  Could everyone have a look at this exchange between @VodafoneUK and my wife. The Crux of the matter was a better deal was being offered to new customers than it was to her wanting to upgrade after 10 years of loyalty. Once they have you have you as a customer. They stop caring.

  @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.
