    Just had a great conversation with @VodafoneUK customer services. Just renewed 2 of my devices on unlimited sim only and taken out an additional unlimited sim only all with a token discount! Happy days 😀

    Just got a text from @VodafoneUK to say in line with “inflation” my contract will be going up 2.5% ... again You would think they would just freeze increases in the midst of a global pandemic where communication is more vital than ever. You just lost a future customer.

    @VodafoneUK Kelly, thanks for the reply, just wish it was true. So they have reappeared on your website, as soon as the discount offer ended and nope, the offer did not come back. Very disappointing Vodafone, not something I hear that friends on other networks ever have an issue with.

    @g0lfp @VodafoneUK In their defence they did include their phone number, which goes through to their “automated assistant” that fails to understand you. That’s ok, I pay for Prime Contact… but they’re never there. No problem, I’ll just email… oh wait.

    @VodafoneUK @discoveryplusUK Trying to order broadband from your site but it keeps telling me to check my personal details. I've checked them a hundred times. Maybe highlight where the error is and say what the issue is rather than this cryptic message stupidity. Guess I'll just take my cash else where.
