@Tesco Not getting any help when phoning Tesco so will message here Can @Tesco please explain. Why, after buying a £10 pay as you go @VodafoneUK voucher at Tesco. It has zero credit? Vodafone telling me many have complained & that I have to go back to the supermarket. What BS is this?

@VodafoneUK is there a dedicated complaints line? Was advised in store no hard search would be carried out on my credit as it was an early upgrade. Score down and hard search from Vodafone. May impact mortgage application due to credit usage (what credit?). Ombudsman complaint.

@VodafoneUK no fibre connection in over 5 days (wr5 area) spoken to open reach tech who was installing a new fibre line and said network is up and running, your tech support says no issue but local store says people been in complaining. What's going on

Disgusted with service received from @VodafoneUK and @VodafoneGroup. Customer for number of years. Trying to upgrade. Waiting for handset delivery for over a week and getting mixed messages from CS. Wasted around five hours of my time on chat/phone and still none the wiser!

Hi @giffgaff I’m off to @VodafoneUK tomorrow because you changed the rules on roaming and capped my data after I’d left for summer hols. And then refused to help. Just important for firms to know why customers move their business. Also getting a better deal.
