No problem in fact I got more than I expected & saved a few quid in the process. I did not expect that. 👍😎

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This doesn’t surprise me at all. My mother died in 2003 and trying to close her BT landline account was a nightmare. The person I spoke to kept saying “we need to speak to the customer”! Finally I went into the BT sales centre saw a charming lady and in 20 minutes I had finished.

I was expecting them to tell me to do one as I told them what I wanted rather than accepting what they wanted. Yep surprised.
