I was an advocate 4 @VodafoneUK #vodafone but this past 10 days (and still unable 2 speak to someone). I think thats #disgusting They told me they’d call me but never did. Now Ill b cut off because after 10 days I cannot speak to anyone. At least I got evidence of efforts

Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

@VodafoneUK But I’ve tried 3 times over the phone and they 1st told me to send an email to wfx who don’t respond or give a timescale. 2nd time they put me through to wfx directly who said it will be fixed in 3 days but the issue still persists.

@VodafoneUK @UKVodafoneHelp I took out a data only sim from the extort street branch. The speeds were terrible so I returned it to the shop within the 14 say cooling off period and cancelled the contract. I’m still being charged £40 each month since I cancelled.
