Told the guy what I wanted, if not I would nip upstairs to EE who could give me just that. No problem in fact I got more than I expected & saved a few quid in the process. I did not expect that. 👍😎

The Crux of the matter was a better deal was being offered to new customers than it was to her wanting to upgrade after 10 years of loyalty. Once they have you have you as a customer.
