Praise where it's due, a @VodafoneUK employee did a fantastic job today. I have moaned about Voda in the past (disingenuous claims re EU roaming) but the service I received today was second to none. Huge credit to Hira up in Hull, a real credit to the company.

@VodafoneUK No the issue is you guys aka @VodafoneUK are now the supplier of the airwaves of my network #virginmedia and ever since your take over I never get a signal so no it not my issue to take it up my virgin (I have) got no where. So I’m approaching your company and I want a answer..

@VodafoneUK took me six hours to contact your home moving team, two calls to your complaints team and twice you hang up on me after 60 minutes! I am still queueing!!!! I raised a complaint to OFCOM, you should not be allowed to sell Broadband!

@VodafoneUK help. I just want to talk to someone about my price plan. It changed, I want to change it back and I don’t want to use live chat as I didn’t agree with what the person was saying. When I ring up it says it can’t answer the call. I just want to speak to a person!

@VodafoneUK I'm trying to reach someone to arrange engineer to come and fix our broadband cable, which was cut through accidentally by neighbours. I just can't chat either to speak someone as everybody is busy 😕 it's urgent as we have no Internet connection .
