole UK! I’ve used 5 different companies now and yours is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced 👏🏻

    Currently with @EE with no/very low signal at home address! Who wants to send me sim cards so I can see what network to change to! @O2 @o2 @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK

    @VodafoneUK day 3 as a new customer and still no landline or broadband. Absolutely appalling service.

    Hey @VodafoneUK, why won’t your chat staff match deals you yourself offer through Carphone Warehouse. Your staff flat out refused to match the deal and insisted on an upfront cost I know can be waived. Not a very good way to treat someone who has been a customer for 10+ years…

    @VodafoneUK Disappointed Sure Signal is being discontinued my signal is a nightmare.Only reason I stayed on Monthly Contract was because I had the booster otherwise i would have gone SIM only and plugged my landline back in #nothappy

    @VodafoneUK Hello. I wasn’t asking if there was a way to cancel over social media. Either via the online portal or a letter I can write? I do not want to go through the retentions process as it’s soul-destroying. I have replaced the mobile broadband with 1Gbps fibre so it is superfluous.

    @Ofcom hi I have two existing complaint against @VodafoneUK one of them relating to a query i made about why they gave my details to a third party company that was trying to sell products and services. This is a violation of the #dataprotection act and is a criminal offence
