Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

@VodafoneUK You have taken my ill mothers phone off the network because it hadn't been topped up in 6 months. It had £9 credit. You didn't notify by email or text you were going to do this. We couldn't log into the app. Good job she didn't need to use it in an emergency. .. #badService

@VodafoneUK Customers beware. More scammers are on the loose. 01514530524 is another such number so be wary of this. It's claiming to be from liverpool but I'm guessing it's a lot further a field than that. They hung up before talking (ok) but google says they're bad.
