    @VodafoneUK I know that. The issue is that I’m not using my phone any differently to how I normally would and the data is just constantly dropping. I used to have at least 3-4gb left toward the end of the month and now I’m lucky if my 16gb lasts at all.

    @jcampbell_05 @VodafoneUK For some reason I just went ‘yeah sure midnight green’ because it was the first option but holy shit I don’t care I just want my upgrade. But Vodafone sort of weirdly assumes you won’t be open to Any Other Option.

    Here’s where the intelligence of technology falls down. I suspect the phone is in stock but not in the colour I arbitrarily ordered. They’ve not said ‘hey, if you ask for the space whatever, we can give you that!’ so I’m just left wondering...@VodafoneUK

    Just had a great conversation with @VodafoneUK customer services. Just renewed 2 of my devices on unlimited sim only and taken out an additional unlimited sim only all with a token discount! Happy days 😀

    @VodafoneUK Shocking online customer service. Clearly said I wanted to cancel SIM only deal and both agents said you need to send the handset back in a pre-paid envelope. Thank goodness your telephone agent redeemed the situation.

    @VodafoneUK Kelly, thanks for the reply, just wish it was true. So they have reappeared on your website, as soon as the discount offer ended and nope, the offer did not come back. Very disappointing Vodafone, not something I hear that friends on other networks ever have an issue with.

    I decided to change from o2 to @VodafoneUK . So far I am not impressed with the customer service. Phones we ordered are on back order , that’s a week ago. Can’t get anyone on the line to track my order and as for finding out on line. You have to have a Vodafone number!

    @VodafoneUK 3 different versions of how much my last bill will be and when my bill will actually be generated. It is extremely frustrating and my escalation requests were ignored. All I need is an answer as to when my final bill will be produced. I've never had billing issues until now.

    @VodafoneUK I bought a mobile dongle and a separate sim; topped up but can’t use data - phoned, spoke to someone they hung up, phoned a few mins later - service was closed - chat bot no use as it thinks I want a refund - any chance of some customer service

    Shocked at how terrible the @VodafoneUK broadband product is, we are up to 2 boosters and upgraded to Superfast Pro and still can't watch a full programme downloading to SkyQ or drops upto 10x on laptop. Cust care is great but doesn't rectify #pleasereleaseme #misery
