I decided to change from o2 to @VodafoneUK . So far I am not impressed with the customer service. Phones we ordered are on back order , that’s a week ago. Can’t get anyone on the line to track my order and as for finding out on line. You have to have a Vodafone number!

They did actually cancel it after 2.5hrs... & 2 attempts to sell me other Vodafone products I didn’t want or need - really poor customer service - your telephony team were amazingly, worse Counting the days until the end of @vodafoneUk contract & telling anyone who will listen!

@VodafoneUK I know that. The issue is that I’m not using my phone any differently to how I normally would and the data is just constantly dropping. I used to have at least 3-4gb left toward the end of the month and now I’m lucky if my 16gb lasts at all.

@_MiddleAgedGay_ @O2 @Ofcom I will never ever go to @O2 had a contract for a year with them and found the customer service horrendous terminated my contract and went back to @VodafoneUK, which are slightly more expensive but have great service for many years now. Hope you get it sorted soon

@technogogo @VodafoneUK @martiboyz Same here. I have independent DNS too. So this is a physical DoS or a blacklist for iCloud’s IPs. It also blocks any privacy setting. Try looking at iCloud devices registered with iOS and you’ll see it never finds them. Been on to VF for 2 hours giving them info. Still no joy.

@technogogo @VodafoneUK I reset my whole system completely, router, modem and all my switches. Seems to have done the trick for me. My router said it was connected to FTTP all day but was not getting network connection or some cloud services.

@VodafoneUK My F.I.L was still experiencing a problem. In trying to troubleshoot he had turned off his WiFi with the side button. It required a long press to turn back on! Perhaps some messaging on basic steps to check might have assisted your customers today.

@VodafoneUK Wi-Fi continued to work through the outage except apple services unable to connect (FaceTime, iMessage, iCloud etc) and still not working. Working fine on mobile data and other broadband providers Wi-Fi in the area so clearly related to this. Have you found a fix for this yet?
