    Could everyone have a look at this exchange between @VodafoneUK and my wife. The Crux of the matter was a better deal was being offered to new customers than it was to her wanting to upgrade after 10 years of loyalty. Once they have you have you as a customer. They stop caring.

    @VodafoneUK day 1 of your “super fast” broadband & I’m already regretting it. Min guaranteed speed is 40mb/s- we’re getting 13mb/s & internet constantly dropping out. Spoke to a customer advisor earlier who was rude. Now back in the long queue to speak with someone else. Help. 😢

    @VodafoneUK placed a order online to collect In store (the fort Birmingham) has a email saying the order was ready to pick up, travelled to the store and they said the systems down and don’t know when it’ll be back up (already been down for a week) so I can’t collect the phone.

    Utter shambles by @VodafoneUK yet again. Picked up my order from store Saturday, no service at all to be told the order was cancelled because I didn’t pick up the device in time, but here I am with the device at home. Your tech team haven’t a clue what they’re doing either 🥵

    @VodafoneUK just had a call to try and keep me as a customer as your monthly contracts are so expensive only for your amazing reception to cut out so your advisor cut me off anyone would think I’m out on an island somewhere but I’m 5 miles outside Birmingham laughable

    @VodafoneUK Hi Becca. To upgrade it will cost me approx £240, plus another upfront cost for the handset and £97 pm for the contract itself. Personally I think £97 is ridiculous, especially when I’ve been a customer for many years. I’m happy to wait it out & leave come the summer. Cheers.

    @VodafoneUK Been there done that! You cannot even tell me when I'm going to get my upgrade! Don't worry it's only 1300 pounds with of business! I've spoken to chat bot for hours and end up getting cut off. Your customer service is beyond a joke and I'd advise anyone to steer clear!

    @VodafoneUk nightmare service from Vodafone. Broadband terrible since Nov. Contacted them multiple times. Issue not resolved. Tonight, a txt saying they've monitoed broadband and everything is as expected. Nonsense. We can't get in touch to reiterate that our broadband is awful

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom @Ofcom please see this, despite a lengthy discussion with Vodaphone, I am still 10 pounds down and they will not give me a pay as you go deal I was told it would be and purchased in good faith. Can you reply please, I would like to complain to you now.
