    I decided to change from o2 to @VodafoneUK . So far I am not impressed with the customer service. Phones we ordered are on back order , that’s a week ago. Can’t get anyone on the line to track my order and as for finding out on line. You have to have a Vodafone number!

    @VodafoneUK I know that. The issue is that I’m not using my phone any differently to how I normally would and the data is just constantly dropping. I used to have at least 3-4gb left toward the end of the month and now I’m lucky if my 16gb lasts at all.

    @think_brew @AppleSupport You say this, but Calls failing miserably mid call with call failure is also a continual issue on @EE in my area, isn’t an Apple problem and doesn’t happen - for example on same device with @VodafoneUK so it might not actually be an Apple thing if your network has issues.

    Disgusted with @VodafoneUK and their cust service. Been very patient waiting an extra week for both my contract phones to arrive but offered only £15 compensation for the stress of this and 8 hours of phone calls and 2 unpaid shifts off work... not even a joke, that's offensive!
