Usually its been okay out of the 2 or 3 precious times I've contacted them. I've never had someone be awkward. She has to be new. Either new or lazy. Either all.

    Just want to say how shocking @VodafoneUK is I ordered a new phone on the 9th Jan there would be a delay of up to 2 weeks which was fine now still waiting been told will definitely be here next week 18 years with them shocking customer service false advertising on website #lies

    @VodafoneUK he's on the phone with ya now, his issue will probably be resolved. But he sent me a video of how the website behaved, your check-out coding has gotten a hitch of some kind, sent him into an unresolvable loop. Get a tech on it and it will prob be fine. Cheers.
