@VodafoneUK I have had no signal for 4 days, your online help wants to text me then get a rep to call, I HAVE NO SIGNAL I can't receive either. No help from customer services either. 10 days left on my contract then I can dump Vodafone.

Shocking customer service by @VodafoneUK the past 2 days. Tried to get through on the phone, to put an order in, and they don’t even bother to answer the phone. Instead, they give you a link to the web chat which is never available! What’s going on?! #badcustomerservice #vodafone

@VodafoneUK I’m always doing this. The coverage isn’t the issue Harriet, it’s the fact your 4G data service is always having issues. I also have bad buffering issues at times when streaming online radio. Your 4G isn’t up to standard, it really is as simple as that

For gods sake @VodafoneUK get rid of the customer services line's hold music that features WHISTLING. It's EXCRUCIATINGLY PAINFUL to listen to on a phone speaker, especially for someone with a hearing disability.
