@VodafoneUK I just got an sms implying if I don't cancel SecureNet I'll be charged £1/month. Went to do it but my online account is giving errors, on browser and through app "You have no active plans with this account". But my number is definitely associated with this account.

@VodafoneUK honestly this is THE worst company to deal with.SIM stopped working last week & after about 8 hours in total on the phone and multiple trips to the store they still can’t get it to work. Tried to cancel and they want an exit fee 🤬

@VodafoneUK But surely even if 5G is patchy I should be getting a good signal off 4g? I don’t need to check signal strength checker as I’m in the area and know it’s crap. Whole of Newcastle / Tyneside has been terrible for months
