    Could everyone have a look at this exchange between @VodafoneUK and my wife. The Crux of the matter was a better deal was being offered to new customers than it was to her wanting to upgrade after 10 years of loyalty. Once they have you have you as a customer. They stop caring.

    @VodafoneUK just had a call to try and keep me as a customer as your monthly contracts are so expensive only for your amazing reception to cut out so your advisor cut me off anyone would think I’m out on an island somewhere but I’m 5 miles outside Birmingham laughable

    @VodafoneUK Hi Becca. To upgrade it will cost me approx £240, plus another upfront cost for the handset and £97 pm for the contract itself. Personally I think £97 is ridiculous, especially when I’ve been a customer for many years. I’m happy to wait it out & leave come the summer. Cheers.

    Another 54 mins today , 11 days in @VodafoneUK still no action for a simple sim switch! Its embarrassing @VodafoneGroup you even DM us to arrange a call back !! Nothing. You never keep your promises @BBCWatchdog @theJeremyVine

    Hi @VodafoneUK I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and I’m really disappointed with how my recent insurance claim has been handled. I know you prob can’t/ won’t intervene but I wanted to find a way to register my disappointment and I can’t think of another way!

    Utter shambles by @VodafoneUK yet again. Picked up my order from store Saturday, no service at all to be told the order was cancelled because I didn’t pick up the device in time, but here I am with the device at home. Your tech team haven’t a clue what they’re doing either 🥵

    @VodafoneUK day 1 of your “super fast” broadband & I’m already regretting it. Min guaranteed speed is 40mb/s- we’re getting 13mb/s & internet constantly dropping out. Spoke to a customer advisor earlier who was rude. Now back in the long queue to speak with someone else. Help. 😢

    @VodafoneUK placed a order online to collect In store (the fort Birmingham) has a email saying the order was ready to pick up, travelled to the store and they said the systems down and don’t know when it’ll be back up (already been down for a week) so I can’t collect the phone.

    @VodafoneUK day 32 of no service. Vodafone are sorry (again). DD still taken. Many false promises of activation dates. Have been dealing with “Directors Complaints Team”. The highest office in Broadband land and still nothing. Broadband providers who can’t provide broadband!

    @jpc016 @VodafoneUK Exact same happens to me. Nothing works, emails they send have dodgy code, call backs they say will happen don't. Ticket numbers they say they'll open and they won't. Shocking service. I've been on below 2Mbps for 2 weeks now and spoken to them almost every day with no resolve

    @VodafoneUK I’m having full fibre fitted , the engineer is here at my home. He is saying I should have a new router or as a minimum an Ethernet cable ? I have received neither & am very disappointed with your service . No one is answering on your live chat !!!

    @VodafoneUK I have no signal. Yr network status checker shows nothing. TOBI is useless & can’t help. Then I used Wi-Fi to ring cust service who tell me there is mast maintenance going on all day. Why no info 4 customers & why have I had to waste so much time finding out? V cross!

    @VodafoneUK I seem to have a bar on my roaming so I can't use my phone in the USA. I can't change this because everytime it keeps asking me to confirm through a text message (which I can't receive) and my app doesn't let me access it. Can you help me out?

    @CorporatebsG @VodafoneUK 30mpbs is the fastest home fibre connection you can generally get in the UK. Sky call it super fibre. And despite promises it can go higher - nobody ever goes or gets anything higher. To their credit it is reliable. Never drops below. But never goes higher either. UK for you.
