    @VodafoneUK thank you so much for putting my phone bill up. Its not much but when your trying to juggle your bills at this time. So it's most appreciated so I think this will be our last contract with you after 18 years of being a customer. Should of left years ago. 👍

    @VodafoneUK Awful, AWFUL customer service. What could have been sorted in less than 5 mins of phone conversation just took me almost an hour of multiple web pages and a painfully slow text conversation. Not good enough! Time is precious!

    @VodafoneUK got to be the worst customer service EVER. trying to enact legal power of attorney. Made my mother take documents into store. Then made me take them in only to be told need to EMAIL them and will take 40 DAYS to sort. #badcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK (3) ...team and they were very rude, and said that I should have noticed this within 14 days of purchasing it. So, am I right in thinking there is no way to make my Gigacube work for online gaming (by changing the NAT type) and that this has been mis-sold this?

    @VodafoneUK @mikeilconte I realise you guys at @VodafoneUK are hard at work at trying to restore the service, but surely a nice generic email would of given us a clue that the internet is down, rather than us, spending half an hour, trying to figure why our router is not working. #Vodafonedown

    @VodafoneUK why hasnt the 4G backup kicked in? its a service we pay for as part of the broadband deal. if it doesnt kick in when WIFI is down then what is the point of it.
