@VodafoneUK Increased traffic there is every year, yet come the summer we get less than second rate service yet pay the same. Towns and villages like ours should be priority for upgrading. Nothing has improved in the four years I have lived here and I am sick of empty promises and apologies.

If you buying a new phone please be aware that the customer service that @VodafoneUK offer is terrible I was told I’ll get a call back from a manager within 24 hours 9 days later still nothing. After being lied to by two managers. Not what u expect when you need help
