@VodafoneUK So this is just a waste of time then... Do you just respond to everybody requesting a DM to tick a box and then wash your hands of the problem?? Still waiting for a response.... @VodafoneUK

  • chris_gwill1983 Chris Gillam (@chris_gwill1983) reported from Clevedon, England

@VodafoneUK (3) ...team and they were very rude, and said that I should have noticed this within 14 days of purchasing it. So, am I right in thinking there is no way to make my Gigacube work for online gaming (by changing the NAT type) and that this has been mis-sold this?

  • Charlie_Salter Charlie Salter (@Charlie_Salter) reported from Bristol, England

@VodafoneUK (1) Hello. I am paying a lot for a 5G Gigacube as the broadband in my area is poor and I want fast internet. I have just discovered that the Gigacube has a strict NAT type (D) that cannot be changed. This means I cannot play online games on my Nintendo Switch or...

  • VictoriaBS8 The Victoria (@VictoriaBS8) reported from Bristol, England

@VodafoneUK Awful, AWFUL customer service. What could have been sorted in less than 5 mins of phone conversation just took me almost an hour of multiple web pages and a painfully slow text conversation. Not good enough! Time is precious!

  • Leighla11117156 Leigh lawrence (@Leighla11117156) reported from Newport, Wales

@HeyItsRyan8 @VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 but the ones who decided in advance are all good? you're just jumping on a bandwagon and demonstrating your own cancel culture. embarrassing. muted.

  • VictoriaBS8 The Victoria (@VictoriaBS8) reported from Bristol, England

@VodafoneUK Live chat is cumbersome, slow & difficult to use. Why is there not the option to speak verbally with a @VodafoneUK customer services representative?

  • Charlie_Salter Charlie Salter (@Charlie_Salter) reported from Bristol, England

@VodafoneUK (2) ...any game that needs you to host your own server. I purchased the Gigacube and signed up as I was promised it was super fast and great for online gaming. Yet apparently it is not compatible with some games and games consoles. I have spoken to your support...

  • Unify_BP Unify BP (@Unify_BP) reported from Cwmbran Central, Wales

  • starr3126 Gareth Starr (@starr3126) reported from Weston-super-Mare, England

@VodafoneUK But will that make any difference Al 🤔 Found it extremely frustrating. Is it too much to ask to upgrade your phone and get a good price as a loyal customer it seems so.........

  • RyanMcAleerbiz Ryan McAleer (@RyanMcAleerbiz) reported

@grea1306 @VodafoneUK A few issues aside, I can't really fault their fibre broadband in terms of value and reliability. Although, their router has been a bit of a pain for me in splitting 5GHz and 2.5GHZ signals (which is needed these days for smart devices etc). Could never get it to work right.
