Have nothing but problems with @VodafoneUK. On hold again for another 35 mins about an issue they said they sorted yesterday. Paying £75 a month for a brand new phone that doesn’t work because of the provider. Disappointed.

@VodafoneUK messaged you a month ago as having problems with router loosing power regularly and is getting worse. I’ve chased several times and no solution yet. I wfh so need a reliable router option is to sort with yourself or I’ll go elsewhere.

I can't believe how stupid Vf is. On 29th Mar I called up to cancel my other number ending 070. They cancelled my current 441 number. And now they have issued me a bill of 135 pounds. @VodafoneUK don't understand basic instructions and simple English.I am not paying for vf fault.

@VodafoneUK blooming hell. I have been on a call with customer care 3 TIMES this YEAR. cause i was told Switzerland was on international and now it isnt. I have to pay £1.50/min but last month my bill came to £101.78 and this month it is £70.59. my fee is £57/m. prefer @SkyUK now
