At Star City in Birmingham, outside and can only get 3G. Come on @VodafoneUK , get your 4G network up to scratch before sorting out 5G (particularly as that roll out is slow).

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This doesn’t surprise me at all. My mother died in 2003 and trying to close her BT landline account was a nightmare. The person I spoke to kept saying “we need to speak to the customer”! Finally I went into the BT sales centre saw a charming lady and in 20 minutes I had finished.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK you send a text message to indicate interest on FULL FIBRE IS COMING but your form doesn't work. Why doesn't it allow for addresses to be searched or at least manually entered. Hence no one can submit the form as address is a compulsory field.
