    Reasons why @VodafoneUK is bottom of the @WhichUK list for customer service. 1) Most of their standard processes, proof of purchase, SIM swaps etc require customers to FILL IN FORMS full of information they already have, creating potential for error

    2) These forms then disappear into the @VodafoneUK “back office” and customer service reps cannot talk to the back office....making them as powerless and as frustrated as their customers

    I’m so annoyed that after being a customer of @VodafoneUK for 20+ years £50 a month, I’ve been refused an upgrade and contract because of an apparent credit check fail. It’s bullshit and time to leave Vodafone! #imleavingonthenexttrain 😵‍💫

    @EE you can actually give a timeframe on network issues unlike @VodafoneUK who take 2 months to fix problems. That’s what I call quality. Glad to be working for you and @btcareers this year on my apprenticeship.

    @ChristianMarsh @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK It gets better, the fee is apparently £5.47 PLUS the 90p. The issue is not the amount, but the principal of saying "x" but hiding the fact that "y" is also required. What else am I going to find within the contract?

    Incredibly bad service today from 4 agents on webchat @VodafoneUK . Spent over 1 1/2 hours repeating ourselves to 3 agents only to be put through to an agent in Sheffield who could not careless. He did not read previous messages & arrogantly ended the chat without speaking to me

    @VodafoneUK I have friend who uses a very standard phone and his only form of communication is phone calls or text messages. He doesn’t use data and his phone doesn’t support WhatsApp etc. Is there a way that something could be amended on his account to stop a limit on calls and texts?

    @kavanag_j @VodafoneUK John, I’ve had the same problem ! On hold for 45 mins and then disconnected. The guy called me back and said because I was a new customer and I didn’t have an account or mobile number they could verify my identify. In my cooling off period /. Should I cancel??

    @VodafoneUK When I said "We" I am refering to multiple people not just me, I have spoken to multiple people in the area who are suffering the same issues, yet none of suffer these problems outwith the area, just because there is no maintenance doesn't mean there isn't a fault with the mast.
