    @VodafoneUK (3) ...team and they were very rude, and said that I should have noticed this within 14 days of purchasing it. So, am I right in thinking there is no way to make my Gigacube work for online gaming (by changing the NAT type) and that this has been mis-sold this?

    @lillyclarkeox @VodafoneUK Get used to it! If you can get out of your contract now, I would. I switched to them in May and my line and broadband has been down more times than I can remember. I’m currently waiting to speak to them (1hr 6mins) because we have no internet again.

    @Joser_72 @VodafoneUK Haha fair enough! One thing I have learned is that being able to contact someone easily is very important. You have to start asking questions when a company's only way of fixing internet issues is to go online and do it....
