    @VodafoneUK RE: broadband outage. I was just wondering, as you've just hiked my charges mid-contract, and now I've had no connection all morning, who your provider is as yours appears to be working fine? Maybe I can switch to them? Ffs!🙄

    @VodafoneUK BS3 wifi and Internet is down, you have inexcusably put prices up mid contract during cost if living crisis and no do not provide the service, are you going to refund us back for this.

    @VodafoneUK Was a replacement SIM for a lost/stolen. Filled in the activation form on the 6th, agents keep saying an escalation has been raised but still no service. 😭

    @VodafoneUK I have @VodafoneUK Pro broadband…but the dongle doesn’t kick in. Never has. Can’t get help either as no agents available…

    @yorkierich @VodafoneUK I have longterm beef with Vodafone, especially with their customer service. A high percentage of their customer service advisors i've had the displeasure to encounter regularly lie and have 0 to very little knowledge on their broadband product. Standards have slipped MASSIVELY
