Never ever choose @VodafoneUK first chance I’ll have to move from them I’ll do it... their agents are ignorant and not willing to help... I’ve been without a phone number for over 48 hours and after several hours on hold and being transferred to different departments they hung up

Have nothing but problems with @VodafoneUK. On hold again for another 35 mins about an issue they said they sorted yesterday. Paying £75 a month for a brand new phone that doesn’t work because of the provider. Disappointed.

@VodafoneUK I want your broadband, but online checker says….no! I have Full fibre now. My neighbour either side of me can get your broadband. Forums say this is a common issue. Happily get service from other providers, but you are cheapest. You are missing a trick for custom!

So...after 3 more hours online chatting with someone. They have corrected the account problems, blamed @CooperativeBank for my direct debit going missing from my account, made sure that the old account is cancelled and given me £10 compensation for 2mths @VodafoneUK screw ups!
