With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

In 12 months my iPhone 8 is probably ready for replacement and you get me on another 2 year contract. Short-sighted at the best of times

Woke this morning to have an email saying ‘sorry, out if stock’ even though i was assured it would be here on the day of release. Poor management. Also, blaming Apple is ridiculous when other providers haven’t had the same issue.

I called up on monday (whilst waiting for my order) as the link i was sent to ‘upgrade now’ let me go all the way through to payment and never once mentioned out of stock or a delay. You may have changed that now but that was always the case!

After 6 weeks they book for 31st May. I get an email 30 May to confirm. I get a call from Call centre in India to say it will be 10 June. I cancelled .
