    Today I tried play ACNH online for the first time and discovered our router will never allow me to because the NAT type will never go above a D without port forwarding, which isn’t possible 😭 **** you very much @VodafoneUK

    @EE you can actually give a timeframe on network issues unlike @VodafoneUK who take 2 months to fix problems. That’s what I call quality. Glad to be working for you and @btcareers this year on my apprenticeship.

    @VodafoneUK I have had no signal for 4 days, your online help wants to text me then get a rep to call, I HAVE NO SIGNAL I can't receive either. No help from customer services either. 10 days left on my contract then I can dump Vodafone.

    If anyone was considering buying a monthly contract from @VodafoneUK don’t. Absolutely ridiculous trying to buy one damn phone off them wasted a month of my time because they can’t do the simplest things. Never using them again.

    Shocking customer service by @VodafoneUK the past 2 days. Tried to get through on the phone, to put an order in, and they don’t even bother to answer the phone. Instead, they give you a link to the web chat which is never available! What’s going on?! #badcustomerservice #vodafone

    Diabolical service from @VodafoneUK . Recently upgraded to a new plan that was then cancelled in error through no fault of my own. Had to set up brand new order at higher price then to be told activation date will not be until 28.04 Currently without any broadband. Leaving now

    @EE Awful service stay clear at all costs! I don’t think I’ve ever been so disgusted in a customer service phone team than we were tonight!Your staff were beyond rude, All we wanted to do is renew.. never cancelled something so quick.. easiest decision now going with @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK hopeless service 3 phone calls I have been a customer for years and decided to do my gamepass through you and pay £22.99 a month. I have now been told by Micrsoft they didnt receive payment from you and have cancelled said gamepass and now I have to pay again.

    @VodafoneUK why do I keep getting cold calls from your call centre, then when I tell them I have a business provided Vodafone mobile not a personal paid for mobile your staff hang up the call......its rude and unprofessional.

    @VodafoneUK @MartinSLewis Vodafone cancelled my broadband in error and charging me termination fees. Nobody understands the complaint, 5 hrs on phone not resolved. Customer service dreadful, can you investigate them for bad service?
