    @VodafoneUK 2 days without calls and data. Support first fobbed it off ‘a known technical issue’, which turned out to be a lie. Now spent over an hour with ‘technical’ support telling me how to reset network settings and wait 40 minutes for it to work (which it won’t!) 😡

    @VodafoneUK A wonderful lady called Yasmin helped me yesterday. She is a credit to your company. Sadly the only person who helped and resolved the issue. You have lost my custom however

    So @VodafoneUK ‘s 5G network will be coming to sister brand @VOXI_UK later this year! Fantastic!! Although I’m an iPhone guy and it doesn’t seem likely we will see a 5G iPhone until the 2nd half of 2020😔

    @virginmedia My home WIFI is always quicker than when on mobile data. My wife’s @VodafoneUK network always receives first and quicker than your network.

    @markwilsonit @VodafoneUK That’s a problem I’ve had on mobile lines also. My wife gave permission but they ignore it. Bye bye Vodafone. Rather annoying

    @VodafoneUK had the worst ever customer service from any organisation in the last 24 hours. Have been told I cannot make a complaint as my husband is the account holder. Working in customer services and the financial industry I know that’s not true. I won’t be letting this go

    @VodafoneUK - home broadband down over 36 hours, report went in over 24 hours ago and no communication on an eta. I have stayed in all day waiting on a call I was promised. This is crap 'service'!!!!!!

    @VodafoneUK The sim is for a relative coming over from Spain for a few weeks. I feel I was missold this package. Was told I needed a contract. Never had to do that before.

    @ThreeUK Collin actually laughing like a child down the phone! Extremely unprofessional!!! Shocking service!!! £28 a month for a sim only! I pay £17.80 with @VodafoneUK handset included!! Unlimited text, calls 4g of Data!

    @VodafoneUK We were supposed to be connected to home broadband which we are still paying for as it’s just a house move there is a problem and nobody is taking ownership or helping as long as you get your money customer service doesn’t matter

    You know what’s brilliant? When @VodafoneUK win a #UKgovernment contract with @CityFibre to install 910mb internet. And then 48 hours AFTER I was supposed to have it installed IT ISN’T. My business is now being affected by this poor customer service

    @VodafoneUK How can speeds drop at the same time each day (during peak hours) if either a) my throughput is being throttled or b) you are doing something on the network and are load balancing capacity. There is no other explanation for the same issue to be occurring at same time.

    @PeteW36 @VodafoneUK Well I am on gigafast. Always get 900/900 until Monday night. Me and many others in the area have been getting 10mb down but still good upload. 3 nights on the bounce now. Don't bother with customer services they ask us to do a load of useless troubleshooting

    @O2 hi do you now support cellular apple watches? I moved from you to @VodafoneUK because at the time you didnt and they did. You were so good at Customer service they are incompetent. I currently have a complaint and they keep lying to me. I will move back if you do.
