@VodafoneUK Awful, AWFUL customer service. What could have been sorted in less than 5 mins of phone conversation just took me almost an hour of multiple web pages and a painfully slow text conversation. Not good enough! Time is precious!

.@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

@VodafoneUK I have tried since 10.00am to speak to Keerti, Vishal, Rajat, Sonali, Sonu, Emily, and I recall 3 others. No one is able to resolve the issue ? 6.5 hours on webchat to sort out old invoices from January 2020 that were never charged out to us? What do we tell our mortgage lender?

@AskEquifax I am TRYING so HARD to resolve the issues with @VodafoneUK 6.5 hours of webchat today !! No-one seems to be able to handle this matter. We now discover 2 x final invoices for our sim only business mobiles have remained unpaid since Jan 2020. Why ? No-one knows? Except Equifax.
