@VodafoneUK Awful, AWFUL customer service. What could have been sorted in less than 5 mins of phone conversation just took me almost an hour of multiple web pages and a painfully slow text conversation. Not good enough! Time is precious!

They also said that they're changing their call centre to the UK. They're only doing what they should of done and have made no effort to compensate me for all the crap.
