At Star City in Birmingham, outside and can only get 3G. Come on @VodafoneUK , get your 4G network up to scratch before sorting out 5G (particularly as that roll out is slow).

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK This doesn’t surprise me at all. My mother died in 2003 and trying to close her BT landline account was a nightmare. The person I spoke to kept saying “we need to speak to the customer”! Finally I went into the BT sales centre saw a charming lady and in 20 minutes I had finished.

@VodafoneUK all myself, husband an 3 kids on voda, I'm in hospital for 3-5 days, do you do any deals or free same network calls for loyal customers like say 02 do (or did when I was with them for over 15 years? Just don't want my phone to run dry after a few days? Thank you x

@VodafoneUK Hi Tim basically I’ve been having problems with my iPhone XR for a while now, if I’m not connected to WiFi I cannot use my phone for internet or apps, it says I have full signal but just Does not work, I have to connect to and from airplane mode to make it work - 1/2

@VodafoneUK I just spoke to your live help who confirmed the phone was sent via royal mail so why are you living to customers? This is a joke as I can't track the package and when I phoned royal mail, they said nothing is in the system, despite giving them the tracking number provided
