    Email from @VodafoneUK stating 14.4% increase in all my phone bills. 10.5% as CPI increase, which had better be because they're increasing staff wages by 10.5% (if not, @VodafoneUK staff, get your union to call a strike!), and 3.9% for investment in the network. Out of order!

    @VodafoneUK But Kieran, that's another baseline response. You haven't read what I said. This has been ongoing for months. Always been a happy Vodafone customer but this non-help is really making me switch the second my contract runs out. I'm just a small fish, but this isn't service.

    Oh joy, @VodafoneUK contract increasing by nearly 14% this month. It ends next month so that's made my decision to cancel much more straightforward. Most won't be so lucky
