@HJMovingFarAway @VodafoneUK My dad warned me about Vodafone before. But obviously I saw a deal. He wasn't joking about their customer services. Usually its been okay out of the 2 or 3 precious times I've contacted them. I've never had someone be awkward. She has to be new. Either new or lazy. Either all.

@VodafoneUK yet another price increase 2nd on the contract I’m on and yet I live just outside of Birmingham and still can’t get a proper signal when I’m at work just trying to make a call or use the internet is a no go awful customer service yet again

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I apparently owe £6 - and have done for about 15 years. When I try to call them they tell me they can’t help as I don’t have an account. And so it sits on my credit score. Plus when my father died we had very similar issues with Vodafone, and others. Absolutely appalling.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Greetings from Germany. Their behaviour here is very similar. A tennant (PoC) in the house I live in paid for his internet for six months without ever being connected. They gave him all the **** they had until I learned of it and commented here. Two days later the problem solved.
