Reasons why @VodafoneUK is bottom of the @WhichUK list for customer service. 1) Most of their standard processes, proof of purchase, SIM swaps etc require customers to FILL IN FORMS full of information they already have, creating potential for error

@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

@EE the worst mobile phone company ever!!! When I last renewed my contract my add on included roaming. Needless to say it failed me and now they say I never had roaming as part of my contract but I can pay to have it now. My contract ends in a month. @VodafoneUK see you soon.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK all due respect that won’t help. Cable damage and you don’t have a contingency to reroute traffic like all the other providers who use said cable. Just need @SkyUK to confirm if their mobile network has issues as we can’t use any data at present.

@wmarybeard @VodafoneUK Firstly you will be entitled to compensation-won’t help you now I know but I ended up with nearly 1 free year from Plusnet for something similar. But you can attach your mobile to your laptop and run that from the phones 5G. Google it for instructions how

@wmarybeard @VodafoneUK Had a similar issue in a town just outside Cambridge. Had to bite the bullet and get a contract with a different provider (Virgin Media). Managed to get a refund & some compensation from Vodafone but was rage inducing nonetheless.

@EE I was stranded in Holland and my phone did not work despite having roaming as part of my contract. I managed to get online but you ignored me. Contract up in a few weeks despite being a loyal customer am going to @VodafoneUK Goodbye @EE
