    I can't believe how stupid Vf is. On 29th Mar I called up to cancel my other number ending 070. They cancelled my current 441 number. And now they have issued me a bill of 135 pounds. @VodafoneUK don't understand basic instructions and simple English.I am not paying for vf fault.

    @VodafoneUK how do you expect for someone to be without a connection for 48+hrs? Every time I get in touch with your customer service they tell me it will be a few more hours. On hold for hours and the eSIM still now working. Customer of over 10 years and this is how you treat me

    @VodafoneUK to a different vf contract and retain my number. Very idiot vf agent misunderstood and cancelled my 441 number which stopped working on 29 Apr (which I never requested. When I called up, I was stuck with a new contract of 2 more years and they ordered a temp number

    hey @VodafoneUK how many days does it take to give a customer a call as stated? I've been waiting 4/5 days for someone from vodafone to call me regarding my complaint and each time your twitter advisors keep asking when is a good time to call after stating the time to call.

    If you're considering getting @VodafoneUK broadband, then don't! Just useless - have had 2 engineers visit who "fixed the issue" and "you'll have no more problems now, all sorted" only to get repeatedly cut off work calls. Issue been going on over a year. Jokes! #broadbandfail

    @VodafoneUK Got half sorted. On webchat to cancel, they told me to ring an 0808 number, and that number told me fro do webchat…. Eventually on hold for ages next time and web chatter said I’d be best calling in a few hrs. I’ve already boxed up the pro II equipment already.
