@VodafoneUK @MoneyTelegraph one of your agents put down the wrong address and instead of disconnecting my neighbours line you cut off mine. Now without internet, can’t WFH & need to pay for fuel. I’m not even your customer! Fix this and repay my fuel costs/compensation please.

@VodafoneUK Awful, AWFUL customer service. What could have been sorted in less than 5 mins of phone conversation just took me almost an hour of multiple web pages and a painfully slow text conversation. Not good enough! Time is precious!

Is it just a coincidence?? I called @British_Airways earlier and now getting scam calls from a whole range of different countries! Had this number for years and never happened before. @VodafoneUK any way of blocking them permanently??

@VodafoneUK I did include capital letters, numbers, and special characters, as you can see from the screenshot in which the system confirms I included capital letters, numbers, and special characters. Turns out the problem was the password was too *long* - which the form does *not* check.

@VodafoneUK Apologies if i was not clear, my bad :) I told him the deal i could get with BT 2x Simonly for 12months 40gb with 5g for a total £27. He just read me the deals from the vodafone website that i'd already seen and didnt even try to match the BT price, just said he couldn't go lower
