@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I congratulate you on your push to become greener however the biggest pollutant from your industry is tech waste!! Maybe instead of deals for upgrades you push deals for continuing to use current phones unless broken this will potentially halve waste

  • VickyLorych
Vicky Lorych (@VickyLorych) reported from Bristol, England

@VodafoneUK unfortunately due to the incompetence of your team I’ve had to send an email to your CEO. Let’s hope he’ll be able to help with my complaints 🤞🏼

  • flikQ
ジ Gavin Weeks (@flikQ) reported from Bathford, England

@antinbath @EE @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Their service when travelling is second to none as well, never paid a penny for it!

  • maxwide
MaxinFrome (@maxwide) reported from Frome, England

    2) These forms then disappear into the @VodafoneUK “back office” and customer service reps cannot talk to the back office....making them as powerless and as frustrated as their customers

  • NatalieBrereton
Natalie Brereton (@NatalieBrereton) reported from Bristol, England

@O2 with all due respect, your phone service is absolutely ******* horrendous. No 4G in Bristol although I live centrally and my phone constantly tells me I have no internet connection. It’s such bollocks considering how much I pay a month. @VodafoneUK can you help me?

  • penleighfarm1
Owen the farmer/butcher (@penleighfarm1) reported from Frome, England

@VodafoneUK with reference to a business contract; how can I speak to a real life customer service agent regarding a broken phone that needs repairing? The live chat is appalling! 191 redirects you to live chat. It shouldn’t be this difficult and such a massive waste of time

  • jakemiller7
    J A K E M I L L E R (@jakemiller7) reported from Bristol, England

Hey @VodafoneUK 3 days later + just £15 compensation for being on hold 7 hours to your customer service team + incorrectly charged £9499 - let’s hope it doesn’t happen again 😡

  • ahoyme23
Ahoy (@ahoyme23) reported from Bristol, England

@HeyItsRyan8 @VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 but the ones who decided in advance are all good? you're just jumping on a bandwagon and demonstrating your own cancel culture. embarrassing. muted.

  • VictoriaBS8
The Victoria (@VictoriaBS8) reported from Bristol, England

@VodafoneUK Awful, AWFUL customer service. What could have been sorted in less than 5 mins of phone conversation just took me almost an hour of multiple web pages and a painfully slow text conversation. Not good enough! Time is precious!

  • Charlie_Salter
Charlie Salter (@Charlie_Salter) reported from Bristol, England

@VodafoneUK (2) ...any game that needs you to host your own server. I purchased the Gigacube and signed up as I was promised it was super fast and great for online gaming. Yet apparently it is not compatible with some games and games consoles. I have spoken to your support...

  • NailseaCookie
cookie (@NailseaCookie) reported from Bristol, England

@VodafoneUK is there issues with your broadband service in BS10 ...

  • adz232
Adam Crawford (XBOX AMB) (@adz232) reported from Bathford, England

@VodafoneUK still waiting for response. The service is terrible. Ordered Apple Watch from you and I can’t even get it connected to use the OneNumber plan that comes with it.

  • scottish_dan
Dan (@scottish_dan) reported from Bristol, England

@VodafoneUK please please can you sort out your network around BS5 in Bristol. The signal for anything has pretty much been unusable for the last 2 weeks for anything. Some downtime is expected but it's beginning to take the mick.

  • AdzCrawford2003
Adam Crawford (@AdzCrawford2003) reported from Bathford, England

@EE you can actually give a timeframe on network issues unlike @VodafoneUK who take 2 months to fix problems. That’s what I call quality. Glad to be working for you and @btcareers this year on my apprenticeship.

  • Charlie_Salter
Charlie Salter (@Charlie_Salter) reported from Bristol, England

@VodafoneUK (1) Hello. I am paying a lot for a 5G Gigacube as the broadband in my area is poor and I want fast internet. I have just discovered that the Gigacube has a strict NAT type (D) that cannot be changed. This means I cannot play online games on my Nintendo Switch or...

  • maxwide
MaxinFrome (@maxwide) reported from Frome, England

Reasons why @VodafoneUK is bottom of the @WhichUK list for customer service. 1) Most of their standard processes, proof of purchase, SIM swaps etc require customers to FILL IN FORMS full of information they already have, creating potential for error

  • maxwide
MaxinFrome (@maxwide) reported from Frome, England

    5) The tendency to blame other departments rather than take responsibility is rife. All these reasons and more make @VodafoneUK the worst #mobilephone operators on the planet.

  • ms215
Michelle Smith (@ms215) reported from Bristol, England

Just on call to @VodafoneUK about a charge to my account - £17.61 monthly for 24 months - for a device I never received and have never used. They’re claiming I’m ‘still in commitment’ for it though, so no refund. Check your accounts, people! Fraudsters.

  • TomSingleton4

@VodafoneUK Thanks for reply. Signal returned around 3am this morning lol

  • ms215

@Ofcom Thanks. @VodafoneUK are capitalising on people’s lack of energy to pursue complaints, and wearing us all down by attrition

@carlfhoward @TheRAC_UK Its annoying. Shout out to @VodafoneUK who didn't do this. When my intro deal was coming to an end they emailed me, not the other round, to offer the same deal again. Customer retained, cost to them probably pennies.

  • GoodKingLou
    King Louis XIII (@GoodKingLou) reported

Cancel @VodafoneUK... They're clearly happy to provide the Data for the phones upon which some of these invaders have co-ordinated and recorded their crimes...

  • Big_Grumps
    Dave 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Big_Grumps) reported

@VodafoneUK if I get a new phone and I decide I don't like the colour, do I have to return it, cancel the whole order and reorder another colour again?

  • jomamp82

  • ArdsBrexit
    Ards Brexit (@ArdsBrexit) reported

@vodafone @VodafoneUK You will be able to track the devices that are being handed out to illegal migrants that are using your network. Facilitating these illegal migrants makes you an accessory to people trafficking. You paying customers are funding this, are they made aware?

  • mdb4trumpet
    mdb4trumpet (@mdb4trumpet) reported

@VodafoneUK if I could I would cancel my contract right now but I certainly will not be renewing it assisting illegal Immigration you can go to hell

  • welsh_girlie
    Gem (@welsh_girlie) reported

@VodafoneUK Broadband activated last Friday. Tried to login the app. The forgotten username button doesn’t work and when I press forgot password it tells me a password is needed. Scrapped that and logged in online and it’s saying my first bill is double what it should be!?!

  • openchatter
    freespeech (@openchatter) reported

The more I investigate mobile network costs before renewing my contract, the more I realise a direct contract with @VodafoneUK is a rip off. I can’t wait to cancel my contract.

@Alexarmstrong Too bad @VodafoneUK These freeloaders will never be future customers but you'll loose lots of UK Citizens from this!
