Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

After my mum died the gym she went to refused to cancel her membership, fortunately it was a physical building where I was able to go to & make a scene so they relented. It makes an already difficult situation worse. I hope you can get it resolved soon.

Account in wife’s name, works office hours, you keep calling her during office hours now you’ve closed complaint as she’s not picked up. Around we go.

If you couldn’t cancel the insurance on that phone the FOS would be awarding you compensation by now but the big until it’s companies have us by the short and curlies…
