    @VodafoneUK had the worst ever customer service from any organisation in the last 24 hours. Have been told I cannot make a complaint as my husband is the account holder. Working in customer services and the financial industry I know that’s not true. I won’t be letting this go

    @VodafoneUK hi, I am having problems accessing My account, I can log in but that’s all. Can’t view anything. Tried the email button, saying my number isn’t Vodafone. Yet you have billed me and taken money.

    @VodafoneUK The sim is for a relative coming over from Spain for a few weeks. I feel I was missold this package. Was told I needed a contract. Never had to do that before.

    @ThreeUK Collin actually laughing like a child down the phone! Extremely unprofessional!!! Shocking service!!! £28 a month for a sim only! I pay £17.80 with @VodafoneUK handset included!! Unlimited text, calls 4g of Data!

    @VodafoneUK 2 days without calls and data. Support first fobbed it off ‘a known technical issue’, which turned out to be a lie. Now spent over an hour with ‘technical’ support telling me how to reset network settings and wait 40 minutes for it to work (which it won’t!) 😡

    So @VodafoneUK ‘s 5G network will be coming to sister brand @VOXI_UK later this year! Fantastic!! Although I’m an iPhone guy and it doesn’t seem likely we will see a 5G iPhone until the 2nd half of 2020😔

    @virginmedia My home WIFI is always quicker than when on mobile data. My wife’s @VodafoneUK network always receives first and quicker than your network.

    @VodafoneUK never received such #terriblecustomerservice still not sorted our broadband out that we are currently paying for!! Passed from 4 different people at both helpline AND shop, been promised 2 call backs which haven’t happened wish I’d stayed with #EE. #avoid #vodaphone

    @VodafoneUK Thankyou to mamood for giving us the full names of both manage and Mohammed in customer service who have not dealt with our issue and not calling back to resolve when promised we now have their details for the small claims court for the work we have lost

    @VodafoneUK I’ve already told people I’m not happy with how much my bill is, but only ever get phone calls about ways to get me to spend more money never deals or savings. guy told me I keep going over my data allowance, and this would be better. I’ve only gone over once in the last 6 months

    @VodafoneUK We were supposed to be connected to home broadband which we are still paying for as it’s just a house move there is a problem and nobody is taking ownership or helping as long as you get your money customer service doesn’t matter

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Sadly they are just a bad in Ireland. Very similar story except it was my own phone and I was locked out after password mixup. Six months later and without service a debt collection agency and still no help available. Never again.

So many calls."Need a FAX to cancel duplicate" Where from?"Any Vodafone store". 5 stores refused. 1 finally faxed it,VF lost fax."Send it again".Done,VF then cancelled ORIGINAL line. Wanted fee to reset it up...in 21 DAYS

    @RutilusAstrum @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had the same with Tesco mobile when my wife passed away. They wanted to speak to her to confirm she had passed away. I politely suggested this could be a problem, which could easily be solved by my sending them a copy of the death certificate. Luckily they agreed.

    @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot I had a mobile contract with you once. You are by far THE worst company for customer service. You shouldn’t even be in business. I’d recommend any one of your victims switch to @tescomobile like I did. Vodafone, joke of a company.
