So @VodafoneUK ‘s 5G network will be coming to sister brand @VOXI_UK later this year! Fantastic!! Although I’m an iPhone guy and it doesn’t seem likely we will see a 5G iPhone until the 2nd half of 2020😔

@virginmedia My home WIFI is always quicker than when on mobile data. My wife’s @VodafoneUK network always receives first and quicker than your network.

@VodafoneUK 2 days without calls and data. Support first fobbed it off ‘a known technical issue’, which turned out to be a lie. Now spent over an hour with ‘technical’ support telling me how to reset network settings and wait 40 minutes for it to work (which it won’t!) 😡

@VodafoneUK had the worst ever customer service from any organisation in the last 24 hours. Have been told I cannot make a complaint as my husband is the account holder. Working in customer services and the financial industry I know that’s not true. I won’t be letting this go

So want the the new @SamsungMobile galaxy fold but @VodafoneUK are not even offering loyal customers anything as in way of discounts 20+years a customer and no budging at all have 7 contracts with then and not even a snifter of a good deal
