Although, as we know these days there is little given to brand loyalty. I was expecting them to tell me to do one as I told them what I wanted rather than accepting what they wanted. Yep surprised.

Told the guy what I wanted, if not I would nip upstairs to EE who could give me just that. No problem in fact I got more than I expected & saved a few quid in the process. I did not expect that. 👍😎
