    Just on call to @VodafoneUK about a charge to my account - £17.61 monthly for 24 months - for a device I never received and have never used. They’re claiming I’m ‘still in commitment’ for it though, so no refund. Check your accounts, people! Fraudsters.

    Terrible customer service again @VodafoneUK. You should look after your customers and correct mistakes made. Passed to 7 different operators and on the phone for 1 1/2 hours to get nowhere. Promised a call back that never happens!! Same old!

    Really disappointed in @VodafoneUK .I’ve been a loyal customer for years and apparently I’ve used 7gb of data in 24hrs and been charged £150 for this, I’ve been told that the tech team class this as “normal usage”- my normal usage is less than 4gb a month! 😬😡#beyondangry

    Get sold a @VodafoneUK contract in-store with discount. Get overcharged on the first bill. Go back into the store and get told they would never give out that kind of discount. Call customer services, on hold for 30+ min because they're "busy"... Hands down worst phone provider.

    @VodafoneUK what a shower you are. After months my issue is still not sorted. Despite assurances today that somebody would call me back, nobody did. Phoned again and asked for a call back while they looked into it and was told you couldn’t make outgoing calls after 5pm!!!!

    @VodafoneUK The NUC you issued to me is incorrect. This was issued and reported as not working on 26th November. I have been paying for another contract whilst being unable to use my handset. I have repeatedly called and used twitter to try and seek a resolution to this problem.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks. Would be good to know that a team at Vodafone is responsible too though. I am paying extra on my contract in order to use the skysports subscription. That's the differentiator for me. Just wondering if there is anyone at Vodafone that can help getting an answer from sky
