@VodafoneUK absolutely abysmal customer service again! Yesterday i order a new Apple Watch, and today my WiFi calling turns off and can’t be switched back on until I sync with my new watch! Which i have no idea when will arrive, so basicallyi can’t use a phone I pay £60 pm for👍🏻

Just on call to @VodafoneUK about a charge to my account - £17.61 monthly for 24 months - for a device I never received and have never used. They’re claiming I’m ‘still in commitment’ for it though, so no refund. Check your accounts, people! Fraudsters.

@virginmedia Sure. @VodafoneUK has a 24-m plan I bought last year. It has features I don’t use and costs 2x vs any current plan advertised. It’d cost £400+ to switch plans. No one can fix the app not working. Website can’t load details. And a 1-time extra data buy became a reoccurring fee

@VodafoneUK is pants as a business provider; 2hrs yesterday to upgrade one phone on the account only for them to upgrade a completely different number, and the only way to change it is to delete and send phone back and start again. Madness. Awful.
