    iPhone (under warranty) wouldn’t charge properly. Website TOBi chatbot a barrier to good service. Found a human at @VodafoneUK store in London. Was told to take it to Apple. Did same today in Cardiff. Problem solved. England 0 Wales 1. #pocketlint

    I have a Samsung Galaxy A6 that the camera is broken. I have another A6 from a friend thsts new. Im with @VodafoneUK . Anyone know how i can transfer everything from old A6 to new A6 please?

    Is anyone else having issues paying @VodafoneUK ? I have been unable to pay my bill since last month. Payment keeps saying pending and then returned in to my bank. Also having issues logging into the Vodafone website aswell. Anyone else having the same issue??

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup @vodafonecom . Since July 2021 Chelsea SW10 does not have 4g phone signal. I’ve complained weekly to both the internet chat and to a phone agent yet no resolution. Vodafone continue to charge SW10 for no service!

    @VodafoneUK Been a loyal #Vodafone phone customer for over 20 years & have your broadband. Im now out of contract and was told by customer services that they couldn't offer me any discount on a new contract, i would have to pay the same as a new customer. So much for loyalty!

    @VodafoneUK Visited store on 13th Sep to convert my "e-sim" to "physical Sim". Today (16th Sep) i visited 3rd time in store just to request for activating my "SIM", however SIM is still in dead condition. I can't daily take couple of hours break from the office just for VI pathetic service.
