@VodafoneUK (3) ...team and they were very rude, and said that I should have noticed this within 14 days of purchasing it. So, am I right in thinking there is no way to make my Gigacube work for online gaming (by changing the NAT type) and that this has been mis-sold this?

I’m so annoyed that after being a customer of @VodafoneUK for 20+ years £50 a month, I’ve been refused an upgrade and contract because of an apparent credit check fail. It’s bullshit and time to leave Vodafone! #imleavingonthenexttrain 😵💫

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I congratulate you on your push to become greener however the biggest pollutant from your industry is tech waste!! Maybe instead of deals for upgrades you push deals for continuing to use current phones unless broken this will potentially halve waste

@O2 with all due respect, your phone service is absolutely ******* horrendous. No 4G in Bristol although I live centrally and my phone constantly tells me I have no internet connection. It’s such bollocks considering how much I pay a month. @VodafoneUK can you help me?

@VodafoneUK @MoneyTelegraph one of your agents put down the wrong address and instead of disconnecting my neighbours line you cut off mine. Now without internet, can’t WFH & need to pay for fuel. I’m not even your customer! Fix this and repay my fuel costs/compensation please.

@Ker_Anderson @jmcomms @VodafoneUK They were all equally bad back then. The DWP used to use 0845 numbers which all networks charged aroind 50p a minute to call. And yes GiffGaff caught me again in May 2012 when my £10 'goody bag' ran out. Topped up again and they clobbered me for 25p a minute calls.

I understand people want work in these poor economic conditions, I'm lucky to have a job, but avoid @VodafoneUK . Hiring practices like these should be massively frowned upon and discouraged. From a candidate's point of view they're an awful experience.

@VodafoneUK disgusting service, cancelled broadband contract instead of moving it to new property. Wont reinstate unless new 2 year contract taken. Told to buy a sim and they will give 30 days unlimited broadband until sorted. Then denied it. Shame on u Vodafone!
