I’m not sure if you’ve tried to deal with @VodafoneUK’s voice-controlled menu service. If you haven’t, then imagine what it must be like to pass through Dante’s circles of torment on the way to hell. Eventually though, the AI took pity on my cries and put me through to a human.

Exasperated, but not wanting to be the person who slates a company online just for lols (yes, I know I’m now that person) I dm’d the @VodafoneUK account. The following day someone got in touch. They asked about the problem, I explained everything. THEY TRIED THE SAME THING AGAIN.
