Reasons why @VodafoneUK is bottom of the @WhichUK list for customer service. 1) Most of their standard processes, proof of purchase, SIM swaps etc require customers to FILL IN FORMS full of information they already have, creating potential for error

@VodafoneUK I have just upgraded to Vodafone Superfast and all devices connected 1st time. My issue is that Sky Q box keeps telling me it can’t connect to router or internet. I’ve seen all sorts of issues but no idea how to fix this. Called support but got cut off after an hour.

Not @VodafoneUK screwing us over the day we move into our new house 🙄 organised Internet weeks in advance and given a router only for them to cancel with no warning and now can't get through to anyone to sort it 🤔
