I have a Samsung Galaxy A6 that the camera is broken. I have another A6 from a friend thsts new. Im with @VodafoneUK . Anyone know how i can transfer everything from old A6 to new A6 please?

Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

@VodafoneUK I like your new pricing structure, separating the phone cost from the plan cost. Much better knowing the phone cost will just drop off when paid for, should help with retention. I don't like that phone plan 36 months by default to make it look cheaper than it is.

@VodafoneUK Hi, I have called and they had to pass it to the technical team. Can’t use data at all without WiFi which is obv causing me massive issues and has been happening for a week now, and I changed spending limit but that didn’t go through even after 24hrs. Just a tad messy.

@VodafoneUK Ok great to know!So I can see there’s maintenance which is leaving me with no service whatsoever in my home. It’ll be for a total of 6 days by the projected end time. I would expect some compensation for a weeks worth of rendering my phone unusable. How do I go about this? Thanks
