@VodafoneUK - home broadband down over 36 hours, report went in over 24 hours ago and no communication on an eta. I have stayed in all day waiting on a call I was promised. This is crap 'service'!!!!!!

  • AtheneSecure
Athene Secure (@AtheneSecure) reported from West Bromwich, England

@VodafoneUK broadband down AGAIN for the THIRD time in less than three weeks. Truly appalling 'service' - I wish I hadn't moved from the reliable service I used before with @Plusnet

  • RayMairead
Mairead 🇬🇧 (@RayMairead) reported from Birmingham, England

@VodafoneUK all myself, husband an 3 kids on voda, I'm in hospital for 3-5 days, do you do any deals or free same network calls for loyal customers like say 02 do (or did when I was with them for over 15 years? Just don't want my phone to run dry after a few days? Thank you x

  • Phil_dodd
Phil Dodd (@Phil_dodd) reported from Walsall Wood, England

Could everyone have a look at this exchange between @VodafoneUK and my wife. The Crux of the matter was a better deal was being offered to new customers than it was to her wanting to upgrade after 10 years of loyalty. Once they have you have you as a customer. They stop caring.

  • all_day_
Mathew (@all_day_) reported from Birmingham, England

Hey @VodafoneUK any update? Your lack of response doesn’t support the increase tbh! Ignorance isn’t bliss despite what some may say.

  • gretna02
Michelle Webb (@gretna02) reported from Aldridge, England

After 40 minutes on hold through to Jane then disconnected AGAIN. Into my 3rd hour now - WTH is going on?!?! Seriously, cancel my 4 contracts right now!!!! @VodafoneUK #vodafone

  • AlisonMaxam
Alison Maxam (@AlisonMaxam) reported from Walsall Wood, England

@VodafoneUK Can you supply a postal address so my 90 year-old step father can write to inform you of his change of address. He doesn’t have access to the internet so can’t do it online. Your website is no help.

  • MissDFreeman
Demi-leigh Freeman (@MissDFreeman) reported from Dudley, England

@HJMovingFarAway @VodafoneUK All I wanna know is if I can get a cheaper 4g deal or if I can have 5g speed for the same price !! If not I'll cancel it that's all!

  • rickfr01
Rik Freeman Photographer (@rickfr01) reported from Dudley, England

@HJMovingFarAway @CostaCoffee @VodafoneUK I have never had an issue with them. Even on calls always had UK based. Although, as we know these days there is little given to brand loyalty. I was expecting them to tell me to do one as I told them what I wanted rather than accepting what they wanted. Yep surprised.

  • s_badruddin
B' (@s_badruddin) reported from Birmingham, England

Even vodaphone customer service is shite! ‘Look into right away’ ermm I’ve been waiting almost a full day for your response! @VodafoneUK

  • ChrisSammons_

  • Markpowner2
Mark powner (@Markpowner2) reported from Brewood, England

@VodafoneUK And you’re cutting off the sure signal in less than 60 days, yet us in rural areas have to rely on these things to get any signal let alone mms messages which won’t even work after ?? @VodafoneUK

  • Saq5000
Saqib (@Saq5000) reported from West Bromwich, England

@jadesharp1992 @Courtneysteve98 @VodafoneUK My network three were offering me one and I would have received it the next day but I went out and bought one Sim free as I don’t like paying high monthly outgoings as I decided that this would be the year that I would say goodbye to 2 year contracts

  • hzlrbbt
normal chris (@hzlrbbt) reported from Birmingham, England

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK If you expect poor service from Virgin Media you will not be disappointed.

  • Paul1971EFC
    Paul1971EFC (@Paul1971EFC) reported

@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Had a similar issue with them with my broadband, they cancelled it because they couldn’t achieve there stated speed and then the account stayed on my credit report for years afterwards, despite me contacting them to remove it

  • jan6474
    Jan (@jan6474) reported

@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK The same here, absolutely shocking service and lack of care.

  • ianjeffray
    Ian (@ianjeffray) reported

I'd like to know whose fault it is, either @VodafoneUK or @Apple but there's (still!) no 5G coverage along the whole east end of the A71/Livingston, and I have to MANUALLY change the phone to use 4G. Why can't it just revert to 4G rather than "5G Auto" just going to Edge? Poor.

  • RandallFlaggDT
    Randall Flagg (@RandallFlaggDT) reported

@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Did the same to me, lodge an official complaint with Vodafone. Specialist Care Manager, Vodafone Limited, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 2FN. Ask for a complaint reference number and keep records of all contact. Then write to all three credit agencies outlining the details and reference the complaint number. They really are shady bastards.

  • MrSidShah
    Sid Shah (@MrSidShah) reported

Customer acquisition, digital onboarding & operations must be designed as one journey. My @VodafoneUK eSIM order was completed, but activation details never arrived. After 24+ hours and repeated support promises - I cancelled. The funnel does not end at payment. It ends when the customer can use the product. #CustomerExperience #digitaltransformation #esim

  • PaulRic71632112
    Paul (@PaulRic71632112) reported

@VodafoneUK I thought in this day and age you were supposed to give me notice of any increase in price. I had my new bill today and it has gone up. I wasn't aware of any in reasonable due. Also it has never happened at this time of the year.

  • FairChaseStella
    Stella's Anorak (@FairChaseStella) reported

Hey @VodafoneUK, why are your networks aggressively throttling/dropping UDP packets today? Can't even maintain a basic secure connection without the network completely freezing and flatlining. Fix your routing tables or local mast congestion. Sick of paying for bricked connection

  • rosscouch9
    ross couch (@rosscouch9) reported

@Ofcom how do I go about making a complaint about @VodafoneUK been charging me 6 months for a service they never activated now after 4 attempts and 4 hours later won’t do an e sim swap on a contract but still want to charge me for a service i can’t get

  • xtinexoop
    Xtine 🌑 (@xtinexoop) reported

@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK 18 months to find a buyer for mums flat so we paying DOUBLE council tax (£400), standing charges for utilities and £270 a month service charge as her flat is sheltered complex - so £700ish a month for an empty flat with no services being used! Hopefully we'll complete soon.
