    @VodafoneUK I’ve already wasted a load of time with unhelpful online chats who always end up telling me there’s nothing they can do. Can never get through in the phone. It’s pretty bad, too stressful, and very frustrating. Every time.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, no it hasn’t resolved it. My issue was the router Keeps loosing power rest of the time no issues, router gets very warm and then turns off have to unplug and wait then plug in again for it to work.

    @VodafoneUK My sky broadband contract is up on the 18th Jan was considering your FTTP service. If I did take your service would it be activated on the same day as I was disconnected from the Sky service.

    @rebecca_ryder21 @VodafoneUK I've never had any issues with the Samsung flagships (S series) My mum has a J model and has had loads. Unfortunately they put all their cash into the big ones. I had 7 blackberries in as many months 10y ago. THAT'S bother.

    I was an advocate 4 @VodafoneUK #vodafone but this past 10 days (and still unable 2 speak to someone). I think thats #disgusting They told me they’d call me but never did. Now Ill b cut off because after 10 days I cannot speak to anyone. At least I got evidence of efforts

    @VodafoneUK Hi. I did get a fresh code through the app. And tried three other branches of w h smiths. None have stock. And the three said they had no stock for the offer. This was not well thought out. Missed out on the offer. The rude store that was code wasting for fun was leeds city centr

    Hi @VodafoneUK I’m currently abroad and received a text saying I’ve ran out of data. I’ve only been abroad for 24 hours and never run out of data so I don’t think that’s correct. However I cannot access the Vodafone website (it won’t load) and the same goes for the app, help pls?

    @VodafoneUK Credit where credit is due. After yesterdays horrendous experience of going round in circles, trying to resolve an issue, the lady I spoke to today more than made up for that! Didn’t get her name, but she deserves a ‘pat on the back’!
