    @VodafoneUK I managed to leave Vodaphone but they cancelled my account and I can't use Tobi or put my username or password in and staff were extremely rude to be too. So it seems I can't get back the £30 they owe me, robbers!

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK We had similar problems with another provider despite sending copy of death certificate. Complete inability to understand concepts such as executor or power of attorney or indeed to accept that they couldn’t talk to the account holder as he was deceased.
