Vodafone Issues Reports Near Frome, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Frome and nearby locations:

  • maxwide MaxinFrome (@maxwide) reported from Frome, England

Reasons why @VodafoneUK is bottom of the @WhichUK list for customer service. 1) Most of their standard processes, proof of purchase, SIM swaps etc require customers to FILL IN FORMS full of information they already have, creating potential for error

  • adz232 Adam Crawford (@adz232) reported from Bathford, England

@VodafoneUK Got poor latency the past day on 4G.

  • luna_blue98 L V N Λ (@luna_blue98) reported from Bathford, England

If anyone was considering buying a monthly contract from @VodafoneUK don’t. Absolutely ridiculous trying to buy one damn phone off them wasted a month of my time because they can’t do the simplest things. Never using them again.

  • maxwide MaxinFrome (@maxwide) reported from Frome, England

    2) These forms then disappear into the @VodafoneUK “back office” and customer service reps cannot talk to the back office....making them as powerless and as frustrated as their customers

  • david_navigator David Rose (@david_navigator) reported from Bathford, England

@VodafoneUK whenever I send an SMS from my iPhone 8+ the recipient receives the text 4 time. Help !!

  • AdzCrawford2003 Adam Crawford (@AdzCrawford2003) reported from Bathford, England

@VodafoneUK Yes but it doesn’t help the fact that it takes Vodafone 2 months to fix issues.

  • AdzCrawford2003 Adam Crawford (@AdzCrawford2003) reported from Bathford, England

@EE you can actually give a timeframe on network issues unlike @VodafoneUK who take 2 months to fix problems. That’s what I call quality. Glad to be working for you and @btcareers this year on my apprenticeship.

  • flikQ ジ Gavin Weeks (@flikQ) reported from Bathford, England

@antinbath @EE @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Their service when travelling is second to none as well, never paid a penny for it!

  • JohnTileyITQ John Tiley (@JohnTileyITQ) reported from Clutton, England

My @VodafoneUK runaround continues - it’s farcical - chat bots - “agents” working from home - admin efficiency disgraceful - customer services pop me back into the same merry go round - #Vodafonearedreadful

  • vicki_rowe Vicki Rowe (@vicki_rowe) reported from Binegar, England

@VodafoneUK @nicoleatherton_ I’ve not had any signal or internet since leaving Weymouth, Dorset. Now In Bristol and it’s finally resumed.

  • maxwide MaxinFrome (@maxwide) reported from Frome, England

    5) The tendency to blame other departments rather than take responsibility is rife. All these reasons and more make @VodafoneUK the worst #mobilephone operators on the planet.

  • NotTHESteveNash Steve Nash (@NotTHESteveNash) reported from Trowbridge, England

@VodafoneUK @VOXI_UK Confused. I thought I was replying to a Voxi tweet advertising 5G on the Voxi network.

  • candacekendall_ Candace Taylor-Gregg (@candacekendall_) reported from Frome, England

@sueturton @VodafoneUK I was delighted to move my last phone from Voda last year after years of rubbish service. I hope uou get a resolution. They need some good PR.

  • charles_georgie Georgie Charles (@charles_georgie) reported from Frome, England

I’m so annoyed that after being a customer of @VodafoneUK for 20+ years £50 a month, I’ve been refused an upgrade and contract because of an apparent credit check fail. It’s bullshit and time to leave Vodafone! #imleavingonthenexttrain 😵‍💫

  • clairefranco Claire Francis (@clairefranco) reported from Broughton Gifford, England

If anyone wants an example of how NOT to do customer services and treat loyal customers please try dealing with @VodafoneUK they are really are v v ****

  • mattcardy Matt Cardy (@mattcardy) reported from Holcombe, England

@O2 your website and app won’t allow login! Any ideas! I want a new contract but might go to @VodafoneUK now!

  • JohnTileyITQ John Tiley (@JohnTileyITQ) reported from Clutton, England

@VodafoneUK have got to be the worst #phone and #mobile #broadband service ever so I suggest you avoid them

  • adz232 Adam Crawford (XBOX AMB) (@adz232) reported from Bathford, England

@VodafoneUK still waiting for response. The service is terrible. Ordered Apple Watch from you and I can’t even get it connected to use the OneNumber plan that comes with it.

  • penleighfarm1 Owen the farmer/butcher (@penleighfarm1) reported from Frome, England

@VodafoneUK with reference to a business contract; how can I speak to a real life customer service agent regarding a broken phone that needs repairing? The live chat is appalling! 191 redirects you to live chat. It shouldn’t be this difficult and such a massive waste of time

@VodafoneUK My current TalkTalk Broadband contract expires in a couple of months time & I'm looking to switch to your 500mbps Full fibre service, which will require the fibre to be installed. How long before my current contract ends should I apply?

  • Kalump76 Kalum Perera (@Kalump76) reported

@VodafoneUK your Broadband cancellation customer service team think they are something special .the way they speak to customers not acceptable . Will not recommend @VodafoneUK to anyone . From a customer for more than 20+ years..

  • Lisa_Williams5 Lisa Marion Williams (@Lisa_Williams5) reported

@VodafoneUK I know it's on the envelope but we have been returning these to you for the past 11 years and you have not done anything, we are asking that you stop sending to our address, it is not good customer service to send someone's mail to another person.

  • DavinaDay2 I Am June (@DavinaDay2) reported

@LaDonnaKebabe @VodafoneUK I think that when a price rise occurs mid-contract you can cancel without any penalty. You should maybe check with them and then find a better deal elsewhere.

  • mufcgrc g🔰🇮🇪 (@mufcgrc) reported

@JacksonRomain3 @VodafoneUK Mines like this atm how did you fix it?

  • Gwenysmoo Gweny Gates 🦇🍾 (@Gwenysmoo) reported

@VodafoneUK Still no internet!!!! Paying for a service that doesn't work.

  • iamthenewno2 Michael Harvey (@iamthenewno2) reported

So @VodafoneUK put up their prices by exactly the same amount as @EE, 10.5 + 3.9%. Remember it is because they have exactly the same costs as each other and because, according to #EE anyway, out the goodness of their hearts they are helping the poor (by creating more of them?).

  • BuffyIles Buffy Iles (@BuffyIles) reported

Next month I cancel the last (of 6) contracts, gone from paying @VodafoneUK £3000 a year, to around £400 a year on monthly sim plans, yet despite improving my financial situation @ExperianExperts have instead hammered my credit rating. Make it make sense #creditscore #CRAs

  • datacentreme DATACENTREME (@datacentreme) reported

@VodafoneUK my account has been cut. I cannot make or receive calls and cannot log into my account either as that requires me to receive a security code via text. Please help!
