@HJMovingFarAway @VodafoneUK My dad warned me about Vodafone before. But obviously I saw a deal. He wasn't joking about their customer services. Usually its been okay out of the 2 or 3 precious times I've contacted them. I've never had someone be awkward. She has to be new. Either new or lazy. Either all.

@VodafoneUK Bought Samsung galaxy tab 6a on contract around 3 years ago. Came with a sim but never used it. contract now cancelled. Do you know if the device is likely to be locked? If so can I get NUC code? Website suggests it would have needed to be used for at least 30 days.

Just looked into my credit score properly, I'm so mad. @VodafoneUK left my settled mobile contract account open for SEVEN YEARS after my YEAR LONG contract was finished. Oh, and they also never refunded me the £61 they kept taking out of my account after canceling my contract..
