Bit unhappy with @VodafoneUK First I get new phone they cancel contact charge me full amount for phone then blacklist my credit history.Eventually sorted. Now Kilburn branch appears to have lost my phone when in for repair.Even suggested they had given it back #notgoodenough

Have nothing but problems with @VodafoneUK. On hold again for another 35 mins about an issue they said they sorted yesterday. Paying £75 a month for a brand new phone that doesn’t work because of the provider. Disappointed.

@VodafoneUK why do you throttle speeds?First day of mobile broadband and late afternoon and bang speed drop by at least 60% 11:30 pm speeds come back to normal I had read about this issue on forums now I see for myself it's as others have explained. Vodafone claim no restrictions

@PaulCowland_ @VodafoneUK With phishing texts being sent at a rate higher than ever, I'd have thought they'd handle it more professionally, if it was true. Not to mention you can't go back in time and restore restricted services. I'd be asking for a prorated bill every time they do that until they fix it.

If you buy a second hand phone from a store or a person make sure they wasn’t with @VodafoneUK because they’re the only company unwilling to help unblacklist a phone the scummy previous owner decided to list as lost or stolen as soon as it was sold from the shop they sold it too!
