At Star City in Birmingham, outside and can only get 3G. Come on @VodafoneUK , get your 4G network up to scratch before sorting out 5G (particularly as that roll out is slow).

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This doesn’t surprise me at all. My mother died in 2003 and trying to close her BT landline account was a nightmare. The person I spoke to kept saying “we need to speak to the customer”! Finally I went into the BT sales centre saw a charming lady and in 20 minutes I had finished.

@AhmedShelbaya @VodafoneUK I switched to Vodafone, from previous supplier, for my home broadband supply, plus landline phone, in November 2022. The broadband works ok, but Vodafone has failed to connect our landline properly. Phoned numerous times and told ‘it’s a porting issue’.

@VodafoneUK ….. what does a customer need to do to cancel a home broadband contract? Impossible to contact you by phone and your assistant TOBI puts you into a never ending queue. After trying to upgrade to fibre to fibre the service has been appalling so time to leave. Help!!

@TheBearBoo @VodafoneUK I sell mobile phones for another network who shall remain nameless, however the majority of my customers that port in from another network, are coming from Vodafone, the reasons given are usually because they have had a poor customer service experience.
