@VodafoneUK got to be the worst customer service EVER. trying to enact legal power of attorney. Made my mother take documents into store. Then made me take them in only to be told need to EMAIL them and will take 40 DAYS to sort. #badcustomerservice

@VodafoneUK Be great if you could sort out the fault with your system over 24hrs without service.......4 phonecalls and 2 extremely rude call handlers later and still no further to resolving the issue!!! Terrible customer service!!!

@VodafoneUK has lost a loyal costoner every month. Since January nothing but crap off them whats the difficulty in letting a costomer pay a phone bill i never know im sick of it theres only so much a person cam take i until you got to just except that vodafone will never provide

@VodafoneUK absolutely abysmal customer service again! Yesterday i order a new Apple Watch, and today my WiFi calling turns off and can’t be switched back on until I sync with my new watch! Which i have no idea when will arrive, so basicallyi can’t use a phone I pay £60 pm for👍🏻

@VodafoneUK price hike for a service which is throttled in the evenings and doesn't even work, are you going to compensate people for your dire network, didn't think so. Quick enough to grab the money. Thankfully BT coming my area soon, they don't throttle a fibre connections
