Never ever choose @VodafoneUK first chance I’ll have to move from them I’ll do it... their agents are ignorant and not willing to help... I’ve been without a phone number for over 48 hours and after several hours on hold and being transferred to different departments they hung up

Have nothing but problems with @VodafoneUK. On hold again for another 35 mins about an issue they said they sorted yesterday. Paying £75 a month for a brand new phone that doesn’t work because of the provider. Disappointed.

Help @VodafoneUK - I moved BB&LL to VF on Fri. Openreach fitted FTTP equip, @bt_uk disconnected on time, still not working. I spoke with your colleagues - Fri PM/Sat AM & PM/Sun AM & was expecting a call back this AM - no call! Poor service. Correct ONT lights on - please help!
