    @VodafoneUK yet another price increase 2nd on the contract I’m on and yet I live just outside of Birmingham and still can’t get a proper signal when I’m at work just trying to make a call or use the internet is a no go awful customer service yet again

    @VodafoneUK And you’re cutting off the sure signal in less than 60 days, yet us in rural areas have to rely on these things to get any signal let alone mms messages which won’t even work after ?? @VodafoneUK

    @HJMovingFarAway @VodafoneUK My dad warned me about Vodafone before. But obviously I saw a deal. He wasn't joking about their customer services. Usually its been okay out of the 2 or 3 precious times I've contacted them. I've never had someone be awkward. She has to be new. Either new or lazy. Either all.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve spoken to 13 people to date to try and sort my complaint. I was assured I would have a full response and closure by Saturday. Surprise surprise nothing. You have caused a debt on my credit profile and refuse to sort it. I wouldn’t recommend you to anyone

    If you’ve been cold called by @VodafoneUK from their Rotherham call centre and purchased a tablet or watch, check your bills. They may have offered you a 24 month deal and you rightly think it ends at 24. It doesn’t. They take the money in perpetuity. Unless YOU cancel.

    @VodafoneUK Waste of time. Now with complaints department. Been waiting 9+ days for this phone. Botched up two attempts at upgrade. Spent about eight hours on phone trying to sort. There is a 3-y-o girl needing possible major surgery. Pathetic customer service.

    @VodafoneUK - last week submitted a pac code to vodaphone for 29/06 however I have changed my mind and want to cancel the request. However when calling up the team are unable to access the account because of a 4 digit 'pin' which I haven't set up so they can't access my account

    @TheFCA @financialombuds sorry to bother you but @VodafoneUK have over the last few months made a lot of errors including cancelling a contract and telling me I owe nothing I’m in a trust deed and they are now putting pressure on me to pay the whole ammount I suffer from
