    @VodafoneUK Right...this is getting stupid now. I have spent about four hours over three different phone calls trying to get data on my Apple Watch and I still have nothing!! Even after being told that it would be activated and that I would get a text saying so!! NOT HAPPY!

    @VodafoneUK It went amazing, basically if I can get the phone I want cheap else where I got told to join them. They didn’t even offer me a different phone. A great way to treat long term customer with multiple lines in his house. Not for long

    Well @VodafoneUK after looking at the loyalty a constant customer get with regards to one off costs and monthly fee and add to that I’ve been waiting to speak to someone for around 20 mins I’ll think I’ll take my upgrade money somewhere else.

    @VodafoneUK @BegumNadiya I'm afraid I've been in contact with you several times recently. You've had problems with a local mast (NW3) I know. Even when I have a connection, it's often not enough for iPlayer/Netflix etc, or to open photos on Twitter. I'm on a train right now btw!

    @VodafoneUK what a shower you are. After months my issue is still not sorted. Despite assurances today that somebody would call me back, nobody did. Phoned again and asked for a call back while they looked into it and was told you couldn’t make outgoing calls after 5pm!!!!

    Just had the worst customer experience from @VodafoneUK to be told from a senior customer relations advisor that I should explore deals from other providers is shocking, only complaining in the first place as 2 pieces of mis-information had been provided already #appalling

    I thought I had encountered some bad customer service in my time but @vodafoneUK now have that crown. After over 90 mins on to their phone and live chat they tell me they can't resolve the problem and is it OK if they close the complaint now...
