    @VodafoneUK absolutely abysmal customer service again! Yesterday i order a new Apple Watch, and today my WiFi calling turns off and can’t be switched back on until I sync with my new watch! Which i have no idea when will arrive, so basicallyi can’t use a phone I pay £60 pm for👍🏻

    @VodafoneUK (3) ...team and they were very rude, and said that I should have noticed this within 14 days of purchasing it. So, am I right in thinking there is no way to make my Gigacube work for online gaming (by changing the NAT type) and that this has been mis-sold this?

    @alsuser @Tacos2sc @VodafoneUK For a website like down detector to have over 200 reports in the last 2 hours - you can expect the number of people suffering an outage to be 1,000s of times more than that. How many know the website, how many would report, I haven't reported the problem, so to get 200 is a LOT.

    @VodafoneUK your support live chat service is ****. Was in q for an hour, started at #27, down to #0, back to #1 then cut off. Useless. Anyway, was trying to report that your home fibre service in our area is currently offline. Please get engineers on the case to fix it.

    @VodafoneUK It is home broadband, it has been down since 8pm. I have gone through the steps on your website, there is nothing wrong with my cables, my filter, my socket. Just no internet. I ask again, are you saying that Vodafone is NOT currently facing any outages?
