    @EE you can actually give a timeframe on network issues unlike @VodafoneUK who take 2 months to fix problems. Thatโ€™s what I call quality. Glad to be working for you and @btcareers this year on my apprenticeship.

    @VodafoneUK Awful, AWFUL customer service. What could have been sorted in less than 5 mins of phone conversation just took me almost an hour of multiple web pages and a painfully slow text conversation. Not good enough! Time is precious!

    @VodafoneUK @MoneyTelegraph one of your agents put down the wrong address and instead of disconnecting my neighbours line you cut off mine. Now without internet, canโ€™t WFH & need to pay for fuel. Iโ€™m not even your customer! Fix this and repay my fuel costs/compensation please.

    If anyone was considering buying a monthly contract from @VodafoneUK donโ€™t. Absolutely ridiculous trying to buy one damn phone off them wasted a month of my time because they canโ€™t do the simplest things. Never using them again.
