    @VodafoneUK Kelly, thanks for the reply, just wish it was true. So they have reappeared on your website, as soon as the discount offer ended and nope, the offer did not come back. Very disappointing Vodafone, not something I hear that friends on other networks ever have an issue with.

    Just had a great conversation with @VodafoneUK customer services. Just renewed 2 of my devices on unlimited sim only and taken out an additional unlimited sim only all with a token discount! Happy days 😀

    @VodafoneUK this week I have experienced the worst customer service ever in my life. I’ve taken 4 days of work to wait for an engineer. 2 failed visits, no communicant. On hold for about 12 hours in total. Nobody knows what systems you have. #shocking #disgrace

    @SocialTechHD @VodafoneUK No idea, I got annoyed & stopped reading their nonsense tweets. I don't have broadband unfortunately. It initially started with my streaming services and I had to keep switching to lower data connections. Then Twitter started up & I realised others were having issues here too.

    @Sindi_Berry @VodafoneUK As do most people, unless they start investigating. Communication by @VodafoneUK has been dreadful. Just reacting to complaints with a standardised response, instead of proactively putting out a general communication as soon as they were aware of the problem
