    @PaulCowland_ @VodafoneUK Wow Paul that’s awful and sounds like you have had a bum deal. Got to say that since I swapped to Vodafone I have had excellent service and no issues. O2 on the other hand were absolutely rubbish so I guess it happens on all the networks sometimes

    @PaulCowland_ @VodafoneUK Had similar issues a few years back. They even managed to ‘lose’ my mobile number into the ether, without any guarantee of getting it back. I’ve avoided them ever since - their response to the problems of their own creation was shocking! #avoidvodafone

    @VodafoneUK seem to being having issues of broadband slowing down to around 1-2mb download 1 upload. Rest router works for a few hours then back to being slow. Been happening for a few days now. Postcode is SY21 8EY. Any sign your end?
