  • luna_blue98

If anyone was considering buying a monthly contract from @VodafoneUK don’t. Absolutely ridiculous trying to buy one damn phone off them wasted a month of my time because they can’t do the simplest things. Never using them again.

  • maxwide
MaxinFrome (@maxwide) reported from Frome, England

Reasons why @VodafoneUK is bottom of the @WhichUK list for customer service. 1) Most of their standard processes, proof of purchase, SIM swaps etc require customers to FILL IN FORMS full of information they already have, creating potential for error

  • david_navigator
David Rose (@david_navigator) reported from Bathford, England

@VodafoneUK whenever I send an SMS from my iPhone 8+ the recipient receives the text 4 time. Help !!

  • maxwide
MaxinFrome (@maxwide) reported from Frome, England

    2) These forms then disappear into the @VodafoneUK “back office” and customer service reps cannot talk to the back office....making them as powerless and as frustrated as their customers

@antinbath @EE @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Their service when travelling is second to none as well, never paid a penny for it!

@VodafoneUK with reference to a business contract; how can I speak to a real life customer service agent regarding a broken phone that needs repairing? The live chat is appalling! 191 redirects you to live chat. It shouldn’t be this difficult and such a massive waste of time

  • candacekendall_
Candace Taylor-Gregg (@candacekendall_) reported from Frome, England

@sueturton @VodafoneUK I was delighted to move my last phone from Voda last year after years of rubbish service. I hope uou get a resolution. They need some good PR.

  • AdzCrawford2003
Adam Crawford (@AdzCrawford2003) reported from Bathford, England

@EE you can actually give a timeframe on network issues unlike @VodafoneUK who take 2 months to fix problems. That’s what I call quality. Glad to be working for you and @btcareers this year on my apprenticeship.

  • AdzCrawford2003
Adam Crawford (@AdzCrawford2003) reported from Upper Swainswick, England

@VodafoneUK I’m trying to transfer my esim to a different phone. Can you help please?

  • Judge_Dr3dd
Steve P (@Judge_Dr3dd) reported from Chew Stoke, England

me as I have become so disillusioned with the brand. They will still expect me to pay in a couple of days for a service they're not providing which in my opinion is tantamount to dishonest appropriation. Absolutely bewildered by @VodafoneUK.

  • Judge_Dr3dd
Steve P (@Judge_Dr3dd) reported from Chew Stoke, England

with platitudes and lies from a range of lovely sounding people who have promised me all manner of assistance but have failed to deliver even a modicum of customer satisfaction. It has gotten to the stage that I cannot believe anything the @VodafoneUK representatives are telling

  • AdzCrawford2003
Adam Crawford (@AdzCrawford2003) reported from Bathford, England

@VodafoneUK Yes but it doesn’t help the fact that it takes Vodafone 2 months to fix issues.

  • adz232
Adam Crawford (XBOX AMB) (@adz232) reported from Bathford, England

@VodafoneUK still waiting for response. The service is terrible. Ordered Apple Watch from you and I can’t even get it connected to use the OneNumber plan that comes with it.

  • maxwide
MaxinFrome (@maxwide) reported from Frome, England

    5) The tendency to blame other departments rather than take responsibility is rife. All these reasons and more make @VodafoneUK the worst #mobilephone operators on the planet.

  • JohnTileyITQ
John Tiley (@JohnTileyITQ) reported from Clutton, England

My @VodafoneUK runaround continues - it’s farcical - chat bots - “agents” working from home - admin efficiency disgraceful - customer services pop me back into the same merry go round - #Vodafonearedreadful

Vodafone cease order stuck in Openreach CSS (DI7007595). Plusnet confirmed it’s Vodafone’s, BT’s order failed (CON‑0004). I’ve been unable to switch for months and Vodafone won’t escalate to Openreach SMC. @VodafoneUK @Ofcom can you help?

  • Orsassur2
    Or Sassur (@Orsassur2) reported

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK, your customer service in London was an absolute disgrace. I went to your store simply to buy a Vodafone SIM card and was treated like an enemy of the Crown rather than a potential customer. The attitude of the staff was arrogant, hostile and completely disproportionate to such a simple request. When a customer challenges poor service, your employees should not respond with intimidation, threats or an attitude designed to make the customer feel unwelcome. Your store staff are there to serve customers—not interrogate them as if they were members of the Secret Service. I expected professionalism from a major British telecommunications company. Instead, I experienced arrogance, hostility and behaviour that left me questioning whether Vodafone actually wants customers. @VodafoneUK, is this really the standard of customer service you consider acceptable in London? Because if so, the problem isn't the customer. The problem is Vodafone.
